• Isgav (6/5): - The location is good. the heat works well. The kitchen is nice. We had construction work in the floor above, the workers played music laud and made a lot of noise. The apartment feels a bit old, the decoration is super minimalist and the bad isn't comfortable at all.

• Angela (10/5): Perfect stay - The flat is in perfect condition and very well situated with the metro and tram stations two blocks away as well as the supermarket. Riccardo the owner is very kind and helpful. Yo anyone going to Milan I strongly recommend this flat!

Unfortunately we were not able to stay more days , and had to move to another Airbb. Nothing was not of my pleasure . But if I need to say somenthing that it’s not excellent but does not make me not book the apt or reccomend it, is the decoration. I would also put bigger cups and 3 bids to separate the garbage . Also extra sheets one more per bed.
• Gabriel (8/5): good value for money - The apartment was spacious, the bathroom was clean and modern, the location was good (about 3 minutes away from the metro and tram station), lots of storage space. The apartment has AC both in the bedroom and the living room. The neighborhood was quiet and green and there were a lot of italians around so we could experience the authentic lifestyle. There were also supermarkets close by. There was a dish washer and a washing machine (for clothes) working properly, although you need to buy the pods/detergent. When we arrived at the apartment, the link to get into the building didn't work and we stayed 15 minutes in the sun until the host fixed the problem (by sending a new link). There was a pretty bad smell in the apartment that took about a week to get out (we stayed for 2 weeks). The TV didn't work (the message "no signal" appeared on the screen and the remote control was missing, which we reported to the host). The sheets were a bit stained (both on the bed and the couch).

• Marius (8/5): Don’t even look around, this is the perfect place to stay in Milan - Perfect location, awesome space near the centre of Milan. Fantastic neighbourhood and close to all public transport Beds were below standard, nowhere to hang washing. The “terrace” is 0,5m X 1,5m, hardly call it that 😀
• Richard (9/5): A great stay - Location was great, easy to get to and find. We had some initial difficulties with the door locking mechanism but Ricardo sorted this out very quickly.

• Sylvia (8/5): Overall good but it woyld be good to have access to the property in a traditional way and not remotely that implies the - Nice space, apartment unside a yard The mess with the remote controlling for opening the doors which is sent per e-mail and did not work. I had to phone the owner each time to enter the apartment. He was helping but each had to wait 10-15 min outside until I could enter.
