• Nicolas (6/5): - La terraza estaba bien. El apartamento estaba equipado muy básico, no tenía un sofá donde sentarse, si querías sentarte tenías que hacerlo en las sillas de la cocina, en lugar de sofá cama había una cama portátil con un colchón muy muy malo.

• Marike (9/5): - Prima plek een de eigenaar schakelde heel snel! Doordat we niet op Madeira konden landen en uit waren geweken naar Gran Canaria moesten we laat in de avond nog een verblijf vinden. Door het snelle appcontact hebben we heerlijk kunnen slapen bij Sweet Garden. Mooie locatie, alles schoon en ook de bedbank ligt heerlijk!

Se lo comenté al propietario y me dijo que es la primera vez que le paso esto pero no me dieron más explicaciones

• Susana (6/5): - La zona es tranquila, céntrica y cerca de la locomoción. Las toallas, no las encontré muy bien lavadas, la cama incómoda no te podías dar vuelta de los ruidos que hacía. No ponen reparadores para secar la vajilla, y si alguien deja productos en la cocina los quitan, como aceite, café, servilletas etc, la heladera y los placares estan completamente vacios.

• Gabriele (5/5): l'appartamento al piano seminterrato non lo consiglio - il quartiere è molto bello e l'appartamento è abbastanza nuovo. anche il palazzo è molto bello. l'host è stato disponibile nell'annuncio ci sono le foto di tutti gli appartamenti ma quello al piano -1 ha molti difetti in più rispetto ai piani più alti. il bagno e cieco e l'appartamento resta umido. non ci sono zanzariere. non ci sono lampade sui comodini. l'appartamento è molto rumoroso e si sentono gli inquilini a fianco e al piano di sopra. manca una tettoia alla porta di ingresso per proteggere dalla pioggia. la posizione è comoda per muoversi con gli autobus ma non a piedi. non ci sono parcheggi in strada. i panni nella lavanderia non si asciugano perchè è troppo piccola.

• Aurelia (10/5): A fost o vacanta care as fi dorit sa nu se termine :) - Locatia este amplasata intr-o zona linistita de case cu o arhitectura frumoasa, langa Parcul Doramas, foarte frumos ingrijit, si langa un hotel superb - Santa Catalina. Daca esti iubitor de arhitectura, este o zona potrivita pentru tine. Este destul de aproape de zona centrala (Triana), la 20 min de mers pe jos, dar si la 20 min de Playa de Las Alcaravaneras. Daca nu vrei sa mergi pe jos, ai la indemana multe mijloace de transport in comun si cu 1.40 eur poti sa te deplasezi unde doresti. Se ajunge usor si de la aeroport. Apartamentul e spatios, curat, iar Cristian (cel care administreaza) foarte promt, daca ai nevoie de ceva. Daca mergeti iarna si sunteti mai frigurosi, cereti o patura, ca se pare ca ei nu sunt obisnuiti cu asta. Un amanunt pentru cei care doresc curatenie zilnica: nu se face curatenie, trebuie sa te gospodaresti singur, dar pun la dispozitie asternuturi curate si prosoape. Apartamentul in care eu am stat era luminos si spatios. Cladirea este o vila care are mai multe apartamente inchiriate, dar nu au fost probleme de galagie sau alt disconfort. M-am simtit foarte bine in acel apartament. Este si o cafenea la coltul strazii si la 5 min gasesti magazine sa iti cumperi ceva de mancare si doua restaurante unde mananca si localnici.

• André (4/5): Un experiencia nada buena, estuvimos 2 semanas y el señor cambió 3 palabras con nosotros. - Ninguna información concreta, el apartamento en un sótano, eso no estaba escrito en la página web. Solo con una ventana, el colchón un desastre, en 2 semanas no nos dieron sabanas para cambiar. Solo una luz portátil en el dormitorio, solamente una persona podía leer en la cama. El wifi funcionaba solamente al lado de la televisión, en ningún otra habitación funcionaba, claramente tampoco afuera! Canales de televisión solo en español, cuando se lo dijimos al señor ignoró por completo la pregunta. Aparcamiento del coche prácticamente imposible en la zona, eso tampoco se menciona en la página web. El sofá muy sucio, en general el departamento y los muebles con mucho polvo. Delante del apartamento había 2 luces en la pared las cuales no funcionaban y no se veía la cerradura para introducir la llave.
• Eliezer (8/5): Buen sitio - Las instalaciones del alojamiento y la ubicación Aunque no es grave, tuve que escribir varias veces y llamar pars que me dieran los códigos de acceso, incluso cuando ya había llegado al alojamiento a la hora de entrada. Habían enviado notificación diciendo que mandarían todo 24 horas antes de mi llegada, pero no fue así.

• SEEFRIED (8/5): - Die Zentrale Lage und die Größe des Appartements waren sehr fantastisch und angenehm. Sehr sauber geführt, guter Service und angenehme Betreuung bei jeglicher Anfrage. Leider keine freien Parkplätze in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, jedoch gibt es eine Tiefgarage für knapp 65 Euro pro Woche in der Nähe.

• patricia (9/5): - El apartamento en general estaba muy completo y bonito. El patio exterior muy bonito No tiene nada que ver con lo bien que estaba el apartamento, pero la zona osea la calle olía un poco mal a cañería.

• ÁNGEL (9/5): Un buen apartamento en una buena zona - La ubicación es buenísima y en una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad. Cuando no se conoce puede parecer que dista de las playas y del centro bastante pero en realidad, si no se quiere andar, la línea 1 y L1 tienen parada muy cerca, con lo que puedes desplazarte en pocos minutos a la playa de las Canteras o hasta el centro (catedral, calle comercial de Triana). La playa de las Alcaravaneras está a 15 minutos andando y el puerto deportivo a 5. En resumen, un lugar sin ruidos para pasar las noches tranquilo y muy cerca de todo. Por otra parte Cristian, el propietario, estuvo siempre pendiente y se le podía llamar a cualquier hora. Nos atendió y solucionó las veces que tuve que llamarle. Es una persona de lo más agradable. Por poner alguna pega diría que se acumulaba calor durante el día en nuestro apartamento, aunque también es cierto que disponíamos de dos ventiladores que solucionaban el problema. Puntualizo que Cristian ya nos había advertido que si pasábamos calor intentaría solucionar el problema e incluso cambiar de apartamento. No fue necesario.

• Lorenzo_MA (9/5): Un apartamento agradable, funcional y bien situado para una estancia de una semana en Las Palmas - Desayuno: no aplicable. Electrodomésticos: muy bien. Muy buena ubicación para mis necesidades. Se estropeó la wifi durante la noche y a la mañana siguiente se reparó pronto. Que no dispusiera de un par de almohadas cervicales. Hubiera preferido conocer en persona a la persona responsable del apartamento, pero toda la comunicación fue exclusivamente electrónica, a pesar de haber mantenido una estancia de 8 dias y haber interactuado por chat varias veces.

It was extremely clean with a lovely outside patio space to sit in the evening Unfortunately we were staying there during Carnival, so a lot of the restaurants and cafes near the apartment were closed. However, an excellent meal was only a taxi ride away
