• Vojkan (6/5): - Prijs kwaliteit was oke. Ze hadden onze kamer aan andere gasten gegeven. We moesten heel lang wachten met inchecken daardoor. We kregen wel een andere kamer maar we vonden alleen de badkamer erg schoon en de kamer zelf was niet echt schoon. De matras is helemaal doorgezakt dus die mag zeker worden vervangen want je krijgt na 2 nachten last van je rug. Niemand spreekt ook 1 woordje Engels helaas.

• Camille (10/5): - Tout ! La chambre est très bien, la cuisine trés bien équipé. Tout était très propre ! Le jacuzzi est tres appréciable en fin de journée. Le prix est correct pour les services et les chambres ! À 10min de la place, la rue est calme ! La propriétaire est aussi adorable. On recommande pour séjourner à Guatapé Rien !
• Sibylle (6/5): - Our room was nice and bright, a good size , with a sliding glass door 'faux' balcony. The room was facing the road, but quiet at night (early morning road noise if sleeping in is your thing). One of the room lights had a warm tone, a nice touch in comparison to the bright overhead lights usually installed in hotels in Colombia. The hot tub and roof top were a nice touch. The place seems to need a little love, i.e. dirty windows, no security bars at the window in our room, and a dirty kitchen (left over food and dirty dishes left by guests), no change of the kitchen rags while we were there etc. Rooftop could use a sun shade and more tables/chairs.

• Colette (9/5): - La terrasse et la cuisine pour se préparer les petits déj et repas et manger sur la terrasse. C'est séparé, donc il faut transporter nos assiettes et plats, mais c'est agréable de manger avec la vue sur le peno. L'hôtel est un peu à l'écart de la ville. Un petite marche pour s'y rendre, mais ça a l'avantage d'être calme.

• Andrew (10/5): Quiet, safe and quaint. - The staff is very friendly. It’s safe and quiet. There’s no AC but the rooms have windows and you get an excellent breeze at night and each room has a fan so it’s a wonderful sleeping experience. The sun comes up early and everyone in the town wakes up early so motorcycles and cars are loudly driving around while I’m still trying to sleep but this is a complaint about Guatape not the hotel.

• Megane (7/5): PAS DE JACCUZZI - Le rétroprojecteur dans.la chambre cinéma etait super agréable. La cuisine est pratique même si à l'opposé des chambres. La terasse sur le toit (2 étages plus haut) est agréable. La receptioniste est aimante et très gentille malgré sa grosse charge de travail. Lit très confortable. Wifi lent. Le JACCUZZI N'EXISTE PAS. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel spécialement pour cela. À la place on vous propose un hammam mais uniquement de 4h à 6h. Déjà les horaires sont pas pratique et quand il fait chaud dehors aucune envie de s'enfermer dans un hammam. La receptioniste est toute seule pour tout gérer et on se retrouve souvent à pas la trouver quand on a besoin de quelque chose. Le bruit ! Malgré que les commentaires parlaient de calme malheureusement nos voisins nous a prouvé le contraire. Effectivement pas de bruit de la rue mais il y a pas/peu d'insonorisation entre les chambres. Si le téléphone du voisin vibrait, vous l'entendez comme si cetait le votre. Et un prix mensonger. Pour finaliser la réservation vous devez payé au moins 50% par carte et avec 5% de frais. Ce qui représente une sacrée somme sur plusieurs jours. Même si l'hôtel nous a finalement déduit, méfiez vous.

• Yme (9/5): - Het personeel was top. Heerlijk bed en een mooie ruime kamer. We hadden heerlijk weer eens een tv op de kamer en konden hier even makkelijk op bed een serie kijken. Douche was niet erg warm. Kamer zat vrijwel naast de weg, dus wel erg gehorig in de ochtend.

• Karina (8/5): Koselig hus med gjestfri vert og pene rom - Verten Mariela var utrolig vennlig. Rene og koselige rom med tilhørende kjøkken og bad. Komfortable senger. Huset ligger bare en kort spasertur fra plaza/sentrum. Eneste vi har å utsette på dette oppholdet var at bildene av boblebad og sauna ikke stemte overens med virkeligheten. Dette var ute av stand.

Difficile de faire le chek in ...,ça pourrait être plus simple,envoie de passeport et d'argent pour la réservation, ça peut être compliqué, quand on ne maîtrise pas bien. L'accueil est presque tjr ferme.

• Bartosz (10/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja, nie w samym centrum wśród zgiełku turystów, a minimalnie dalej, wśród lokalnych mieszkańców. Personel bardzo proste nocny i sympatyczny, pokoje super, sauny i jacuzzi też pomagają się zrelaksować i odpocząć.

Chambre très agréable, vue imprenable. A 10-15 mn à pied du centre donc au calme. Super. Le caractère "spa" n'est pas évident - les particularités de l'utilisation du jacuzzi devraient clairement être énoncées dans l'annonce de la chambre (utilisable entre 17 et 19h, demande 2h à l'avance pour chauffer l'eau)
