• Roberta (10/5): - Casa fantastica lontana dai rumori e dell'inquinamento luminoso e immersa nella natura.Quindi perfetta per vedere l'aurora boreale anche da fuori casa. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Semplicemente perfetta.
• Massimiliano (10/5): Bellissimo, come essere a casa - Estremamente accogliente abbiamo trovato addirittura la tavola apparecchiata. Stile shabby molto carino, tutto arredato con estrema cura. Nella casa non manca nulla, mai trovata una casa vacanze così rifornita. Ci avevano lasciato anche caramelle cioccolatini e tutto l’occorrente per fare caffe , te, tisane e cioccolata. Non abbiamo incontrato l’host ma era sempre reperibile e con assistenza veloce. Andava bene tutto
• Kamil (10/5): - Great location. All you had to do was go outside the house to observe the northern lights. A sauna is the perfect addition to your relaxation. Surrounding nature and at the same time close to a shop and a gas station. A perfectly prepared apartment for our arrival. Possibility of early check-in and late check-out. Very helpful hosts. Great contact with the host. Home instruction manual. The hosts recommended places worth visiting
• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic place to stay, all facilities were immaculate, even had complimentary treats on arrival. The location is just right...not too far away from things but far enough. If we had any problems, just a message to Henna and Jarno and they replied straight away. We didn't have any problems, just unsure how to use things. The sauna was an added bonus and there were even sledges for the kids to use. The forest at the back of the accommodation was great for exploring in the snow. We even got to see the Northern Lights right outside the front door Would 100% recommend Homestead Lapland. • Pierre (10/5): Wonderful time spent at Jarno and Henna's house - We spent five days in this wonderful accommodation: spacious, welcoming, well-equipped, surrounded by nature yet close to a supermarket and gas station. Everything you need for a great stay is here, not to mention the incredibly helpful and lovely hosts. Thank you! Nothing

• Regina (10/5): - Jarno and Henna's Homestead is fantastic. They sent us detailed information prior to our stay and checked in with us during. The place was clean, felt right at home. Had the best sleep, beds were so comfy. Having a sauna was a huge plus, kitchen is well equipped. Visited during December, Christmas decorations with a picturesque surrounding and heavy snow was really special.
• Brac (10/5): - Casa caratteristica a 50 min dall aeroporto pertanto raggiungibile solo in auto. Immersa nel bosco, molto accogliente, c'è tutto il necessario in cucina, letti comodi, un bel caminetto in soggiorno e locale sauna dentro in casa adiacente al bagno. Se cerchi relax in mezzo al nulla allora è il posto ideale. Proprietari sono stati meravigliosi. Ho gia suggerito a loro un barbecue plus per gli ospiti. Tutto perfetto

Great rural location, but close enough to all the Rovaniemi amenities. Was skeptical to book due to only a few reviews, however exceeded expectations and would definitely use again in future
• Emanuele (9/5): esperienza finlandese - bellissima casa lontana dai rumori della città, ma vicina ad un market e au un benzinaio con sauna privata e cucina comoda. si consigli il noleggio di una auto per potersi spostare liberamente. la casa è grande quindi consigliata anche per famiglie mi è piaciuto molto tutto. se devo dare un consiglio, fornirei delle coperte intermedie in quanto il piumone era troppo caldo.

• Joseph (10/5): Warm cozy spacious and fully loaded with everything you could need. - The property is exceptionally clean and tidy and is fully loaded with everything you could need. Clean towels and bedding and the hosts even left treats for the children. The hosts were in regular contact and there if we needed anything at all. They also sent us a list of the local attractions. The property was so warm and cozy and literally has everything you could ever need. Games for the kids, sledges it’s even got a sauna. We had such a lovely stay and when we return we won’t be staying anywhere else but here. There wasn’t anything not to like!
• Tegan (10/5): Exceptional - The house was beautiful. On arrival, it was all candle lit, cosy, and the rooms were presented with love and care. The house is perfectly located to enjoy the northern lights, we stood on the drive and watched as they danced overhead and above the forest. There is no need to drive around chasing locations or paying for excursions. The facilities were great: good quality pans for cooking, plenty of crockery, complimentary tea and coffee. The welcome pack was clear and friendly. The shower was great, and so was the sauna, a great bonus to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary toiletries. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage. The open fire not only gave the room a relaxing, authentic ambience but also provided extra warmth. Not that it was needed, as the heating was incredible. The house was so warm, we sat in t-shirts and didn't once feel cold. The outdoor space is more than any parent could ask for. Safe, beautiful views and on our visit an abundance of snow, complete with snow mounds perfect for non-stop sledging, which were included for our stay! The garden backs onto an inviting forest, where you can take wander, enjoy the views, and not worry about losing yourself. Perfect little adventures for the family right on the doorstep. The local supermarket is literally a minute drive away. Jarno and Henna were so helpful before, during, and after our stay: accessible through email and the WhatsApp.
• Clara (10/5): An excellent journey - Excellent location, in nature, an ice rink nearby, easy to reach by car to Rovaniemi, or to the Arctic Snow Hotel. The kitchen was equipped with spices, tea, coffee, oil, etc.
• Pawełkruk (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time in Lapland Homestead in January 2025. The house is very comfortable and clean. Perfect for family stay. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, sauna and fireplace. The owner is very nice and heplful. Always replies to all questions.. The location is very convinient. Very quiet and close to Rovaniemi and close to Korouoma falls. Nice supermarket 300m from the house. There are many attractions nearby: husky farm, reindeer farm. We recommend stay in Lapland Homestead to everyone with pleasure!

• Kevin (10/5): Perfect retreat in Rovaniemi - My family and I stayed at this lovely cabin in Rovaniemi for a week. The cabin was spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped with everything one would need. Since there's also a small supermarket nearby, preparing meals was easy. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great heating. We especially enjoyed the sauna and the fireplace. Location is ideal if you want to be away from the city and the neighbourhood is secluded enough to ensure that our nights are cosy and peaceful. It took around 45-50 minutes by car to reach important areas like the city centre, Santa Claus Village, and the airport. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to our inquiries, so our stay remained hassle-free. I recommend their homestead for anyone who's looking for a getaway in Lapland. None.
• Murphy (10/5): Amazing cozy hideaway in the forest with wonderful charm. - This place was immaculately kept and the owners are clearly very proud of their property. The table was set beautifully for us on our arrival and the lovely Christmas tree was a wonderful touch. The kids rushed to the small sleds on the porch and had a blast while I prepared dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy and the rooms well appointed. The sauna is incredible with digital control and the whole space feels so inviting. The owners left treats for the kids and it felt like a very personal touch. Wish I could give this place a 100/10. And that's without even speaking of the great value for the area. A short drive from Rovaniemi and all the wonderful Christmas themed attractions. Would recommend and would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
