- Kay (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful cottage. It was peaceful and felt very homely. - The Cottage was very comfortable and inviting with modern conveniences. We chose to use the fireplace as that took us back to growing up in the 1960’s.

- Julie (10/5): Perfect Accommodation. Not one fault - Absolutely everything was perfect. The tranquility of the area. The Cottage had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here N/A
- Tracy (9/5): Nice and peaceful - Nice cottage. Clean and comfortable Only 1 lot of towels for a 5 night stay and no washing machine to be able to wash them or our clothes. We left a night early due to this. My staff ran out of clean uniforms.
- Rachel (10/5): Incredible! Will stay again. - A truly serene and homely stay. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained, offering complete privacy and comfort. I loved relaxing on the outdoor balcony, taking in the peaceful surrounds and listening to the sounds of the birds and cows — such a perfect country escape.

- David (9/5): A cosy cottage in the country with everything you need within a few minutes of town. - 1. The ambience and proximity to the cows and birds.
2. The deck was practical and spacious.
3. The stars looked great on the evening we were there. We wanted to light a fire but there was not enough kindling.
- John (9/5): Great accommodation option if staying at Walcha. - Red Hill Cottage was an excellent stay while exploring the Walcha area. The accommodation was very comfortable and well appointed. The communication with the owners was excellent as they promptly and professionally contacted me regarding a problem with the property Wi-Fi.
- Jim (10/5): - Anybody that wants a quite country stay with a lot of comfort and an old farmhouse vibe will be hardpressed to find a place better than this. The cottage is absolutely full of character. Highly recommended.

- Sarah (10/5): Lovely comfortable stay in a nice country cottage. - Lovely peaceful cottage, surrounded by nice scenery. Great fire. Good kitchen. Comfortable spacious accomodation, which was nicely modernised, but kept its character. Bathroom was dated and was the only bit we didn’t like as was in need of a refurb, very cold part of the building in winter.
- Mandy (10/5): Convenient to town. Daughter competing at an event at Showgrounds - Really cute cottage with a fire place. Complimentary bag of firewood. Quaint. Quiet. Close to town. Beautiful vista from every window and a wonderful verandah.
- Lorna (10/5): Great location, easy quick communication. - beautiful location and very peaceful and quiet
- Stuart (9/5): Superb - It was warm inside. It was cold outside.
A little unclear re the place I was to stay…I feel the instructions aren’t clear . They should ask someone that has never been to follow the instructions. I rang to clear this up but no return call in till another traveler turned up and apparently I was in the wrong place. My apologies.

The cottage was cozy and clean and the bed comfy. The outdoor deck area has great views and is a great place for drinks or a coffee. Would be very happy to stay again. Nothing.
- Helen (9/5): Very pleasant. It would be great value for money for a family. - We liked the comfortable, cosy cottage. We had to seek assistance to operate the oven and cooktop.

- Tanya (10/5): Was peaceful, beautiful and everything I hoped it would be! - Loved the location and was equipped with everything you need Maybe another couch instead of two chairs and a couch but honestly that is a very minor thing!

- Siggy (10/5): Great place close to the CBD. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Would recommend and stay here again if back in Walc - Location and space It was all good
- Katherine (10/5): Peaceful break - Lovely and peaceful. Not too far from town centre. Good base for doing other sight seeing drives around the area. Beautiful cottage, well presented, clean and very comfortable. Good range of kitchen supplies. Very comfy bed. Well equipped bathroom. Quaint gardens surrounding the cottage to watch the birds.
- Narelle (7/5): Good -
- John (10/5): A peaceful stay at a quaint and spotlessly clean cottage in a very convenient location. - The peace and quiet in a beautiful Country setting. It was great to just do your own thing without the interference of Staff. The fireplace was a nice touch and the Shower was among the best we have had in paid accommodation. A couple of drinks on the Verandah added to a very pleasureable stay. We have stayed in Motels in the area from time to time and Red Hill Cottage leaves them for dead for comfort and cleanliness. There was nothing we didn't like but thought the apparent battle with the weather and the laying of the path from the parking space was about the only thing as it was a bit dodgy. Not enough to put a negative on the property and no fault of the operators.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Owners were very nice and stayed up late to wait for our late check in. They were extremely helpful and helped us get help despite the Telstra network outage, and even let us charge our EV in their shed. It was a little cold, but apparently there’s an AC unit that provides heating to the whole cottage.
- Kerry (10/5): Beautiful cottage, clean, quiet and well equipped cottage with everything needed for a comfortable stay. - My husband and I stayed at Red Hill Cottage for 2 nights. The cottage is very clean and cosy with everything supplied for a homely stay. Great kitchen with everything you could want and need. The beds were very comfortable with a nice electric blanket to keep warm on those cold Walcha nights.
Beautiful view from veranda. Also very quiet and serene.
We enjoyed our stay at Red Hill Cottage very much. The owners are very friendly without being intrusive.
A previous reviewer said the drive way up to the cottage is a little rough. This is not the case, it is just a normal driveway up to the property.
Also the air conditioner warms every part of the cottage. We didn’t even need to start the fire place up. Nothing. Everything was lovely.
- Gregory (10/5): One of the best shorts stays ever - The whole experience was relaxing. From start to finish we loved everything about the accommodation - from the beautifully furnished home , full ammenities, comfiest bed and curious animals
It’s a great break from the world for a short or long stay- both family and couple friendly
Would recommend this to everyone
- Caroline (8/5): A comfortable night at Red Hill - Peaceful location with beautiful outlook.

