• Kenneth (7/5): Property was clean and functional. Appliances worked well. Recommend an upgrade in furniture/bed - Location was good. Close to beach and boardwalk. Appliances including air conditioning were in good working condition. Property was very clean. Furniture needs updating. Bed was ok but should be upgraded for a higher end experience

• Antti (8/5): Rauhallinen ja valoisa asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. - Asunto oli valoisa keskeisellä sijainnilla. Ihana terassi ja muutenkin rauhallinen ympäristö. Asunto on viehättävä ja toimiva yhdelle ja kahdelle hengelle. Renfen ääni ei ole lainkaan häiritsevä. Asunto on todella mukava ja antaisin sille täyden 10, mutta arviota laskee asuntoon liittymättömät asiat. Majoitusta hoitavan yrityksen kanssa kannattaa olla tarkkana. Vessanpöntön kansi oli rikki, joka korjattiin kysymyksien jälkeen. Jouduin olemaan jatkuvasti hälytystilassa milloin joku tulee sen vaihtamaan. Kysyin usein perään jotta voisin ajoittaa lomani tekemiset järkevästi. Pesukone oli myös rikki ja jouduin ottamaan uuden vastaan ja odottamaan, ja avaamaan asentajalle oven. Eli lomani meni yrityksen toimia tehdessä. Kaikki rikkinäiset asiat korjattiin, mutta asiakkaan ei tulisi joutua tekemään lomalla töitä. Asentajan lähdön jälkeen asunto oli sekaisin ja jouduin siivoamaan hänen jälkiään. Vuokraan ei kuulu siivoukseen tarkoitettuja aineita joten asiakas joutuu ne hankkimaan. Vettä valuu lattialle vessassa, ehkä putkista. Myös kovan (myrsky)sateen aikana portaikon katosta valuva vesi valui etuoven alta sisään huoneistoon.

• hichem (7/5): - L'emplacement était un plus non négligeable au même titre que la climatisation. Le clic clac n'était pas du tout confortable. Manque d'équipement et d'ustensiles.

• Tamayo Jiménez (9/5): - El apartamento estaba fenomenal!!! Muy limpio y de cocina tenía de todo.. Muy céntrico a todo,sobre todo para la playa 🏖️ Lo que no me gustó... Sólo tenía la bolsa de basura de la cocina;!! En el baño estaba la papelera sin bolsa!!! Lo suyo qué dejarán bolsas basura, algo de limpieza de baño, cómo lejía para el wáter!!!y alguna dosis más para lavadora. A razón de días que esté el inquilino!!! Y un poco de limpieza en las almohadas y colchón de habitación. La verdad qué por lo demás fenomenal...

• Karen (10/5): Modern apartment with balcony close to the beach and shops - I was greeted by a lovely gentleman on arrival although he had lost the key and I had to wait just over 10mins in the cold and wet whilst he retrieved it. The apartment was well equipped with complimentary washing up liquid, dish cloth/ scrubber, hand wash and toilet rolls. There were some issues over the last few days of my stay, which were out of anyone's control due to torrential rain, where water poured through the loft hatch on the landing and in the shower room but when I reported the issue it was dealt with quickly and professionally. I would recommend new sheets, although they were clean they were heavily stained. And one mattress was heavily stained, only discovered when I stripped the bed on check out. However the apartment was modern with a balcony and in a great location near the beach and shops. I would definitely book again and I would recommend to friends and family

• Barb (8/5): Excellent apartment and great location - The location of the apartment was excellent. Short walk to Los Boliches train station. Really close to shops, restaurants, groceries, and the beach. And very quiet at night. The staff were terrific and the apartment was really clean, the sunny terrace is wonderful. It came with everything we needed for our three week stay. The mattress could use some improvement. A bit thin and hard. Note that laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper, spices and condiments are not provided.
• Lauri (9/5): Very nice apartment with great location - Very beautiful and clean apartment, suitable for a short vacation or a longer stay. All kitchen appliances were rather new and in good condition. Nice patio with sunlight from early morning to late afternoon. All in all a very nice apartment and would rent it again. Shower cabin is rather small, lighting in bathroom not the best and the bed could be more comfortable and sturdy. Improve these and it would be perfect! Also the elevator in the building is very slow, so you will end up using the stairs. Consider it as free exercise :)
