Thomas (10/5): Excellent stay at a beautiful resort with great staff, clean facilities, and an amazing location on Eagle Beach. - The resort was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The location on Eagle Beach was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The rooms were comfortable, the pools and facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and upscale. Nothing major to complain about — overall a great experience.

Reine (9/5): Beautiful resort - The location is great While I understand Aruba’s natural windiness, our room experienced persistent creaking sounds throughout the day and night from Monday through Saturday. On our final night, this noise intensified significantly and unfortunately impacted my ability to sleep restfully. Given the premium nature of this property and the investment we made, I would hope this could be addressed..whether through room selection, maintenance, or structural assessment.

Sue (10/5): Overall our family had a great time. Will definitely stay at this site again. - Our family vacation was excellent. The amenities are awesome. The food is outrageous. The service is excellent. Housekeeping is impeccable. The staff goes above and beyond ensuring your stay is carefree. The drink and food service on the beach was lacking. The lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach were also lacking. They tried to accommodate our group of six (four chairs and two umbrellas) just wasn’t enough.

When looking at the final bill at checkout, EVERY DATE was incorrect for all resort charges, indicating dates from 06-04-2026 to 10-04-2026 while my stay was 04-06-2026 to 04-10-2026. This will be reported to the Aruba Travel

Todo dia tem musica ao vivo até as 10 da noite. O palco fica no meio do hotel. Pessoalmente achei o volume alto e para quem acorda cedo para curtir Aruba pode incomodar um pouco. Eu estava com um bebê então conversei com o time na recepcão. Foram extremamente solicitos e nos mudaram para um quarto mais afastado do palco.

Jacuzzi in the balcony - impractical and the jets are not connected 3. Hot water pool - very dirty and no hot water - same temperature as the regular pool 4. Staff are not trained to clear plates and cups from breakfast tables BEFORE spending time setting tables 5. Suite was spacious but not well laid out. Beautiful beach It’s designed to cater to American customers and they expect you to tip them even for the most basic services even when the service is bad. In general I quite pressured during meals because I take my time to eat and don’t pile my plate with stacks of food (unlike many people do in a buffet). But they always seemed to be in a hurry to clear the plates and hand you the bill. That was really annoying. On 3 separate occasions I had to tell them I wasn’t done yet. I guess if you’re from the US, you will like it but if you’re going from Europe it can be a bit annoying.

Cheron (9/5): Nice and Quiet Getaway - The adult pool and pool areas were welcoming and relaxing. The morning breakfast was very good and dinners at the restaurants was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the fitness center. Great location on Eagle Beach, can walk up to the Palm Beach area. Overall a great stay. The drinks were pretty pricey at $22-$24 each. Also, if you are looking for a lot of action, this is not the place and the casino is not open yet.

Lo opuesto si se busca exclusividad y relax. Existen opciones definitivamente mejores en la isla.

Room and bathroom very nice although room came with jacuzzi tub on the balcony which was weird. Bar and wait Staff excellent and very attentive. Restaurants were great. Pools excellent. Very beautiful lobby and common spaces as well. Pool furniture in disrepair, many broken, staff tried to fix, very apologetic but items were beyond repair. Beach across the road with very little or no amenities. No showers, bathrooms, few chairs, can’t enjoy beach. Light bulb in room was out, room cleaned but not one towel replaced, called for towels twice and waited one hour for them. Called for bath tissues and waited another hour. After 10pm no staff at front desk. Had to yell into back room to get front desk service. At over $1000 per day we expected more.

Los meseros llenan mal los tiquetes de consumo y si ud va con todo incluido, se lleva la sorpresa en el check out que le cobran cosas que no consumio. Es un robo y luego no tienes como reclamar. Es definitivamente un hotel donde nunca más volveré. Pésimo.