- Tim (10/5): Amazing cottage, super peaceful and quiet, clean. Cozy. An absolutely relaxing hideaway. - The cottage was super clean, cozy, private and had everything you could ask for including a verandah facing north and a south facing deck. Fireplace was wonderful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Being on private property farm it was peaceful, quiet and had amazing views. Nothing
- Peter (10/5): great accomodation highly recommend - everything nothing

Not pleasant experience to shower
- Jill (8/5): Very good -
- Krissie (10/5): Loved it thank you very much - Quiet cosy and clean Nothing
- Sally (10/5): Fantabulously relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable a great way to get back to nature and recharge. - It was a beautiful little cottage set on a cattle farm with a beautiful garden and relaxing atmosphere. It was great to get away from the city and back to nature. Close to town but far enough from the crowd.
Cottage was very bright, clean and comfortable with mod cons or you could have an open fire whatever you fancy.
Would love to go back in the future. If there was one nit picky thing it would be the driveway it’s long and gravelly but expected it’s a farm! I only drive a small Toyota Corolla not up to the farm roads and the many lumps and bumps, however she has survived the many roads we travelled in the week we were there. I did make sure I had a car service and tyre check before I left for the journey.
- Andrew (9/5): Quaint cottage in a lovely rural setting but easy to find and close to town. - Location, quiet, pretty surroundings, comfortable. Nothing really.
- Phoebe (10/5): A great stay! -
- Heather (8/5): Very comfortable overnight stay in a cosy cottage. - Comfortable cottage for an overnight stay; lovely verandah with views out to the surrounding farm land. Lighting in the bathroom a little dull, especially given steps down from living area.
- Brendan (9/5): Superb -
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kingydav (9/5): Superb - Cute cottage with large covered deck, in a very quiet location. kitchen design meant very little bench space to prepare food and dry dishes on, yet more cupboards than necessary. Wood for wood burner not topped up each day.
- Teresa (10/5): Cosy and beautiful - Beautiful place. Such comfortable beds Sadly couldn’t change dates when family illness changed plans.
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, exceptionally presented cottage very clean 5 stars.
- Smith (7/5): It was great. - Good location and easy access.

- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katherine (8/5): Beautiful part of NSW - Quiet location just outside of a great little town. Lots to explore in the surrounding area A bbq would've been good considering the house had an amazing and comfortable deck. Good butcher in town too
- Eleni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angus (10/5): This cottage is an absolute gem. - Most comfortable bed I’ve been in years. Setting is beautiful. Nothing.
- Daniel (10/5): Lovely - Lovely cottage in lovely countyside
- Wesley (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely awesome everything we expected, beautiful cottage with beautiful views Nothing
- Andy (8/5): Very good - Very clean and comfortable. The advertised TV with streaming facilities wasn't actually connected to the internet so no Netflix etc.
- Penelope (10/5): We wished we could have stayed longer. - The welcome from the beautiful flowering cottage garden and then the tasteful and recently renovated cottage. Nothing to complain about.
- Bernard (10/5): Exceptional - Not applicable Everything was perfect.
- Rosalind (9/5): Well presented and clean cottage - Cottage was clean and well presented. Beds were very comfortable thank you Nothing

- Jeannette (9/5): Superb -
- Vicki (8/5): We loved our comfortable stay, enjoyed the garden, the birds and the surrounding landscape. - The location, view and garden were delightful. It would have been lovely to have some heating in the bathroom. It was very cold during the night we stayed and the air conditioner was very welcome, but the bathroom was not very warm.
- Leonie (8/5): We had a lovely 2 night stay, the cottage is beautiful and we had a lovely chat with Jai the owner. - Location was amazing, close to town but very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Cottage was cosy and comfortable and very well equipped. Beautiful sunrise and views across the property. No blinds or curtains in the bathroom.
