• Kendall (1/5): Would not stay again, dirty, smells badly, uncomfortable - The property was spacious. Where to begin? I would not recommend staying here. The apartment is dirty and does not look at all like it does in the pictures. The entire place - hallway and apartment - smells badly of mold. You cannot open the window to air it out because of noise. I felt dirty getting out of the shower. The bed that some people are referring to as 'soft' is not soft, it is extremely thin. It so thin that you can feel the coils inside and it is painful. The ceiling and walls are so thin you can hear every step above you. I was woken up every morning by footsteps above, and I am a heavy sleeper. During my stay, there was mold and I spotted cockroaches. Lastly, the front door itself - both for the building and the apartment - was very thin and the lock is not strong. I worried every time that I left that I would return to an apartment that was broken into because it did not seem secure.

La literie n'est pas excellente Les chaises ne sont pas très confortable pour deux personnes de fort gabarit. La cuisine reste petite.
• Ivan (1/5): Horror, und Gefahr für die Gesundheit. - Nichts Es hat schimmel an den Wänden. Es ist eine gefahr für die gesundheit. Das Geld wird im vorhinein abgezogen und nicht erstattet. Wir haben nach dem bezug des zimmer den Aufenthalt abgebrochen, als wir den Schimmel an den Wänden entdeckten. Wir waren 2Stunden in dem Appartement. Das Bett wackelt und bei der Matraze konnte man die Metallfedern mit der Hand spüren. Beim Betreten des Hauses lagen überall Briefe und Post im Eingangsbereich. Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig.

• Miguel Ángel (6/5): - Lo mejor del apartamento es la cercanía a la estación King's Cross El problema fue ya al llegar, que tuvimos que esperar 1h más para hacer el check-in el cual yo estaba fuera esperando cuando vimos entrar a la chica de limpieza la cual llegó tarde, la limpieza al hacerse en 1h fue un poco escasa, al llegar después por la noche para descansar después de ducharnos vimos que la ropa de cama estaba sucia, y rápidamente se lo comenté al dueño, cosa en la que estuvo muy atento, la atención fue muy buena, pero al día siguiente al venir otro chico a cambiarnos la ropa de cama también la trajo sucia, el problema venía de la empresa de lavandería que usaba, en total por la compañía de limpieza ya llevábamos 1h perdida del primer día y casi 2h del segundo día ya he obviamente con nuestras pertenencias dentro no queríamos que entrasen sin estar nosotros presentes entonces tuvimos que cancelar los planes del segundo día debido a tener que ir al apartamento, y para colmo después de que la ropa de cama estuviese sucia dos veces, quedamos en que el tercer trabajador de la lavandería vendría a las 6 pm para traer ya de una vez la ropa limpia, pues el chico llegó a las 7pm perdimos el día entero casi debido a eso porque no nos podíamos desplazar a hacer nuestras actividades previstas porque debíamos de estar en el apartamento esperando a la empresa de limpieza, vuelvo a repetir el dueño estuvo muy atento en ese aspecto pero me faltó algo de su parte al ver tantas molestias y no haber echo ni un reembolso parcial ni que sea por las molestias ocasionadas o algo para que nos sintiéramos menos indignados, a parte de eso la cama del apartamento la verdad le faltaba mucha comodidad, la cama no tenía la "viga" central y nos íbamos los dos hacia el medio, a parte que el colchón no estaba muy bien, sinceramente el apartamento estaba un poco viejo ya, el suelo en mal estado y la bañera desgastada, la ubicación era buena en torno a la estación y lo de la limpieza no es culpa del anfitrión pero calidad precio creo que es un poco baja, ya que pagué...
• Kirsty (7/5): Great central location - The location was brilliant - literally 5 minute walk from King's Cross Station. The communication from the host was great, with even a message to check everything was alright after the first night. There was complimentary tea and sugar which was helpful, and the coffee machine served good quality coffee pods. It wasn't very clear which lock box the key was in as the main front door had a lockbox for every apartment. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was so soft that it meant both people rolled to the middle. There were a few little things that could have been improved such as the size of the bath towels, the lack of tea towel and hand towels and the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom, meaning there was some damp/mould on the walls.

• Greta (5/5): Per 200€ a notte meritavo di più… - Ottima posizione a 5 minuti dalla metro, cucina pulita e funzionale con tutto il necessario. Presente Asciugacapelli, lavatrice, tavolo per la colazione con due sedie. Acqua calda rapida e costante in doccia. Il letto era sfondato e assolutamente da sostituire. Biancheria bagno troppo piccola e troppo poca per soggiorni di lunga durata. Camera molto rumorosa, si sentivano le voci delle persone dalla strada e ad ogni passo dell’inquilino di sopra la luce saltava e i muri tremavano. Puzza di fumo in casa e moquette sulle scale esterne con conseguente grande sporcizia.

