• Charles (2/5): - J'ai choisi l'appartement pour son emplacement et pour le fait qu'il y ait deux pièces 1- La clé n'était pas là où c'était prévu (j'ai eu un mail 3 h avant que je ne pouvais pas lire pour me dire que la clé était dans la boite sécurisée avec le code 2- Le ménage n'avait pas été fait depuis plusieurs jours et la crasse était apparente. Des restes de pizza dans la cuisine 3- les portes des placards de la cuisine cassées 4- le lavabo de la salle de bain bouché etC...
• Francisco (9/5): Nice location and terrace, old building and furniture - Warren was a chill lad, good location, nice terrace, fast responses. Some of the blankets didnt look clean, old/broken furniture.
• Verity (6/5): Adequate - Little dated, no hairdryer. Had issue with TV on arrival but it was good value and a pleasant stay. Nothing overly, but I would not recommend for children due to stairs and roof terrace fencing, didn't look safe.

• Laura (1/5): Not recommend to stay in this appartment. - Place was smelling of damp. In garden dirty sock. Kitchen dirty utensils. Bedding smelly and dirty. One of duvet had blood stain. Pillows black and smelly of dump. Washing machine wasn't working. Sofa with dirty stains. Experiance was horrible in the flat. Left night earlier. I don't recommend to stay anyone in this appartment. Nothing looks like in pictures. Instead of 2 beds one of the bed was airbed on the floor.

• Francesca (4/5): - Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro con il bus. Wi-fi veloce. L’host è stato gentile. Nonostante sia indicato come un appartamento per 4 persone in realtà non lo è. C’è un letto matrimoniale e poi una sorta di divano letto datato su cui si mette un materassino gonfiabile ad una piazza e mezza. La quarta persona deve dormire su un divano che non è divano letto. Oltretutto al nostro arrivo mancavano le lenzuola per la quarta persona, quindi ci siamo ritrovati a dormire in due sul letto gonfiabile, non mi è mai capitata una cosa del genere. Abbiamo contattato l’host che era in portogallo, e per non disturbarlo ulteriormente ci siamo adattati con quello che c’era. Avremmo accettato la situazione se non fosse che in aggiunta a ciò la pulizia era pessima, le pentole erano inutilizzabili e ci siamo rifiutati di cucinare, le lenzuola macchiate, olio scaduto lasciato in cucina, la luce del bagno non c’era, la porta del bagno non si chiudeva, c’erano solo tre sedie per il tavolo da pranzo e abbiamo dovuto usare una sedia del terrazzo per la quarta persona.

• John (9/5): Loved our stay, would recommend to others! - Lovely terrace with great accessibility to the local area (Holland park/kensington). Very helpful host who was more than happy to answer any question and go out of his way to improve our stay.
• Antonela (5/5): Passable - Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment was disappointing. The apartment was not clean upon arrival, and there was an unpleasant smell in the hallway. Although there were several towels provided, a few of them were brand new and had clearly not been washed before use. The kitchenware was very worn out and in need of replacement. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort
• Illona (3/5): Poor - Location Dated and dusty.. needs a clean and an over All refresh and refurbish ..the patio is miserable needs new tiles and a link of paint patio chairs had to double for dining table equipment in the kitchen utensils are poor .the kitchen needs fixing and updating cobwebs and dust.batroom needs work and presentation was sloppy unfolded stuff stuffed in broken cupboard ..I had a very uneasy sleep and left at 6am

• Diana (7/5): 😔 - Location The apartment is full of broken things, everything is old and unmaintained: the bed in the bedroom, the bathroom sink and shelf move, the kitchen sink is clogged, the heating is not working, the bathroom heating is not working, the bottom of the washing machine is not working, the bin is full of hygiene rubbish, we saw that the radiator brackets were loose! But worst of all, we were blamed for the state of the radiator! They are demanding money even though we found it like this! I wrote to them to come as soon as we moved in, because it was cold, and to clear the rubbish! Nobody came or even replied to my messages! And then they accuse me of such things, even though the big mattress was put on the radiator and it's not clear who broke it before! It's very disappointing, because I know that we did nothing! I do not recommend it!!!

