• Kelsey (10/5): Great stay, thankyou! - The property was really clean and tidy, super close to restaurants/shops etc. car parking was convenient and easy to access. Host was super lovely when we did message and very responsive! The view was nice too Very minor thing but just needing to chase up check in and check out instructions on the day as we hadn’t heard anything from the time we booked.

Communication from - The property was in a great location close to both train stations. Apartment was clean and well presented with modern decor and equipment. Free secured parking was a plus. No extra blankets or a doona for the sofa bed. Instructions on how to get into apartment and access to car park was left to only few hours before check in. Had to ring owner to send thru access instructions. Instructions in text were not in order so hard to follow.

• Jane (10/5): Perfect place for a Melbourne getaway. - Lovely little apartment perfect for my husband and I and our adult son (who slept on the sofa bed in the lounge room). Collected keys easily via lockbox. Apartment had everything we needed and great outlook. Host was very friendly and helpful.
• K-Spec (9/5): - Good location, clean and well equipped room. Parking garage is VERY tight and also a little difficult to access when you first arrive. I had to park in the driveway blocking the footpath and with the rear of the car in the lane of flowing traffic on Flinders Street.
• Katelyn (8/5): Amazing city views - The location and view was incredible. Right in the middle of the city. The actual apartment was really spacious and had amazing views of the Melbourne CBD. The shower sprayed onto the floor of the bathroom and there was no exhaust fan, which meant the bathroom was quite wet after having a shower.
• Kathleen Fitzpatrick (8/5): Comfy Room with an Amazing View - The location and view were amazing! The host was very nice and was happy to answer any questions we had. Checking in and out was simple which was also nice. The decor and cleanliness of the room was great too and it was nice that the lobby and street entrance were nicely maintained too. We stayed for over a week and had our toddler with us so we did have to buy a few amenities to make it through our stay, like batteries and bin bags.

When we arrived to check in, the hotel reception front desk was apparently not associated so couldn't help us, but the host was prompt in meeting us with the key.

• Elysia (4/5): Overall nice, cheap place but definitely need to improve on a lot of things - Good value for money and close to the CBD TV was broken, nothing to use to wash the dishes like sponges and nothing to wash clothes with in washing machine. Wifi was for the hotel which was unusable. No rubbish bags provided by. Some lights were constantly flickering and other than where to find the key for the place, no instructions or help was provided

TV in the lounge didn't work, despite contacting the host prior to arriving after reading previous reviews. No dish cloths or tea towels. Night city noise not great for a light sleeper. Kept having to reset air-conditioning breaker at the board, and lights flickered or didn't work in the kitchen.

• Cheryl (8/5): Great views - The location and ease of check in was amazing. Awesome views of the city. Was allowed to check in early which was handy. Tv in the loungeroom didn't work, air conditioner didn't work until I found the fuse box and saw the air conditioner switch was either off or tripped...flicked it on and it worked, communication was non existent through booking.com you need to message them directly...

• Kala (4/5): Disappointing - Location and city views were great. Aircon didn't work while we were there, and it was a 39-degree day. We advised the host, but nothing was done. Also, the location is confusing as it has the same street address and is in the same building as a large hotel, but isn't affiliated. The entry instructions are specific and intensive, which is fine, but we weren't advised of any of this prior to arrival. It was a bit confusing while working out where to park, etc. A heads-up would've been helpful.

• Marissa (8/5): It was a bit stressful not knowing if I even had accomodation up until a few hours before, nice place, cosy, all about t - I liked how clean it was, photographs exactly as described… that view is directly from the lounge it was great, during night and day, staying within a hotel so felt safe being a solo traveller. New washer and dryer worked great. The communication pre entry was very poor… less than 6 hours till check in and I still didn’t have a room number, entry details or have any clue if I could check in earlier, as I had asked several days prior to stay with no communication. Host kept saying “I will let you know shortly” , 3 hours later “I’ll let you know ASAP” ? It was confusing and strange. If they wished to say “no entry information will be given out until it is okay to enter” it would have been a different story.
• Faridah (9/5): Definitely will return once wifi-internet connection is sorted out in the apartment - All is good- location, quality of apartment. The WiFi router did not work at all for us. Hope they will fix it as I rely on that for work.
• Noeleen (9/5): Gorgeous Apartment in the Perfect Location - We loved the design, it's a really beautiful apartment and spacious. The city centre location was brilliant and the free parking was a real bonus. The apartment is right beside the free City Circle tram and has a stop 50m from the entrance. The tram brings you to a lot of the Melbourne attractions free of charge. The only reason we didn't give this apartment a 10 was because the WiFi was patchy and, at times, non existent.
• Levi (9/5): Bright, clean and central! - Was so very clean and tidy, the owner really put a lot of thought into the decor. Location was amazing and very central to everything in Melbourne CBD. No fault of the owner - No exhaust fan in the bathroom and the shower/bath was very small.

We were staying for an event at Marvel Stadium which was a short tram ride away. Great views of the cityscape. There was a cafe built in on the bottom floor that served a delicious al acarte menu for breakfast. Secure undercover car parking. A little tram noise at night due to location but not enough to be disruptive to sleep. All the facilities you needed were in the apartment. The shower was over the bath. This is only a personal dislike as I am tall. In saying that the shower was nice hot and had great pressure so no problems there.
• Susan (9/5): Very pleasant, clean, & cosy. - It was a little confusing to collect the key, as it was not clearly visible on the wall of the car space. The key lock had stiff buttons & did not open on the first go. We ended up going to reception, & they could not find our booking number. It all got sorted, once we retraced the email steps. We loved the apartment & it had great views. Just wish that the bathroom had a fan, & we could not find a kitchen towel or kitchen sponge. Would benefit from these as well as some paper towel. The apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean, great views & a great location to south gate & the casino. We will definitely stay there again. No fan in the bathroom.

Just a walk away from the Yarra river and trams can be easily hopped onto from the accomodation We could not use any power points for some reason even after switching on the grey switch, but we were mostly out and could do with out.

Clean and beds made ready for us. There wasn’t a tea towel or dish cloth so I couldn’t wash up. Felt weird putting three things in the dishwasher when we left.
