• Kenneth (7/5): fantastic location. - The location of the property is excellent. Property needs to refreshed as it is a bit tired.
• Maria (3/5): Disappointedly and overrated. - It was indeed clean floors and bedsheets. The place is overrated. I wouldn’t recommend it. We couldn’t shower. The espresso machine and kettle looked very bad. The whole place looked dusty and like an impro. In addition the host attitude was rather disrespectful and didn’t come with any solution or apologies to our complains. We checked out after first night and have been partially refunded.
• David (10/5): Lovely spot in an amazing location - Amazing location, beautiful place, nicely decorated, very clean. Cool loft with the bathroom and a bedroom upstairs, a living room/bedroom on the middle floor, and bathroom downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. Host was very friendly and helpful, even meeting us early so we could leave our bags before check-in time. There was a slight odor coming from the AC unit upstairs. I think it just needs to be cleaned internally since it was working so hard in the summer heat. Easily fixed. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

• Sosan (9/5): I recommend the appartment, but be aware of cold in winter months - The property is nice, location is great, communication with the host very good. You can find everything you need for your stay in the appartment. It is a three story appartment so be aware of need to walk downstairs and upstairs frequently. The only downfall for us was the cold. We stayed there at the beginning of March the weather outside was cold and it was very cold in the apartment too, even though the heating was on. I asssume the problem was the isolation. Therefore it wasn ´t comfortable to stay in the apartment for longer periods of time.
• Dmitry (9/5): Superb - The host is a really nice guy! He let us check in much earlier and was very helpful. The location is perfect, inside a very special beautiful area, near the Tiber river. The apartment itself is very unusual and ingenious. The shower, kitchen with induction cooktop and the appliances are great! The apartment consists of three floors, -1 is the kitchen, the ground floor is the entrance with an extra bed, the first floor is the master bedroom and the bathroom. There's some inconvenience running between floors. And the pillows could have been better.

• James (2/5): Comfortable for 2 people but not 4 - Coffee machine, comfy bed, cleanliness. Late attendant to provide key and entry. No hot water for the shower, boiler faulty. Unusual aesthetic due to dolls and figures everywhere. You could see into the beds on the floor below via the glass floor and mirror placement, minimal privacy. The only bathroom had to be entered through one of the bedrooms.
• Holland (10/5): Exceptional - Great location to see all the sites within walking distance. Vatican City was the furthest we travelled. About 40 minute walk. Secure location inside a gated area. Comfortable bed, good shower. Couldn't find the apartment to start with but we were met round the corner and shown how to get there and get in so not an issue.
• Florian (8/5): Absolutely great experience in Rome and because this stay. - Definitely a great experience. Location is just perfect, on the heart of Rome and we felt really safe on the property. Really happy to find this place to stay on my first ever in Rome. Bravissimo! Why not having bicycles that we can use? :)
• Eugenik (8/5): Close to the ancient times - The location is great. Close to all important attractions. There is room for improvement in terms of the technical side of the apartment.
• Pakhi (6/5): Although the apartment was conveniently located, it is not value for money. - Location was excellent. However, getting the cab driver to come to the apartment was a hassle, likely because of the unreliable nature of google maps like apps. It could help if the host could leave a tip about the closest address where it’s the easiest for the cab drivers for pick ups and drop offs. Cleanliness - There was a peculiar stink in the apartment, particularly in the bedroom area. There was also a mouldy smell in the washer. Also, the drain in the shower stall was clogged. The first day, we took shower with the clogged drain but when we reached out to the host, they had it fixed the same day. Facilities - Unlike what’s advertised, there is no air conditioning the the apartment. There is a cooler in the bedroom, a small table fan in the living room, and nothing in the basement level where there’s the kitchen. It got really hot during our stay. Some of the appliances (iron, hair dryer) had plugs that were not compatible with the sockets in the apartment. It would have helped to have an adapter. There were no disposable paper towels in the kitchen (only one small cloth towel).
• Anna (9/5): Home away from home- very cozy. - Really good location. Felt very homely. Air conditioning facilities were good. Staff were very attentive and helpful before and on arrival. The main shower head was broken so we had to use the small handheld shower nozzle.
