• Max (10/5): Eine absolute Empfehlung!!! - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig mit einem Bett mit guter Matratze. Es war sehr sauber. Das externe Bad ist zwar etwas klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche war mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Perfekt für das Frühstück. Die Lage ist gut, genau gegenüber gibt es eine Bäckerei und einen Supermarkt. Auch viele Lokale sind in der Nähe. Es ist sehr ruhig, besonders in der Nacht. Zum Bahnhof Tiburtina ist es nicht sehr weit! Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!! Alles war perfekt 😊

• Luca (10/5): Appartamento ottimo per una settimana a Roma - Materasso comodissimo, cuscini in memory foam, posizione eccezionale, ampio spazio nella stanza e nella doccia (modernissima), cucina molto funzionale, proprietario molto disponibile. Assenza di una bilancia da cucina, data la posizione l'appartamento riceve illuminazione naturale per poche ore al giorno (ma chiaramente non è responsabilità del proprietario).

• Justin Werner (8/5): Great apartment, horrible check in experience - The appartment was exactly as described. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and larger than expected. Location is only 10 minutes to the city centre by metro or walking distance to some very nice local cafes. Washing machine worked fine and kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately there was a language barrier which didnt help the following situation, but the host lacked composure and gave us a poor start to our stay in Rome. On check in, we arrived at the listed address until Stefano came and told us we were at the wrong address and walked us across the road. After taking our passport information and showing us around the apartment, I questioned some of the features that were missing from the listing (washing machine, gas for cooking). Stefano told me that this apartment that we had booked did not have them. I then showed him my booking of the Delux Apartment with these features, and he became visibly frustrated and insisted we have not booked that one and he has us down for this cheaper apartment. As I asked more questions trying to understand why I paid more for an apartment without these amenities. Stefano began raising his voice, telling me that I was wrong and to take it up with booking.com. We continued trying to show him the booking of Delux Apartment with my name but he continued yelling, mumbling under his breath and not listening to us. After around 20 minutes of disagreement and frustration and yelling, he showed me the booking on his phone and only now when I pointed out the name on his booking was not even close to mine, he re-checked my passport information and confirmed he had shown us the wrong apartment before apologising and walking us back across the road to the original address.
• Enedina (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per il week end di Pasqua .Il signor Alex e' una persona molto disponibile e gentile ,prima del nostro arrivo ci ha consigliato dove parcheggiare e una volta arrivati ci ha permesso di fare il ceck in in anticipo .L' appartamento e' pulito ,confortevole e dotato di tutto .La zona e' ben fornita da bar,panificio e molte altre attivita' commerciali .La metro B e la stazione ferroviaria e dei pullman dista una decina di minuti a piedi .Da riprendere in considerazione in caso di un prossimo viaggio a Roma .
• Stefan (5/5): Grote verwachting maar teleurgesteld. - De locatie. We moesten sleutels gebruiken per kamer. Waardoor je totaal niet op je gemak was. Om de badkamer te bereiken moest je over gedeelde gang lopen. En de foto's klopten niet met wat we kregen.

• Janik98 (6/5): - Die Lage Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Preis war Ich habe einmal vergessen das Licht auf dem Balkon auszuschalten. und dann bekomme ich eine Nachricht vom Vermieter dass ich es ausschalten soll obwohl der Balkon von der Straße aus sehr schwer zu sehen ist. Und auf einmal war die Heizung im Badezimmer abgeklebt sodass man nicht mehr heizen konnte. Wir haben es aber nicht abgeklebt. was sehr seltsam ist
• MARIARITA (10/5): Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e accogliente a Roma - L’appartamento è ampio, molto luminoso e davvero accogliente. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e permettono di sentirsi subito a proprio agio, come a casa. Tutto era estremamente pulito al nostro arrivo e l’appartamento è completo di ogni comfort e di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, senza che mancasse nulla. L’host è stato super disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta o necessità, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Nulla, è stato tutto perfetto.

• Giorgio (10/5): - Appartamento situato a pochi passo dagli Studios televisivi, dove mi ero recato per la registrazione di una trasmissione, vicinissimo alla stazione metropolitana di Roma Tiburtina, quindi ben collegato. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita, ben curata. Dotata di bagno privato esterno e di una bellissima cucina ben funzionante. Alessandro il proprietario molto gentile, disponibile, al quale ho fornito il mio orario di arrivo e si è fatto trovare sul posto con grande puntualità. Ci tornerei sicuramente se avessi di nuovo necessità di soggiornare in zona.

L’appartamento è pulito, spazioso e curato, con tutto ciò che serve per passare qualche giorno in tranquillità. La posizione è comoda per muoversi e raggiungere le zone principali, e il check-in è stato semplice e veloce. Un grazie speciale ai proprietario, gentilissimo e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare supporto e consigli utili. Consigliato assolutamente per chi cerca un alloggio confortevole e senza sorprese negative. Torneremmo volentieri!

