- Debbie (8/5): We enjoyed the location and the spaciousness and cleanliness of the unit. - Location was in the midst of everything so walking or taking trams was very convenient. Apartment was very spacious with large windows that opened. Kitchen was sufficient to make small meals and included a dishwasher. Clothes washing machine was very nice to have. Be aware that there is no elevator, so you need to carry your suitcases up 2-3 flights of stairs. A couple of extra things in the kitchen, like some paper towel and pot holders, would be a great addition. Shower floor is slippery.

- Farshad (8/5): Very good - Clean, helpful staff, and the location, I believe it is the best spot in whole prague The windows open to some sort of backyard of a restaurant, and they start to work and make noise early in the morning

- Pauline (9/5): Loved it. Highly recommended if you want to be right in the middle of sites and sounds of Prague. - The location is perfect. A short walk to Charles Bridge, astronomical clock, old town square and many other sites. We had a two bedroom apartment which was incredibly spacious. The fans provided were welcome Some wineglasses would be great. Blackout curtains also as the sun is so bright and daylight for a long time. Minor quibbles though.
- Sergey (8/5): Very good - Location is very good. Staff is vary good also. It is very noisy at night. I can hear every word said outside on the street. So I think the host should invest some money to improve the noise cancellation.
- Jorj-cezar (4/5): Disappointing - Locatia I booked one night at Royal Road Residence II (April 3-4, 2024) and everything was below expectations, almost disappointing. The apartment we paid for was not what we expected The unventilated and damp smell, cracked walls, chipped furniture, in the bathroom a damp stain with fallen plaster, old towels (sometimes white). What should have been a balcony... mess from the birds, cables pulled from the walls, windows with rusty bars plus the morning noise from the restaurant. We understood that it is a UNESCO building, but that does not justify the way the room and the terrace look, at least the part of the terrace in front of the room's windows. The two air fresheners failed to remove the smell from the room, as a result the 12-year-old child who was with us had to sleep with the window open all night.

I do understand there is nothing to do about the outside noise...very happy people across the street late at night.
- Fernando (10/5): Great place - The best thing was Liza in reception, she waited for us even after the reception hour and with a big smile. That is something that we appreciate a lot. The location of the apartment was great, a few steps from the best sights. Thank you Liza, remember Hostal la Ermita México will receive you any time. I just said that our apartment was in the 3er floor without elevator, good exercise though.
