• Paul (10/5): Nice stay in the heart of Granada - The location in the old town was great - in the pedestrian zone so surrounded by places to eat. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. An overall lovely stay, just be sure to watch your head on the way up to the sleeping loft! Renters should just be aware that this is indeed a top floor apartment, up 4 flights of stairs (i think) and there is no elevator. So either pack light or be prepared for an interesting arrival 😉

• Rene (9/5): Superlokatie voor het bezoeken van de stad - Modern smaakvol ingericht appartement met leuk dakterras. De ligging is geweldig. Parkeergarage op 5 minuten wandelen en alle attracties op wandelafstand (o.a. Alhambra 20 minuten). Veel gezellige barretjes en lekkere restaurants in omgeving. Het appartement is niettemin zeer rustig gelegen. Geen last gehad van lawaai. Omdat het bed in de vide staat, direct onder het dak, bleef de hitte daar hangen. Het was daardoor erg warm om te slapen. Een raam in het dak of ventilator zou enorm helpen. Wij hebben het opgelost met de airco.

• Sabrina (9/5): Schönes Appeement, gute Lage - Gute Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber, schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Sehr schmales Treppenhaus und kein Fahrstuhl. Das ist für Personen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, vielleicht wichtig zu wissen. Bei der Dusche muss die Dichtung erneuert werden, sonst steht der Boden immer unter Wasser.

• Irene (10/5): Una maravilla. - Este piso es una maravilla: súper bonito, muy amplio , muy limpio y con una terraza espectacular. Está en pleno centro de Granada, cerca de todo. La casera es muy simpática y flexible, lo que hace la estancia aún más agradable. El menaje de cocina es muy nuevo y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Recomendable al 100%. Si volvemos en otra ocasión, repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Estaba todo de lujo.

• Yvon (7/5): - De locatie was uitstekend. Hele leuke wijk met tal van leuke tentjes. Je kon zelfs lopen naar het Alhambra (wel klimmen hoor). Het was erg warm (37 graden) daardoor kon de airconditioning het niet aan en werd het boven te warm om te slapen en moesten wij uitwijken naar de bedbank.

• Rocio (10/5): Excepcional - El apartamento está muy limpio, la cocina está bastante completa. Cercano a las principales atracciones turísticas, bares de copas y restauración, pero a la vez muy silencioso. De la ducha sale bastante agua.
• Irene (6/5): Bien, pero con problemas - Mucha limpieza, había muchos enseres de cocina y perfectamente ubicado y zona muy tranquila El aire no calienta nada, el primer día a 30 grados y salía aire frío, por qué había un calecfactor en el baño y lo podíamos poner y se notaba algo de calor… pero en el invierno es horrible y del baño se salía el agua de la ducha… cada vez que te duchas tenías que estar recogiendo agua…

• Else (9/5): Fantastische locatie met heerlijk dakterras - De ligging pal in het centrum is ronduit geweldig met heel veel restaurantjes en een goed gesorteerde supermarkt om de hoek. Wij hebben genoten van het heerlijke dakterras en het appartement is perfect schoon en met aandacht ingericht. Fijne moderne badkamer en keuken. Een aanrader! In het gebouw moet je veel steile en smalle trappen op om de vierde etage te bereiken. Wij vonden dat niet heel erg maar ik vroeg mij wel af hoe de vluchtweg is bij brand. Ook zag ik geen rookmelder. Meer aandacht hiervoor zou een score van een tien verdienen.

• Sandra (7/5): Very good location and very clean - It was very clean and well equipped The amount of stairs we were not aware there was no lift . It should be mentioned as we are in our 70 both no health issues but the 54 stairs were definitely an issue

• José Joaquín (4/5): - Ubicación, equipamiento. Los días calurosos,al ser un ático calor infernal.Solo tiene un aparato de aire acondicionado siendo insuficiente para enfriar la superficie. El telefonillo de la ducha pierde agua ,la mampara cierra mal.Se llena todo de agua.
• Monica (10/5): Un ático muy acogedor. - Un lugar muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario y más, un ambiente muy relajado y silencioso, me encantó. El aire acondicionado, sin duda, no tiene capacidad suficiente para enfriar el ambiente, y ahora en verano uff...un tema a tomar en cuanta. Como algo extra para mejorar, el sello de la puerta de ducha está un poco suelto y el agua se sale muchísimo cada vez que se toma una ducha, pero nada que impida o incomode.
• Izaskun (7/5): Lugar idílico… si no hace calor - Todo!! Estaba pensado hasta el más mínimo detalle. El aire acondicionado no podía con el calor (diría que por dónde estaba ubicado el aparato) y en la parte de arriba, donde está la cama, era imposible estar y mucho menos dormir

Alles wat je wenst is aanwezig zonder dat je er over struikelt. Het contact met de verhuurder was super. We zouden iedereen die naar Granada gaat een plek als dit toewensen. Kortom we zouden zo nog een keer gaan, het is een parel van een plek!

The flat is light and airy with efficient air conditioning. We liked the terrace very much. The hosts were very easy to contact and replied very promptly to any communication. We did some self catering - breakfast and snacks. It would be useful to have some storage containers for open food, but otherwise well equipped kitchen

Overall it was a great stay, but the room freshener/cleaning product fragrance was extremely strong, the shower leaked onto the floor, and the kitchen lacked towels.

