• József (7/5): - Very good location, close to the metro and tram, silent residential area, squirrels in the garden. The apartment is suitable for 4 couples. Two balconies right next to each other so you can pour tea from one balcony in a glass on the other balcony. All sheets, towels, the apartment is clean. Poorly equipped, no coffee machine, no tablets for the dishwasher, we found only 3 knives, 5th bed right in front of the entrance so not really suitable for more than 4 couples. This is an old building, probably from the early 70s, the central heating was so noisy in one of the rooms that we had to switch it off otherwise we could not sleep.

• Salome (10/5): Thanks to the hosts - Place - Great , everything very close , supermarkets, pharmathy , every public transport, cafes , bars Easy check in and out any time of the day or night. Property has everything for family or friends group stay. No complaints

• THIERRY (8/5): Pratique et reposant quand le silence alentour se fait. Lits très confortables - Qualité de la literie. Taille des chambres. Propreté d’ensemble. Proche du métro et de restaurants sympas. Pas d’espace pour petit déjeuner. Meriterait de réaménager l’entrée avec machine à café, thé, là, on se croirait plus dans une salle d’attente de médecin… Salles de bains un peu vétustes, robinetterie, cabine de douche étroite. Insonorisation pas géniale…

Plint in de badkamer hangt los,zo een bakje als douche, enkel kleine mensen kunnen daar in. Douche kraan spoot alle kanten,dus onbruikbaar. Allen naar de 1 ne Douche,die laag in een bad hangt . Wij naar bergamo ,dan in de morgen constant mail en bellen of ze binnen mochten voor werken,ze wisten zelfs niet in welk appartement we zaten. Vanaf 2m8u05 drillen en boren naast de deur.pfft. ergste in 10 jaar !!

• AURELIE (8/5): Appartement confortable, idéal pour une famille avec ses 4 chambres, situé dans un quartier calme. - Dans la cuisine, il manque : des bols, des torchons, des allumettes/un briquet (pour allumer la gazinière), une paire de ciseaux.

• Melissa (5/5): Passable - The location was great. Definitely more of a place for a group of friends than a family. Grocery store near by for all supplies. Air con wasn't that great and kept falling out of the windows sockets. The motor part of the ac units is located on the deck, so the kitchen was UNBEARABLY hot. We had to sit in the small living room, with a fans blowing and all doors open with air cons on. Kitchen was also lacking in coffee supplies, but we made do.

• Ira (9/5): Superb - Perfect place for young group of friends/couples or family. 4 room and a big table in a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment's location is good and just 15 minutes walk from Navigli canals. No basic food like salt/sugar/coffee/tea
• Longshan (10/5): Nice apartment! Cost-effective - The online check-in is convenient. Can provide invoices. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. Convenient transportation in the surrounding area. A supermarket nearby. No need to deal with the garbage. One set of cleaning equipment (30ml shampoo and 2 rolls of toilet paper) may be insufficient for multiple people and multi-day stays. Might need to carry it yourself.

• Anonymous (7/5): All in all a very good value for the money you pay! - Pretty Clean, convenient and accessible location. Very safe, with a security man at the entrance. There’s only ac in 2 rooms. The sofa bed is not comfortable.

• Alireza (3/5): Not recommended - Nice shared garden. Beds were comfortable Important is to note that the city tax is not included. For us on booking.com this was not mentioned (booking charged us in full and mentioned it includes all taxes and fees) so remained a hidden cost. Also important to note that checkin is 25 minutes walk from the actual apartment in an office. I never had to do this kind of checkin. Very uncomfortable if you also want to drop your bags you should drop in that office and then go there and pick up and take it to the apartment. This was also not mentioned on booking and has extra hassle (only found this out after the nonrefundable booking confirmed). Takes 1 hour of your time to get there and come back to the apartment. Kitchen stove lighter was broken. We only noticed this around 10pm when all shops were closed and we had prepared everything for dinner. This was obviously an old problem with the gas stove and was not fixed. They could have provided a lighter or matches but there was nothing so we were left in ... the first night. Although the apartment has a washer and dishwasher, there are no detergents provided so as a tourist they expect that you go buy a pack of these for your 1 or 2 night stays!! I don't know what happens to the left over from previous tenants! Strange that they said they can't provide these because the law prohibits this! I don't think there is any law prohibiting hosts from providing basic essential things like detergents, in all othe rentals in italy we had detergents provided. The living room is very small,. Only has a sofa for 2 persons where as we were 7. Overall I won't recommend it.

• Mason (10/5): Exceptional - My wife and I stayed at this apartment for one night. It was just perfect for us. The location could not have been better, it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. The apartment itself is well furnished, comfortable, light and airy. Highly recommend.
• Matas (5/5): Passable - The frontman contronted us when entering the properties and threatened to call police if the owner will not acompany us to the premises. It was a terrible first impression and experience after a long trip.
