Alexandru Gamangii (9/5): - I had a good experience during my stay! The room was quite small but very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect — close to Galata Tower where anre plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet very quiet and relaxing. The pillows were quite hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, the towels did not absorb water well, which was a bit inconvenient after showering.

Better find other hotel. - Clean Very bad service, no parking, no lift, if you got 4th floor then you need hike with all your luggage by own. No one can assist you. The owner very snobbish and arrogant. Careful if you pay via booking.com. This hotel will request to pay too at counter. You need monitor on you credit card if there are 2 deduction remind our bank to cut off the payment. If not you will pay twice. Overall im not satisfied with this hotel. Very regretful on my stay here.

Константин Саралиев (7/5): - Хотела е хубав и на хубава локация. Чисто , ново ,стаите са по-малки но и това не е проблем имаше и любезен домакин. За жалост имаше авария на електричеството и нямахме ток и топла вода. Не бяхме и предупредени за този проблем. От жената на рецепцията или камериерката все ни се повтаряше че до 1 час ще се пусне тока .Но това така и не се случи и се принудихме да напуснем 1 ден по-рано защото това ни изнерви. Все пак искам да благодаря на домакина за доброта отношение и съдействие, нямаха вина служителите за този проблем, те направиха всичко.

Katrina (8/5): Good stay near Galata tower - Affordable location only a 5 or minute walk away from Galata tower, where there are plenty of good restaurants, cafes and shops. Very friendly staff and clean room.
Daria (9/5): - The hotel is very centrally located. Clean, stylish and comfortable. The man from reception Suleiman was exceptionally kind and helpful and helped us a lot when our kid was ill. All in all highly recommend this place.

The staff was the best, especially the man that wished me happy birthday after he had our passport and saw that the date corresponded to my birthday. They were ready to help us with everything. I cannot recommend any other place as this hotel has everything you need: clean and tidy rooms, a nice bathroom with fresh white towels, a conditioner that works very well! And the owner is the hotel is an incredibly kind man - mr. Süleyman (I’m sorry if I spelled the name wrong)! You can ask him any question and you can be 100% sure that you’ll get the right answer. -

Rachel (7/5): A modern city hotel, good for the city location, typical small city hotel, not particularly romantic, but overall fairly - Location was excellent for the usual tourist attractions including the ferry. Fairly recently renovated. A little bit noisy from the other rooms and the hallway.

However, the area itself is noisy and the hotel is not as soundproof, I can hear the upstairs guests moving furnitures and the staircase is next to the rooms - I can hear very loudly every time the guests or someone is going up or down the stairs. Michela (6/5): Comfortable enough, but wouldn't return - The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and had a balcony, and the bathroom was spacious enough for 2. No lift, we had to climb up 4 stories with our big luggages. No service/friendliness from the staff... No offer to help with us the luggages and they promoted their airport taxi service right as we were leaving and already had a taxi booked. Something I would expect from a self check in, the reception was there for no reason.

It’s great value for money, but the most important thing is that it was clean an very well - It’s located at a very nice place, close to Galata tower but not at a very loud and busy neighbourhood. The staff was very kind and accommodating at everything we asked. (We had a problem with the shower draining an it was fixed immediately) The only issue was the heating, we were very lucky during our stay and we had an excellent weather despite the fact that it’s was March. The heating was on all the time and the room was really hot during the night, we opened the windows during the day but we could not sleep with the windows open. Another thing that I should probably mention is that we didn’t have housekeeping for the last two days (it might be the fact that we were leaving the room around noon time)

Federica (9/5): A very good option around Galata Tower - Room and bathroom both were very comfortable and the hotel itself is very nicely located two steps away from Galata Tower. Modern fittings, a room maybe a bit “full” for the space available but cozy altogether. Staff at reception very friendly. I would have liked the temperature of the shower to be quite a bit warmer. Also the temperature in the room was lower than I prefer. Towels in the bathroom are good quality but not super-drying. There is no elevator so guests with a physical disability or simply having heavy luggage might find it a challenge.
Stuart (1/5): Awful experience, I would not recommend to my worst enemy. - The location is the only redeeming feature to this hotel, end of. No elevator- Nobody to help carry heavy luggage to room. Dragged suitcase all the way to fourth floor, saw there was no wifi login or password so had to trapse all the way to reception who said 'oh, sorry, forgot to give it to you', knowing that I had just climbed up and down 4 flights of stairs. Staff - Rude, unhelpful, room not cleaned when I asked. A/C - did not work properly. No facilities In the end, I was so disgusted with the hotel I checked out 4 nights early and found another hotel nearby.

Dilan (8/5): Very good - Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room and the building was very clean and I very much liked the ambiance and the decor. The carpet paintings on the walls were beautiful. Overall was a lovely stay. I would book with Aramis again. The only slight problem we had was that the aircon unit in the room leaked water during the night but it stopped when we switched it off. It was our last night so we didn't bother asking for a fix and just let the staff know when leaving. They were very apologetic but it wasn't very much of an issue for us.
Horatiu (10/5): Great stay in, arguably, the best neighborhood in Istanbul. - It is 2 minutes away from Galata Tower, it had good AC and really kind and helpful staff. The pillows were indeed unsleepable on lol.

Also the fact that we had water along with coffee at our arrival was a nice touch. Two out of the three pillows were hard while the bed mattresses were so and so.

Elif (10/5): Exceptional - The room type we stayed in was a superior room with balcony. It is located on the 4th floor. The balcony is very nice. Everything is new and clean. There is no lift. It is tiring to climb the stairs. There is noise from the air conditioning. May be a problem for light sleepers
Maria (8/5): In general, we lover our stay to the hotel. - The room was on the 2nd floor and had the 3rd single bed in a separate space. We also had a nice little balcony. Loved the comfortable beds, the decoration of the room that is newly renovated and, the modern bathroom with shower. Very friendly and helpful staff at all times. In addition, the proximity to the Galata Tower and the Galata bridge really helped moving around a lot. We had to ask for new towels and cleaning of the room - the hotel provides a specific card to hang on the door but we are used to not ask for this. For women solo travellers, the area is a bit dark, prefer staying on the main road on the left of the hotel entrance that is more lively.

Bogomil (9/5): Great location, clean and spacious room. Room service and reception need some improvements. - The location was great, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable (except pillows). We were at the top floor and had a balcony which was great too. Pillows were not particularly comfortable, we asked for a smaller one, but our request was ignored. There was no room service, we had to ask for toilet paper on the third day of our stay, no one had checked the room in three days. There are coffee making facilities, coffee and tea were provided on the first day but never refilled.

Plus, the staff are really friendly and offer extra services like local tours and booking taxis to/from the airport. All that with an exceptional price compared to other hotels in the same area. The room was quite small, and if you have a noisy neighbor, you'll definitely hear them.