• Adam (10/5): An amazing apartment with great hosts, do not miss this gem in the heart of a beautiful city. - It is a fantastic apartment with excellent hosts! They went above and beyond by recommending local places to eat. The steakhouse they recommended will be a meal to remember for a lifetime. It was a lovely, clean apartment with everything you would need and then some; my partner and I had a romantic, wonderful place to stay. Nothing about the apartment or the hosts themselves. The only thing I would recommend when booking is to understand that the streets of Granada are extremely small and Google Maps is not accurate in determining the time to get to places. It can be kind of confusing to locate the apartment. Fortunately, I spoke enough Spanish to be able to understand how to give directions and understand from the taxi driver on how to get to the apartment. For those who don't speak Spanish, it might be a little confusing to locate the property.
• Michelle (9/5): Beautiful apartment centrally located with a wonderful roof terrace. - Location is superb, central but peaceful. Parked close by in an underground car park approx Euro 17 a day. The roof terrace is a wonderful space and even though we had cool weather, we were still able to sit out. The apartment was beautiful (head height in the bedroom is a challenge as up on a mezzanine) but the bed was large and comfortable with great pillows. Facilities in the apartment are great. Had a wonderful stay. Sadly when we arrived at 5pm the apartment had not been cleaned after the last guests. I did call and had a quick response and a lovely lady came to clean the apartment within 30 mins. Not a major issue but this is on top floor and no lift and narrow staircase- might be tricky if less mobile.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - We unfortunately forgot our drivers license and credit card in the apartment (the sofa swallowed it 😉) and Rosa was as nice as to find it and send it us. That already is way beyond any expectations. But besides that the apartment is great. We loved the style, it is clean, the bed very comfortable, the location exceptional, the balcony would be great to sit outside with a glass of wine. We could even check in a bit earlier. We got a lot of recommendations of where to eat and also where to park our car. For those looking for a workation place in Granada, I would assume this is the perfect place. We unfortunately stayed only one night in Granada, but we'll definitely be back and hope the apartment is available :) Thank you again for everything Nothing not to like
• Irtaza (10/5): Modern penthouse - A modern and large penthouse apartment with all the amenities a couple could need. Amazing balcony with outdoor furniture to have a nice relaxing time. High speed wifi with smart tv. It's located on the top floor with no elevator and a narrow staircase. If you are there with luggage, get ready for a good workout.

• Shana (8/5): Greatly located and stylish flat, we would come back for the location alone. - Cute place, very clean and with nice furniture. The location was amazing, just a short walk from everything and also in a great neighbourhood of Granada, close to good bars and restaurants whilst not being too close to the most touristic parts. Our host was also great and very responsive when we needed to sort an issue with the electricity upon arrival. Because the bed is a loft style bed above the main living area, it doesn’t cool down as much as the rest of the room with the aircon on, even on the coldest setting at full blast. We managed but our sleeps were not the most comfortable. There is however the option to use the sofa if it’s too much. It also can be a bit challenging for tall people as the ceiling is close to the bed. Lots of stairs as others have mentioned. Fine for us but this place is only suitable if you are mobile.

• Angela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was cosy and comfortable during our stay, even during the 40 degree heatwave in Granada! The apartment was walkable to bus stops to the airport and the autobus station, as well as the buses to major attractions like the Alhambra and Sacromonte. Rosa and Carlos were lovely hosts and also shared some great restaurant recommendations. The private terrace was also beautiful and a nice space for relaxing. NB: The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator, however this was not an issue for us as we were aware and prepared for this. Overall, we would highly recommend staying!
• Marisia (10/5): Very clean and cozy apartment in a great location! - We booked the apartment for 2 nights in July as part of our city hopping trip and it was by far the best one. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes from the cathedral and the distance to Alhambra is walkable (we did it in 20 minutes in the morning but also there is a bus stop nearby). Also there is a street nearby full of great restaurants and tapas bars. The apartment is recently renovated and it was very clean as well. Also, the A/C was great. Last but not least, the instructions to check in were detailed and we didn’t face any problem. We had good communication with the host that provided us with local spots and suggestions. I would definitely recommend it especially for couples, as it is exactly as you see it in the photos.

Owner was so kind to let me drop my bags before check-in. Might not be an issue during summer time, but in January it was a bit difficult to set normal temperature - hot in sleeping area, cold in living and bathroom. Extremely loud construction works early in the morning in a neighbor building.

It was perfect in every way - very clean, well furnished and stocked, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, with thoughtful touches everywhere (scented pillow, toilet, complimentary items in the fridge). It was well worth the stay and the hosts are very lovely and responsive too. Even the balcony was clean! Check in was straightforward and easy. Note it's a penthouse so there's several flights of stairs to go up. Also wasn't entirely sure of the functions on the washing machine and I ended up shrinking some of my clothes (but that's likely on me!)

• Gabriella (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Granada - One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. All the details are very well thought about, very clean and brand new. The owner is very helpful, had great communication and gave us great suggestions about the city. But not only this, the apartment has one of the best locations, close to all the bars, restaurants, shops and the historic centre of Granada while still being quiet so you can relax well after a busy day of exploring. Cannot wait to return soon!

Large fridge for groceries, cooking supplies and even in house laundry. Location is central. Modern SmartTV. Great AC unit. Lots of natural light and blackout shades. We LOVED it and would love to return. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Best place we’ve stayed and great value. Nothing!
