• Natalia (10/5): - Все отлично! Персонал быстро отвечал на вопросы, все необходимое в номере было, постель и полотенце чистые, доступ в номер удобный, в шаговой доступности общественный транспорт, в номере было тепло.
• Antoaneta (7/5): Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in Großen und Ganzen. - Die Unterkunft war groß genug für drei Personen und war insgesamt nett gestaltet und auch in einer guten Lage. Die Bushaltestelle war überhaupt nicht weit entfernt und die Verbindung zur Unterkunft waren sehr gut. Nur die Betten waren leider etwas hart für unseren Geschmack. Vor allem das Einzelbett war leider sehr hart.

Avar korter, kena pilt seinal. Lihtne kontaktivaba check-in. 14a Wienen Linen bussipeatus ligidal. Kesklinna saab mugavalt poole tunniga. Väga hästi magasin.

• Forbes (9/5): Convenient and comfortable. - The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The WiFi signal was patchy in the apartment and the bed layout wasn't exactly as expected. We had planned for 4 single beds but instead got 2 singles and a double bed. We managed to make it work though so it was no big issue.

• Asimina (8/5): Αρκετά καλή επιλογή και οικονομική για τα δεδομένα της Βιέννης. - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο και σε καλή τοποθεσία. Κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό του τρένου (15 λεπτά με τα πόδια) και κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. Επίσης, ήταν κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό ( 12 λεπτά με τα πόδια) και σε πλατεία με σούπερ μάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Τέλος, είχε πολύ καλή θέρμανση που βοήθησε αρκετά με τους -3 και -7 που είχε έξω! Θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο καθαρό για παράδειγμα να αλλάζονται οι πετσέτες στις δύο ημέρες και να γίνεται ένα σκούπισμα. Επίσης, τα δύο κρεβάτια δεν ήταν τόσο άνετα. Τέλος, το κτίριο ήταν παλιό αν και ανακαινισμένο.

• Stefania (8/5): - La struttura è carina e l appartamento e nuovo e ben disposto e c'è tutto quello che serve per soggiornare. Molto accogliente e caldo, dista dal centro circa 3 km facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi che distano 5 minuti a piedi. Nei dintorni ci sono diversi supermercati e locali ma rimane comunque una zona fuori dal centro. Ci sono parcheggi tutto intorno oppure parcheggi sotterranei tutti a pagamento. Il rapporto qualità prezzo buono però il periodi scelti è uno dei più cari pertanto in altri periodi si spende molto meno. L hosting molto disponibili e gentile ci ha anche consigliati diversi locali in cui cenare lo consiglio

• Cecilia (7/5): - Camere grandi e ben arredate. Doccia muova e grande. Posizione comoda (15 min a piedi dalla metro). Il wc era separato dal bagno e posto in uno stanzino senza riscaldamento e con muffa! In inverno si gelava ad andare in bagno! Inoltre il termostato non funzionava bene, perdeva l'impostazione della temperatura. Cucina poco fornita di stoviglie.

• Magdalena (8/5): - The location was excellent, close to Kliebergasse tram stop and the underground. Very peaceful neighbourhood, next to a beautiful park. No private parking provided, Kurzparkzone instead. The appartment is comfortable and warm but the toilet itself very cold. We didn't cook but I imagine it might be a bit of a challenge in the kitchen. The host is caring and communicative and it's easy to get in touch. I'd recommend the place for short stays with a family. The cleanliness of the kitchen area.

• giorgi (8/5): it was good other than wifi problem - the house was clean i liked it sheets were clean ad well wifi wasnt working and host was replaying to my messages really late so we had one whole day with no wifi
• Balázs (8/5): Praktikus pár éjszakára. Nem ér csalódás, ár/érték arány nagyon jó. - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, közel a tömegközlekedés és a főpályaudvar. Tiszta, csendes környék. Jól felszerelt konyha, praktikus fürdőszoba és van mosógép. A szállásunk a 2. emeleten volt. A szállás és az ágynemű tiszta, jól takarított. Hideg a padló, szőnyegre szükség lenne a szobában, és a wc-ben is jó lenne a hideg padló miatt. Papucs nélkül kellemetlen kimenni a konyhába és a wc-re.