• Michael (6/5): - Velmi dobrá lokalita na cestování po Londyně - bus hned pár metru, metro 100m. Spousta obchodu, večerek, restauraci!!!! Velmi rychlá doprava z letiště Luton i zpět. špatně fungovala wifi - pouze na jednom zařízení ostatní se nepřipojila - po 2dnech se zlepšilo, problikavající žárovky na strope v obyváku, tohle doporučujeme spravit - chybějící zásuvka na lampičku u jedné z postelí.

• Katharina (7/5): Zum Übernachten ganz ok - Ideale Lage beim Bahnhof Kings Cross. Relativ geräumig. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine! Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbetreuung war sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist recht heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer selbst hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Der Bodenbelag blättert ab, die Badewanne ist ganz zerkratzt und verfärbt. Es gibt Löcher in den Wänden, die notdürftig zugespachtelt sind, eine Lampe war defekt. Dennoch war es recht gemütlich und trotz der Mängel sauber.

Douche met ligbad, aparte keuken en slaapkamer met tv ( Netflix functie) Bed is beetje aan slappe kant.. appartement is beetje gedateerd en afwerking soms beetje matig. Maar al met al zijn wij zeer tevreden en zouden hier een volgende keer wel weer willen verblijven.
• Marieke (9/5): Een goede plek om te verblijven vlakbij King's Cross. Comfortabel en flexibel. - Dit is een fijne kamer vlakbij King's Cross. Het was makkelijk te vinden vanaf het station. Omdat de sleutels in een kluisje zaten was het geen probleem dat ik 's avonds laat aankwam. Het appartement is schoon en licht. De keuken was prima en er waren video's om uit te leggen hoe de check-in , het fornuis en de verwarming werken. De gastheer/-vrouw was heel snel in het beantwoorden van vragen. Het internet was zeer snel. Toen ik kwam stond de verwarming erg hoog (50 graden ?!), dus het appartement was heet. Het lukte me niet om de magnetron aan de praat te krijgen.
• Choo (7/5): A great place to stay for a few nights despite some issues. - Property was not to far from the train station- a short walk- and has some shops nearby. Room well equipped especially the coffee (love the capsules). The property was willing to accommodate us to leave our luggages in our room after checking out which was very great. The street that the property is on can be a bit noisy (some shouting & talking). The key box was placed very high, needed a leverage to reached it. The stairs was a bit narrow.

Windows on both sides allowed air to flow across the apartment. This apartment is on a very busy street that could be noisy at certain times on day.

• Paddy (6/5): Great size and location. Good facilities.In major need of improvement to the actual finish - Great size. Washing machine. Lovely hot water once you work out how the boiler works. Great location. Plenty of plug sockets and extension leads. Fab coffee machine The entrance hall is awful. Not sure if works are being done?! The finish in the flat is nothing like the pictures show. Floors all need redone. Old chip wood wallpaper in the bedroom. Bath is scratched and felt dirtier getting out than getting in. No laundry tabs for the washing machine. No dish cloth to dry dishes. Crockery had definitely not been washed properly.
• Sadık (7/5): Good - Perfect location. 5 min away from metro and train station by walking. You can find almost everything near the apartment. The only bad thing about the apartment was bed. İt was extremely soft and hard to stay away from the middle of the bed.

I really liked the location, the facilities, the comfortable bed, and the fact that the prop - I really liked the location of the property, the facilities, the comfortable bed, and the fact that it had Wi-Fi and access to YouTube. I didn’t like that the floor was dirty and worn out, and there was dust in the hallway due to refurbishments in other apartments. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the sink and the washing machine.

Bathroom window would not open and you could see the bathroom was getting mouldy as there was nowhere for the steam to go. Password for wifi stopped working 24 hours before end of stay as if it had been changed.

• Jamie (1/5): Disappointing given the cost - Help eventually came to let me into the apartment when I could not open the lock box. Lock box could not be easily opened and I cut my finger trying. Had to call them for help which came about 90 minutes later to get inside. Comfort was poor as the bed was too soft and the furnishings very basic and out of date. Some floor boards were peeling off and unit was in need of some maintenance. Location was central but on a main road and thus very noisy. Late night revellers ensured I got poor sleep quality. Better soundproofing is required

The equipped kitchen and coffee maker were a game changer for us they made mornings so much more convenient and enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

• Luke (5/5): Could have been better, but not catastrophic! - The communication was brilliant when making the booking, and the location is perfect for commuting to all areas of London. - A picture frame fell down halfway through the night. - The bed wasn't the most comfortable. - The windows weren't great at blocking out night life/street cleaners early hours in the morning. - The walls, ceiling and floors are paper thin and you can hear everything. - At 06:30/07:00, inconsiderate builders on the floor above decided to start work with angle grinders, drills, hammers etc. Then they started blasting what I can only assume was punjabi music, which was far from ideal! They had also blocked the walkway at the bottom of the stairs with plasterboard, which was inconvenient, but more importantly, it was a fire hazard. - The pictures certainly look better than the place does in person.

