• amirhossein (9/5): - The bed was very comfortable. The house was very clean and quiet, and in a good location. Be careful about the oven. It burned one side of the food while the other side was undercooked.

• Christian (9/5): - Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Tolle Lage, nicht weit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Viele Lokale und Geschäfte direkt in der Umgebung. Es hat manchmal aus dem Bad nach Kläranlage gerochen.

• Ana (8/5): Buena experiencia - El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unos pocos días (incluso había aspirador, plancha, etc). La ubicación es bastante buena, a 10/15 minutos andando del centro, en un barrio tranquilo y con muchos restaurantes El baño es pequeño y se inunda al ducharse pero en general estuvimos a gusto

• Anja (8/5): Good value for money - The location is great and the host is really nice and helpful. The apartment is well equiped. There is an elevatior if you have a heavy bags. 😁 The apartment is good value for the money. The apartment has a small window so during this summer it was hard to get fresh air in the apartment. Apartment is somewhat superficialy clean, it would need a deep cleaning for example pillow on the sofa and on the bed, because they have a bad smell. And some parts of the apartment were dusty.
• Agata (10/5): Perfect place for a city break - We loved the fact that the studio was very spacious and also very well-equipped. We'd say it is perfect for short city breaks. The studio is very close to the centre and there are many cool cafes and restaurants nearby. The host was very welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed. Highly recommend! The only drawback was the fact that there was not enough toilet paper and the coffee machine was sometimes leaking, but apart from that - everything was perfect.

• Πεγκυ (9/5): Superb - The apartment was really comfortable, clean and cosy in the livery area of Kallio. The tram station was in 3 minutes walk just outside of Hakianemi market.

• Alicja (7/5): Pleasent stay, apartment really cozy in person. Communication with the owner not the best. - Comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, great location for price. Alko shop nearby. No wifi password. Keys were supposed to be handed by a hostess, however it turned out we had to go to a nearby shop to get them.

• Marja-leena (8/5): Kelpo studio keskustan tuntumassa. Handy studio near centrum! - Bed and bedlinen were good. Big fridge and freezer as well. We found in the studio all what we needed. One thing to notice! The host does not speak Finnish. We used English. The door bell downstairs did not alarm in the apartment. Had to call the host to get someone to come to open the door to the stairs and apartment for give us the key.

• Kirill (9/5): Your comfortable stay in Helsinki downtown. - Location was superb. We came on Saturday night and enjoyed Helsinki night life. The apartment is surrounded with bars, however it is quiet inside. Facilities were very modern, bed was comfortable. Street parking is free from Saturday 6 pm to Monday 9 am. It was hard to understand use of the induction stove but it is our problem, of course. And the Andrey, the host, did everything to explain us the basic rules.

• Petar (10/5): This studio apartment is an excellent accommodation. - My stay at this place was excellent. The location is fantastic. The studio apartment is really close to the Hakaniemi Metro Station (about 2 - 3 minutes walk). There is a 24 hour supermarket just outside the metro station and on the way to the studio apartment. The studio apartment is exactly as in the photos. It is very clean and tidy and it has all one wants. The bed is supercomfortable. The wi-fi connection is fast and reliable. The TV is huge. Andrey (the host) is a very kind person and very helpful. He met me to hand me the key when it suited me which was great. The Hakaniemi Metro Station is about 3 minutes away from the Central Train Station Metro Station which is in downtown Helsinki. All in all I am really pleased to have stayed at this place. I really look forward to staying there again. Thank you Andrey. Nothing. Everything was fantastic.
• Anya (7/5): Good - Location was good for exploring Helsinki. The TV remote was broken and there were "hidden" dirty dishes in the room. The sofa was wet and smelly from the start and no hand soap in the bathroom was offered. A lot left to improve

• Markku (10/5): Nice place - Very nice and beautiful studio close to restaurants & shops in Kallio district. Though the apartment is compact it included everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable bed. Strong recommendation, we would definitely stay again. We have nothing to complain.

It’s located close to a metro as well, which makes it easy to access The kitchen is equipped with a stove, but no oven if you plan on cooking. But I wouldn’t consider this to be a dealbreaker

• Elise3141592653589793237 (8/5): Large modern studio, met all desires - Location, location, location! This studio is 30 Min. walk from the train station, 3 Min. from a Metro station, 5 Min. from the Bay, 3 Min. to a 24-hour full Supermarket, in an area with lots of opportunities for eating and drinking. Really can't beat it. (Unfortunately the building across the street is currently a construction site, so along with there being no view, access is somewhat limited - as is traffic - and the water was cut off for several hours on one day.) The 1. floor studio is fully outfitted (except for a washing machine), in good repair and modern. Altho I had no time to get into cooking, the kitchen seemed to have all the tools one would need, incl. dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, range, utensils, cooking wear. Heat was not an issue - perhaps a bit too warm. WLAN performed well, altho it did tend to drop out a bit. Communication with the host was good, all worked well Some design choices could have been better. Toilet is very narrow - sitting down is tight. Bed is a bit difficult to access and light switches are placed behind the headboard. Maybe it is the way of the world today, but the host seemed to need reassurance that I would make our appointments as scheduled. As I'm not continuously online, this additional confirmation was a bit difficult.

• Juuso-matias (10/5): A nice place. I hope they would use perfume-free detergents though. - Very lovely, flexibly timed greeting when I arrived. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and simple to use. I just stayed one night because of work but could easily stay longer the next time. I felt like the bed clothes were washed with a quite strong detergent: my skin was irritated after a night of sleep. I don't do that well with perfumed detergents, which might just be me.