Maria Laura (10/5): Hotel y servicios espectaculares en la mejor playa de Aruba - Joia by Iberostar esta ubicado en la mejor playa de Aruba. El hotel queda cruzando la playa, hay una pequeña calle que no es muy transitada y que todos paran ni bien te ven cruzar, todo está preparado para que no sientas esa distancia. El personal de todo el hotel te recibe de tal forma que en todo momento te sentís especial , en la playa te colocan una reposeras espectaculares, sombrilla, mesa y toallas. Hay a disposición agua libre en todo el hotel, linda música, excelentes bares, piscinas, tumbonas. El desayuno increíble, pocas veces he visto algo igual. Las habitaciones son increíblemente amplias, con muchos detalles de confort y super cómodas, tienen baño compartimentado, un balcón con jacuzzi, una vista a las piscinas y al mar. Los restaurantes, la cafetería, los locales, todo de primer nivel!! Gracias a Sylvania, Samuel, Mary Rose, Ana, Milena, Jazmin y los tres jóvenes que están en las reservas de los restaurantes por haber hecho de nuestros días las mejores vacaciones. Todos los detalles muy pensados, mucho confort, lo que buscas lo encontras. Felicitaciones a la pastelera del hotel !!! Sin duda volveremos pronto para que nos sigan mimando. La recomendación es mejorar la calidad de atención en el restaurante Marea. Sugerimos un nivel más gourmet en la comida.

La cantidad de reposeras y sombrillas es muy insuficiente con relación ala capacidad hotelera 50 sombrillas para 240 habitaciones. El personal de plata hace excelente trabajo para conformar y ubicar a los pasajeros.
Antonio (1/5): Precio de Lujo - Trato Inaceptable - Precio de lujo, trato inaceptable Mi experiencia en este hotel estuvo muy lejos de lo que esperaba para una estadía larga y costosa. Nos alojamos casi un mes, junto con mis padres y mi esposa. El plan all inclusive se contrató pagando un cargo adicional. En términos de infraestructura, cumple visualmente. El personal de limpieza fue correcto y constante. El restaurante Marea destacó positivamente y fue el único espacio donde el servicio fue profesional. Fuera de eso, la experiencia fue muy negativa. El servicio al huésped carece de criterio y de capacidad de resolución. Hablé directamente con la gerente en varias ocasiones, explicando situaciones concretas, pero no hubo seguimiento, soluciones ni una disculpa formal. La sensación permanente fue de desinterés. Durante la celebración del cumpleaños de mi padre, algunos familiares se unieron por unos días. En Bucatini, el manejo fue desafortunado: el capitán de meseros se negó a acomodar mesas, pese a que era viable, y la actitud fue innecesariamente confrontativa. El servicio fue lento y la comida llegó en malas condiciones. También tuvimos un problema con el servicio de daycare para un niño de 6 años de la familia, el servicio había sido solicitado, pero nos informaron que no estaba disponible porque la niñera estaba “fuera de servicio”. Sin embargo, la vimos durante esos días circulando por el hotel sin atender a ningún niño, lo cual resultó confuso y poco profesional. Room service fue deficiente: errores frecuentes en los pedidos, comida de baja calidad y tiempos de espera larguísimos. Otro punto que llamó mi atención fue la mala actitud de algunos directivos provenientes de España que se encontraban en el hotel, fuimos testigos de malos tratos por parte de ellos hacia el personal del bar de la piscina delante, inaceptable. Quiero destacar de manera especial a Carlos Arango, mesero del restaurante Marea, a su gerente y a todo el personal por su actitud positiva y atención al detalle, comida deliciosa. Servicio al Cliente muy deficiente. Directivos maleducados Servicio de mayordomo muy por debajo de lo que puedes recibir en otras partes del mundo.

The Gym is also at an exceptional level. Minor details that do not affect the exceptionality of the hotel: It happens that the free sunbeds on the beach are occupied and you have to wait a while for a space to become available.

