The room safe was broken and unusable, leaving no way to secure my valuables. The hotel entrance is often left open to the street and the reception is frequently unstaffed, providing zero security. The management is extremely unprofessional and refuses to take any responsibility, claiming the theft must have happened elsewhere despite clear evidence to the contrary. The matter is now under official police investigation. Booking.com has already issued a partial refund due to the hotel's failure to cooperate. Stay away from this place if you value your belongings!

La camera era arredata con estremo gusto, moderna, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Ho apprezzato molto la posizione strategica dell'hotel, ideale per esplorare Roma a piedi, e la silenziosità della stanza nonostante la zona centrale. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super accogliente, facendomi sentire subito a casa. Colazione abbondante e buonissima. Nulla di negativo da segnalare, il soggiorno è stato impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista.

Als je het pand binnen kwam, en de trap omhoog nam zag je de schimmel en het verf van de muren vallen. We hadden mieren in de kamer. De muren waren zwart en veel vlekken. Alles was een beetje krakkemikkig. Voelde niet heel hygiënisch.

• Jurgita (1/5): Bad experience - The location. The room. Very disappointing and misleading. MAS Boutique Hotel Rome advertises itself as a 3-star hotel, but it is not a hotel at all. It is essentially a luxury apartment with separate en-suite rooms. There is no lobby, no restaurant, and no dedicated breakfast area. The property is located on the second floor of an old apartment building, accessed via a very small lift, which is not what one would expect from a hotel experience. Although breakfast is advertised, it consists only of a coffee, pastry, and sandwich delivered to the room, which is far below the standard of a 3-star hotel breakfast and feels misleading. The rooms are not soundproof at all. The doors are very basic, with gaps, and you can hear every step, every word, and even small movements from other rooms and the apartment, making it difficult to rest. Guests are given keys, but the reception operates only for a few hours and closes at 6:00 pm. After that, no staff are present on site, which made me feel unsafe and unsupported. While the rooms may look modern, the property does not meet 3-star hotel standards. Guests expecting a genuine hotel experience should be aware of this before booking.

Every morning the shower filled up with several inches of water. When this happened our toilet would leak water from the base. I mentioned this to the front desk twice but I’m not sure if there’s anything they can do. Additionally the shower fittings were very loose and obviously very cheap.

• camille (8/5): Bon séjour dans cet hôtel - La situation géographique est parfait pour visiter Rome. Chambre confortable et tout de même assez spacieuse (nous avions la petite chambre). Grande salle de bain. Petit déjeuner servi en chambre à l’heure demandée, avec choix. L’absence de personnel à la réception. Pas de bagagerie. Les bagages sont restées à la vue de tous toute la journée; on nous avait promis qu’ils seraient sous surveillance de la réception jusqu’à 18h, nous sommes arrivés à 16h30 et personne n’était à la réception. Tout comme la veille à 17h il n’y avait personne à qui donner les consignes du petit déjeuner (qui ont quand même été transmises ).

• Yuli (7/5): Ok per un soggiorno di 1-2 giorni - La posizione che permette di raggiungere a piedi diverse aree di interesse/monumenti in 10/30 min; la vicinanza della metropolitana che in sole 4 fermate ti permette di arrivare a Roma Termini Struttura complessivamente migliorabile, soprattutto la preparazione del personale, l'insonorizzazione delle stanze e la colazione.

• Fernando (8/5): Muy bien ubicado, cómodo y lujoso con fallas en comunicación al pasajero - Ubicación e instalaciónes. En Booking no queda claro que no es un establecimiento sino un piso dentro de un edificio. Falla la comunicación, saber cómo reingresar al edificio, tener solo un juego de llaves para 3 personas, etc.