• Magdalena (4/5): Mouldy and broken - It's in good location We couldn't use kitchen for first day because smells like mold. Never been in that mouldy room in my life. Tap in kitchen was broken, dishwasher broken so only way to wash anything is to go to bathroom. There's is a hole in bathroom sealing, so it's very cold there. It's actually windy there. In general flat looks like abounded
• Bozhilov (8/5): Spacious apartment, clean and a nice stay - Clean and spacious apartment, near bus stop Nr 9 to the city and underground in walking distance. Needs some repairs but a nice stay. Very good price for Kensigton. Big terrace. The double bed needs repair, so does the sink in the kitchen and the third bed is only a mattress on the floor.

• Anais (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Kensington Olympia - The flat is really nicely decorated, very clean with lovely touches, such as books, large mirror & beautiful furnitures. The kitchen is very spacious & has basic condiments to add to our cooking, with enough ustensiles. The bathroom has a bath tub & is very spacious. The balcony is great to get some nice views to the gardens. Location is brilliant and the host has made sure we were ok & allowed us to drop our bags before check-in.. Thanks for all!

• Kevin (7/5): Good value in a good location - We really liked the location and the place was a great size for our family of four. The owners were also responsive to our needs during the stay; also, since nobody was arriving the day we checked out, they kindly let us keep our luggage there for the day before our flight. The bed frame was broken, and the blinds in the living room also did not work (even before they fell off the wall, they wouldn’t close entirely, which was not good since the sofa bed is in that room and the streetlight shines brightly into the room.

Amazing roof terrace has done my stay unforgettable 😍 Very poor sound insulation, I heard everything thing what happened on stairs, as it was in apartment.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Very well priced for the area for a one bedroom flat! Comfortable with a lovely balcony! - Great location in a lovely area. Parking nearby and restaurants/shops. Very spacious 1 bedroom flat. Comfortable bed. Had all the amenities we needed and it was clean. Lovely private balcony. The host was very helpful and we would certainly stay again. It was a tad dated and it would have helped to have more in depth instructions about entering the flat. However we managed and it wasn’t a big problem.

• Ishkhan (10/5): I highly recommend this place! - I have been in London for over a month now and lived in many different apartments. I must say this place was my favorite to stay. I liked absolutely everything about this place. I didn't like that I couldn't book for longer stay.
• Aditya (8/5): Great - Great location and excellent property. Otherwise all appliances and heater works great. Just a drawback that it's at 2nd floor caring around with luggage it's bit difficult as the stairs are small. Can be a little more affordable
• Andy (3/5): Adequate for roof-over-head short stay but poor value for money. - It could be a very nice flat and is supeficially clean but is old and shabby. Some lights don't work, bedframe is about to fall apart and bathroom sink/units need some maintenance. Bedroom cluttered with useless furniture and a single matress leaning against the radiator/wall. Needs refurbishing. Kitchen has decent washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and hob but avoided using grubby worktop oven. Coffee machine contained old coffee and not cleaned. Heating controlled remotely over wifi I think but wifi not working. Flat was very warm on entry but subsequently cooler and cold in mornings.
• Tomáš (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect, closed to Holland park and Hydepark was close too, really beautiful. In the shower there was pretty much not hot water so it was painful and heating system was a bit dificult to work with.

What was especially helpful were the adapters that I had forgotten to carry in my trip. I also liked how responsive and helpful Marek was throughout the trip. I had some trouble with getting warm water in the shower.

• Tatiana (9/5): Great location and squirrels on the terrace - Perfect location, comfortable beds, very clean. The apartment is suitable for people who can climb stairs one floor. Squirrels came to our terrace and the children were delighted😀 The kitchen cabinets and bookshelves in the rooms are old, some of them are broken, which spoils the appearance, but does not interfere with use.