Lack of staff in and around pool area. Some of the people were not friendly at all. Bar staff by pool would gather and chit chat and leave you standing waiting to be approached. To pay the kind of money to stay there with these issues is 100% unacceptable. The staff should have a total attitude adjustment each and everyone and it should be the focus of the property. If you’re not in board then you do not work there. Very disappointing. It was several that ruined the experience

The beach is flawless: calm, clean, and perfectly integrated into the hotel experience with attentive service and plenty of space to relax. Staff members are genuinely welcoming and eager to make your stay seamless, and every detail—from the linens to the dining—feels intentionally curated. It’s rare to find a new hotel that already feels this polished and special. We can’t wait to return. Shout out to Ralph and the entire concierge team they were incredible! Don’t miss a meal at Gaia absolutely delicious! Beach service needs to be better organized ;) but this does not affect my 5 star review!
Kristina (10/5): - Beautiful new hotel, I really enjoyed my vacation. The staff is very friendly and always at your service. I recommend! Just be careful if you put the bills on the room number. Accidentally or not, they overcharged us $200, but since I thoroughly reviewed everything on the bill and noted it in my notes, they corrected the mistake. They charge you for breakfast on the first day of your stay even though you don't eat it because it ends before check-in. Just be careful.

Valentina (7/5): Sobrevalorado para lo que pagas - Las instalaciones en general estaban súper bien , muy lindas hotel muy cómodo y moderno . La habitación muy linda , amplia, cómoda . Las piscinas limpias. , amplias con bar en una de ellas. wifi en todo el hotel menos en la playa. Tiene una cafetería buena , personal amable pero no existe leche de vaca sin lactosa pero tienen opciones vegetales. Comida: contratanos sirena all inclusive el cual era a la carta , muchas veces no tenían el plato o cambiaban los ingredientes sin avisarte . El n asignarte una mesa muchas veces se demoraban y se armaba una fila .Se demoraban demasiado en traer lo que pedías a la piscina alrededor de 45 minutos sobre todo si estabas en la playa. El hotel cuenta con 2 restaurantes Marea y Bucattini . El primero la comida está ok nada espectacular se demoran una eternidad en traer tu comida , personal poco atento la comida podía estar servida en la barra y nadie la traía y siempre cambiaban la preparación le agregaban o quitaban cosas a su pinta ( Ej: tacos de carne con guacamole y salsa de cilantro , a veces lo traían solo con guacamole o mayonesa y a veces solo con salsa de cilantro sin guacamole) . Bucattini restaurante italiano extremadamente lento en atención , no siempre servían picoteo de cortesía .En cuanto al desayuno este era bueno , variado pero no existe la leche de vaca sin lactosa , los omelettes con muchísimo aceite y no siempre reponían lo que se acababa, había que pedirlo y se demoraban . Habían platos de la carta que no estaban incluidos en el all inclusive para lo que pagas no deberían cobrarte nada aparte . El haber solo 2 restaurantes disponibles se hace muy repetitiva la comida para la estancia de 1 semana a 10 días para lo que uno paga. Limpieza: estaba ok , pero la habitación llena de arena y no reponían el jabón , shampoo , crema etc. De hecho no movían las cosas para limpiar . Spa: no está incluido en all inclusive y los precios son impagables para lo que ofrece. El gimnasio tiene buenas instalaciones pero muchas clases son de pago ( aunque sea all inclusive) Diversión: el hotel no ofrece ningún tipo de actividades solo música en vivo siempre la misma playlist ningún show , o actividades en la piscina durante el día .

Gabriel (9/5): Un hotel de Otro Nivel en Aruba - De las veces que hemos tenido la oportunidad de estar en Aruba, llegar a JOIA Aruba by Iberostar, ha sido una de las mejores experiencias hoteleras, desde el personal de la recepción, los del front desk, el botones, el personal de limpieza, los de los restaurante, y los de soporte en la playa, todos se esmeran en que pases un rato muy agradable, un confort al 100%, unas bebidas y comidas de primera calidad, que lo diferencian de cualquier otra oferta. El acceso a la playa de Eagle Beach es muy fácil, y es una playa muy descongestionada, casi que privada y una calidad superior. No encontramos nada que nos haya disgustado, todo de verdad muy bien organizado.