• Adrian (5/5): Gutes Apartment schlechtes Internet - Das Apartment an sich ist sehr angenehm Das Internet war unglaublich schlecht und das nicht nur kurz, über meinen gesamten Aufenthalt von Freitag Abend bis Dienstag früh konnte man häufig nicht einmal ein Youtube Video in 480p gucken. Ich habe einen Internet speed test gemacht und ich hatte Ping: 840ms, Download: 0.30mb/s, Upload: 0.31mb/s
• Achim (8/5): - Problemloser Check-in. Code für die Türen wurde wie angekündigt pünktlich übermittelt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung enthält alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir waren zufrieden.
• Mikobi (7/5): - Einfache Abwicklung. Einfacher Check in und Check out. Personal erkundigt sich regelmäßig ob alles in Ordnung ist via WhatsApp Nachricht. Bett war leider unbequem. Das automatische Schloss von der eingangs Tür hat die ganze Nacht immer wieder kurz aufgeleuchtet, genauso wie etwas beim Fernseher. Man musste beides abdecken damit man ordentlich schlafen konnte. Bei uns war es im Flur in der früh leider sehr laut. Dadurch wurde man immer aus dem schlaf gerissen.

Överlag var allt bra. Det var väldigt kallt på toaletten. Ett rum stämde inte överens med bilderna. Lampan vid spegeln i badrummet funkade inte så det var lite mörkt där. Vi hade problem en gång med låset men värden var snabb och hjälpt oss direkt med felet.

• Florence (9/5): - Appartement spacieux, calme et bien agencé Nous avons eu un problème avec le digicode de l'appartement qui ne fonctionnait pas mais plutôt rapidement réparé le lendemain.

• Beata (7/5): - Mieszkanie w niedalekiej odległości od metra, ok. 750 m, w cichej dzielnicy przy parku. W okolicy sklepy spożywcze. W mieszkaniu wygodne łóżka i duża szafa. Czysto. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który na bieżąco odpowiadał na nasze pytania. Pomimo drobnych usterek w przyszłości rozważymy powrót do tego miejsca. W czystym i wyremontowanym mieszkaniu detale były słabej jakości. Przy pierwszym otwarciu drzwi do toalety klamka z drzwi wypadła. Czajnik był zepsuty i nie gotował wody. Z trzech garnków w kuchni był tylko najmniejszy 0,5 l, po pozostałych zostały tylko pokrywki, brakowało noża do krojenia chleba. Po zgłoszeniu tych usterek i braków właściciel przysłał serwisanta i drzwi zostały naprawione, czajnik wymieniony i zakupione brakujące naczynia. To był jednak już 3 dzień naszego pobytu. Mimo to pobyt uważamy za udany. Właścicielowi radzimy poprawić kontrolę jakości i stanu apartamentów po opuszczeniu ich przez gości.

• sutz (8/5): - Nice to be able to wake and make coffee before going out. Also good to able to make a simple meal after a day out. Should be a warning about getting heavy luggage up to the 4th floor.
• Dalia (7/5): - Appartamento vicinissimo alle principali stazioni dei mezzi. Internet funzionante. Quarto piano senza ascensore e in estate faceva caldissimo. Sprovvisto di uno straccio, sapone o qualsiasi altra cosa servisse per tenere in ordine una casa per una settimana. Abbiamo anche chiesto agli host, ma ci è stato negato. È inutile fornire una lavatrice se poi non c’è nemmeno un bicchiere di sapone per i vestiti.

• Stefan (8/5): - Gute Anbindung an Öffis, schnell im Zentrum und an den Hot Spots Gegend ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, sehr viele verschiedene Nationalitäten in der Umgebung. Außerdem könnte es etwas sauberer in der Wohnung sein. Kochutensilien könnten mehr sein.
• Michaela (6/5): - Die Zimmer sind großzügig. Auch Geschirr ist vorhanden. Supermärkte in direkter Nähe, auch Anschluss zum Nahverkehr sehr gut. Einiges ist reparaturbedürftig. Fenstergriffe lose, Vorhänge machen nicht wirklich dunkel, Türgriffe locker. Kein TV Programm und auch kein Highspeed Internet.
• Elien (7/5): Het was voor ons voldoende - Het was een fijne locatie. Je kon gemakkelijk met het openbaar vervoer overal naartoe. Ook het contact met de verhuurder verliep goed. De bedden waren mooi opgemaakt toen we toekwamen en het was heel proper/hygiënisch. De foto’s op booking komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het water van de douche warmde niet echt op. Wanneer we warm water hadden duurde dit niet lang en had het direct weer koud. Ook werkte het internet niet echt terwijl er high speed internet beloofd wordt.
• Santana Falcon (6/5): - La seguridad, en las puertas, buen aire acondicionado para el calor que hacía es de agradecer las camas muy bien Faltan algunas cosas de mantenimiento .Nos encontramos con la manguera del telefonillo de la ducha perdía mucha agua teníamos que presionar para poder ducharnos , el bajante del lavamanos el agua tardaba en desaguar , uno de los focos de la habitación fundido , algunos ruidos del exterior por las noches . Y no tiene ascensor.
