• Amy (8/5): Lovely, pet-friendly stay in Mudgee! - Loved the welcome by staff and personal explanation of the grounds. Lovely view and great to be able to walk the property. Loved all the bathrooms and comfy beds. Loved that it was dog friendly though there were lots of bindis in the grass. No salt or pepper in the shakers. Not clean under and behind things. We brought or dog who got his ball behind and under furniture that had cobwebs and dirt. Could use a more detailed clean.

• TanyaMoore (10/5): - Great location and just a skip away from the cellar door! Beautiful home, very spacious for a three bedroom unit. Magical mornings with a tea and watching the Kangaroos in the bush.

• Vicki (9/5): Beautiful apartment with a spectacular view - The apartment is large and beautifully styled. The view is spectacular. Not too far from town. Complimentary wine is an excellent touch (the wine is lovely by the way!). Host is helpful if you need to call about anything. Also, great directions and instructions for access. Hot water wasn’t on when we arrived, however, the host was easy to reach by phone and was very knowledgeable, and able to talk us through checking what was wrong. Hot water system was heating up and we just needed to wait a while.

• Jessica (10/5): Lovely stay within a vineyard. We really enjoyed it. - A lot of space and quiet. Beautiful views over the vineyards and mountains. Dog friendly. A dinner option was missing but as there is a huge kitchen and Mudgee not far, it is fine.
• Daniel (10/5): Amazing peaceful luxury - Beautiful setting. Wife said breathtaking with mountains so that’s good. All new and spacious and room for kids to run around outside. Complimentary bottle of wine was amazing and espresso coffees perfect. Not so much didn’t like but we were not aware that another party would be next door that faces us and shared main common outside area. They turned out to be great family and compatible but could have been awkward if we didn’t get along.
• Alison (10/5): As a girls weekend away from Sydney we loved the winery, the host and the accommodation!! - The location is stunning - 12 km out of the township of Mudgee, so close enough to get your essentials, but far enough to feel like you're away from the everyday life. Enjoying a wine tasting and an extra glass of wine to enjoy around the fire was delightful, before walking down the hill to our accommodation was exactly what was needed for a lazy Saturday evening with the girlfriends. The accommodation is split in two with a shared covered walkway between the two, so there is a chance you're able to hear the other tenants using the shared BBQ and seating.

• Karen (9/5): We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay, perfect weather, friendly staff and plenty of space for the whole family. The - The cellar door area was perfect for relaxing with the kids by the fire pit. I didn’t like that I could see into the adjacent accommodation and they could look into ours. If we were with another family it would have been perfect though.
• Christine (8/5): - Amazing view. Close enough to town but also far enough away to get that quietness. Such a small BBQ. No brochures about local eateries or activities. Also we were looking for signs saying Apple Tree Hill or the number when driving fast. Wasn’t expecting the vineyard to be called Skimstone. Better signage on main road needed.
• Tharanga (9/5): Wonderfully comfortable accommodation in such relaxing picturesque surrounds! - Beautiful quiet area and surroundings. The accomodation was very well equipped and clean and spacious. Perfect for a family get away or even better for two families wanting their own space but to be close to each other. Our kids had a lovely time exploring the area and skimming rocks. Staff were very accommodating of flexible arrival and departure time - thank you! Everything was perfect!

• Ashley (6/5): Nice accommodation in a decent location. Shares a communal area with another neighbouring accommodation. - Nice sized rooms, bathroom, and kitchen. Due to cleaning delays we couldn’t check in until 5:15pm. The property has a communal area in the middle, shared with another accommodation. The communal area light is very bright and woke everyone up when the neighbouring accommodation went outside.

• Yu-hsuan (10/5): A great weekend getaway in Mudgee! - The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. The house is located in the vineyard run by Skimstone, so the view is great! The host also gave us a complimentary wine and free wine tasting voucher. Will definitely come back when visiting Mudgee again! None.