С самого начала он некорректно обозначил время заезда: мы пришли в указанный им промежуток, но за несколько минут до этого он сообщил, что подождёт 10 минут и уйдёт. Так и произошло — он ушёл, а когда мы начали звонить, вернулся раздражённым и стал говорить с нами в крайне грубой и токсичной манере. На вторую ночь произошёл совершенно неприемлемый инцидент — этот же мужчина вечером вошёл в апартаменты без предупреждения и в сопровождении незнакомых нам людей. Они находились внутри около часа, при этом ничего не объяснили. Мы были напуганы и вынуждены оставаться в комнате, не понимая, что происходит. После их ухода дверь в квартиру осталась незапертой, и мы обнаружили это только утром. Такое обращение абсолютно недопустимо. Очень жаль, что из-за этого впечатление от проживания оказалось полностью испорчено.

• carlo (9/5): Ottima struttura, la consiglio vivamente - Ho preso l'appartamento con due stanze da letto (anche se viaggiavo da solo) e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, corrispondente a quello che diceva la descrizione sul sito. Ho trovato la struttura molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Avrei apprezzato trovare un appendiabiti all'ingresso, un posavaligia e magari un servo muto. Ma giusto per trovare delle piccolezze, è andato tutto bene.

• Nina Batyah (9/5): Great host. Huge room - The room was big and spacious. Had all the necessary furniture. Huge kitchen (shared). With all the equipment. From Metro Tiburtina, it's about a 10-15 minute walk. The supermarket was 3 minutes walking distance. The host was very helpful. He even held my luggage for a few hours (free of charge), which was very helpful and I am very grateful to him.

• Lamia (9/5): Pleasant stay, comfortable rooms. - The apartment is cozy and clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. It is a 10 mins walk from the Tiburtina train station, and in a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and supermarkets to get by. It was very hot during our stay but the apartment stayed somewhat cool in the evening so we barely had to use the air conditioning. We had a great welcome from our host, who came back quickly on the first day to give us the iron which was missing from the apartment. You have to walk a steep hill when you come out of the train station on your way to the apartment, so it’s something to keep in mind when booking.

• Ana (9/5): This was a lovely place to stay. Close to everything. - The Apartment itself is complete. It was clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was kind enough to accept the Electric Wheelchair for us so that when we arrive it is already there. He was also very kind to extend our stay for a few hours (for a fee) so that we could still relax while we waited for our next flight in the evening. We liked that the room was spacious for the two of us, even with a wheelchair. We liked that there was a washing machine with soap and clothes conditioner. We liked that there was coffee, oil, sugar, salt and pepper ready for use. It was very well-thought of.

The location was convenient — Tiburtina metro station was just a 5–10 minute walk away, along with several bus stations nearby. However, the kitchen facilities were quite limited — we wanted to make pasta, but there were only cups and no proper cookware or utensils.
• Luke (7/5): Decent stay - Location was good (near supermarket and 10 minutes walk from metro), facilities were good and we had everything we needed in the apartment. We asked for extra towels and hair dryer and we were provided with these. Button for flushing toilet was kind of finicky and you had to press it with correct amount of pressure to flush, otherwise it wouldn't flush, which was an issue for my sister. The owner tried charging us 50 euros extra for keeping our luggage after we checked out (you can easily store your luggage for 5-7 euros per bag near station)
• Cathy (1/5): Unhappy, inconvenient, disliked, and won't come back. - The room was fairly clean and spacious. Following the navigation to the accommodation led us to the wrong address. After contacting the host, we had to wait for a while. Upon arriving at the house, the host was unfriendly and insisted on taking a photo of our IDs without allowing us to mark them for accommodation use only. The room was generally clean, but the decorative paintings made me feel uncomfortable, and there was noise from house renovations. Reaching the main tourist spots near Termini requires taking a train, which increases transportation costs. The shower space in the bathroom was extremely cramped, and drainage was very slow. The most frustrating part was that the bathroom was outside the room, requiring a key each time, and the gas stove in the kitchen was off-limits and also required a key to access. Overall, the stay was very inconvenient, and I won’t be coming back. I chose this place due to its high ratings, but it truly left me disappointed.

Lots of shops & eateries in surrounding area but especially love the bakery next door & Mado restaurant nearby that serves local cuisine . If you have big luggages the lift is very small & staircase leading up to lift

• Stephen (9/5): Home from home in Rome. - Easy check in, helpful host, well equipped facility, all necessary facilities very close by. Garage part of the complex. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Bathroom beautifully appointed and unit had plenty of space.
• Dalenne (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice apartment with friendly staff :) Clean, quiet, air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, normal small fridge. Before booking, I checked the location of the facility and the travel time to the places I was interested in on the map. I recommend this solution to avoid surprise that we are not in the center of Rome. It's a 10-minute walk to the Tiburtina metro station, a direct bus from the main street to the Borghese Gallery, a simple metro and train ride to the beach and Ostia. On the ground floor of the tenement house there is a great bakery and market, on the corner there is a cafeteria where we ate Roman breakfasts. Around the corner there is a great ice cream parlor and Toro Rosso restaurant where we ate dinner (at normal prices). Everything you need within a few steps. I highly recommend

The flat is well connected to Tiburtina station. It could be good to write in the description how to reach the apartment from the airport by bus or train, that would be my only recommendation. Apart from this, everything was great.
