• Meena (10/5): The best place to stay when visiting Rovaniemi! - This is truly a luxury suite, and is a great value for the price! The apartment is fully furnished with top of the line amenities (e.g. smart TVs, sauna, high end kitchen equipment) and has lots of thoughtful touches from the owner (e.g. utensils, seasoning and other cooking equipment, etc.). The location is fantastic! Right in downtown Rovaniemi and close to public transportation which makes it easy to get to other tourist attractions like Santa Claus Village. The hosts are also extremely responsive and friendly, and helped make sure the check-in process was super smooth.

• Eileen (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Close to shops, restaurants and tours. Great sauna. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. We had people sleeping in the lounge and could not turn off the balcony lights at bedtime. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken.

• Paul (9/5): Lovely - This apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures- fantastic. It is finished to a very high standard and appears to be new. It is located literally in the centre so bars restaurants and shops are in your doorstep. No need for a car as local buses are clean and efficient and bus stops are very close by. So, who needs a wooden hut in the woods when you can enjoy a sauna in this lovely apartment before strolling to a choice of nice restaurants within 5 minutes. Nothing not to like
• Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - We booked a reservation for 3 people for the suite named 'Royal Roi Luxury Suites,' but the day before our arrival, we received news that our suite had been upgraded to a larger and more comfortable penthouse called 'Royal Penthouse Apartment' due to an unexpected issue with the original suite. We noticed that there was a price difference of 2 times between the two rooms, yet we were able to check in without any additional payment. To be honest, it exceeded our expectations; it was located right in the heart of Rovaniemi city, making transportation very convenient. Across the hotel, there was the Santa Express, and you could easily go to Santa Claus Village. We stayed as a group of 3, and we left the hotel incredibly happy; we wish we had planned a longer stay! It was an amazing hotel experience in every detail! We didn't dislike anything; everything was wonderful.
• Anonymous (10/5): Really nice , amazing location and very helpful host - The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town, the shopping centre and excursion offices are opposite. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