Although the management previously mentioned in the Q&A section that they could store bags before check-in, their policy has since been updated. The room is smaller than the pictures. During our stay, there was construction on the ground floor. Workers started at 8 a.m., waking us up, and some were smoking. We could clearly hear their conversations and smell the smoke.
• Kelly (1/5): I can not recommend this accommodation - I cannot recommend this apartment. I arrived and the flat was extremely hot, the heating was set on 60 degrees Celsius. I called to sort this out and the first person was busy and was not interested in helping, he did send through some instructions but these did not work. The main valve on the heating was broken. He then arranged for someone from maintenance to call me, they tried to assist but the heating would not go down. They said someone would come by the following day to fix the heating. It was not possible to stay in an overheated room overnight and as the flat faced a main road and on the 1st floor it was not safe or feasible - from a noise perspective to keep the window open overnight. The window in the bathroom also did not lock and I couldn’t see what was outside. This is extremely unsafe. Given the overheating and the bathroom window that did not lock I had to find somewhere else at very short notice. I asked for a refund on my remaining nights. I was prepared to pay for the 1st night and give 24 hours' notice of cancellation on the other nights. This was not accepted. I have video and photographic evidence of the issues I have written about as I know the property will deny this. I also wrote to booking.com on this issue. After all this, I received an e-mail after my first night, asking how everything was, which as I had already explained nothing was satisfactory. The key lock box was very high and hard to reach if you are short. The flat is not as pictured and is expensive for what is offered (I understand the London market and this area as I am there 3-4 times per year). Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere safer, better value and with better service.
• Alan (9/5): Large, quiet, comfortable apartment in an excellent location. - The location is ideal, very close to St Pancras International, with buses and trains both underground and regional. Because it's on a 1-way street, with double glazing, the flat is exceptionally quiet, large (20m), and fully equipped, though most guests would not use the washing machine or even the oven. The iron, large TV, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator etc were particularly appreciated. Nothing is missing. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the apartment is not "luxurious", so the value depends on the price, which when we booked was comparable to our usual hotel nearby, but has since risen. There is a Sainsbury's Local supermaket within 150m on Pentonville road, open until 11pm, which is good because there were not even tea bags in the flat. We found bus travel easiest, with Google Maps Directions, and payment by swiping even foreign credit cards, as for the Underground rail, which is a little faster, but crowded and noisy. There was only one set of keys, and the lock box was a little difficult to open, but the manager responded immediately via Booking's messaging. The plumbing is to basic "English standards", and especially the washbasin could be improved, though the plumbing is similar in neighbouring hotels. Finally, it would be good if the cleaner left at least a few tea bags from the previous guests :-)
• Francesca (5/5): Passable - Great location, and comfortable space. Key pickup and return is easy. Very helpful hosts. It was boiling hot while we stayed and when asked provided us with a fan to try and help cool the place down. There's a dip in the middle of the mattress and unfortunately for my husband and I it was very uncomfortable to sleep as we kept rolling into the middle, this was made worse by the heat. The location while fantastic is noisy (very central) and having to have the windows open because of the heat made it hard to sleep at night.

• Thuy (4/5): Terrible, but excellent location with easily accessible to all means of public transportation. - Location is excellent, accessible to all means of transportation: bus, underground, taxi, railway train. The property didn't provide the duvet during my 5-night stay. I requested and they said they take the duvet out to do the hygiene, and then they provide a light, thin blanket but only can be used for 01 person. During my 5 night stays, my daughter and I cannot sleep well as the weather was cold and only with a small blanket, we had to wear heat-tech clothes and all our winter coats to keep us warm. They even requested additional charge as i requested for a proper blanket for 2. There was uncomfortable smell in the apartment, from the kitchen. I will never book this apartment again.

• Tsz (7/5): Great location with few improvements can made - It’s bigger then any other apartment with this price one London I basically heard the upper level ppl when and where they in the room. And it’s too close too street level all buses and cars u clearly hear. Suggested to put on ear plugs. And it’s actually a bit dated room on flooring and wall which in acceptable level. But the cutlery and kettle were dirty.
• Debra (10/5): Convenient, well-furnished apartment near the main transport stations and lots of privacy. - I liked how spacious the apartment was and that it was close to King's Cross/St. Pancras. I liked the fact that the bathroom had a tub. Everything was fully equipped and very clean. There was plenty of storage space. Also, the company let me come in earlier and stay a bit longer, which was extremely considerate of them. I also got help with my heavy luggage, which was so kind. I didn't notice any noise at night because I always carry great ear plugs, but it is on a street with pedestrian traffic, which might be important to other guests. It's a small point, but the building is old and has settled, so almost everything I put on the little shelf by the bathroom mirror rolled off until I learned not to do it.
