- Swarnodeep (9/5): Nice hotel with great staff - The location is really great and the breakfast is good. The breakfast staff are amazing and so are the reception staff. Noise cancellation - there is almost none. Our junior suite had transparent doors in the bath and toilet. If you prefer privacy during bathing - this can be an issue.

- DINA (10/5): - Excellent hotel. The location is super central and close to everything. The hotel staff were kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire stay. We were upgraded to a better room without even asking, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious, bright, and everything was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was a bit basic. We also received it free of charge when we arrived at the hotel, so we really can’t complain :) However, if we had paid for it, I might have expected a little more variety.

- eray (10/5): - Uçağımız erken saatte olduğundan dolayı biraz havalimanında vakit geçirip, check-in saatinden 5 saat önce bavulumuzu emanete bırakıp şehirde gezmek için otele gittik. Ama hemen yardımcı olup, biz kahvemizi içene kadar odamızı hazırladılar ve bizi çok erken saatte odamıza aldılar ve odamızı da upgrade ettiler. - yaara (10/5): אנו מודות לכל הצוות על האירוח האדיב והיחס הנהדר! - המלון ממוקם ממש במרכז התיירותי של אתונה, ברחוב קטן מרחק הליכה קצרצר לרחובות הראשיים ולשכונת פיסרי, פלאקה, רחוב ארמו ועוד. היה מאוד קל ונוח לצאת לטייל, לצאת למסעדות מסביב ולהתנייד. החדרים שלנו (סוויטת גוניור וחדר קלאסי) היו מרווחים ונקיים, מקלחות גדולות ותחזוקה טובה באופן כללי. מזרונים איכותיים, קצת רכים למי שאוהב מזרון קשה. מצעים, מגבות וסבונים הוחלפו כל יום. ארוחת הבוקר היתה נחמדה, אוכל פשוט, אבל מגוון. החוויה הכללית היתה נעימה מאוד והדבר הכי משמעותי היה היחס האדיב, השירותיות והחמימות של הצוות כווווולו במלון! מאנשי הקבלה עד המנקות המלצרים… כולם! ג׳רמי לנו להרגיש בבית וסייעו מאוד בכל פניה שהיתה לנו! קצת חסר לנו מרחב שניתן לשבת בו בערב במלון או בגג. בסוויטת ג׳וניור החלון הגדול היה ממוקם מעל באר ובשעות הלילה היה דיי רועש גם כשהחלון סגור. במהלך השבוע זה היה סביר אך בסופ״ש היה ממש רועש. אמרנו על כך לצוות כשעזבנו והם הצטערו שלא פנינו קודם ואמרו שהיו מעבירים אותנו לחדר אחר.

- Liroz (8/5): - Great stay! The staff were kind and helpful, we received a complimentary breakfast upgrade and a lovely birthday surprise with wine and fruit. The breakfast was good with fresh omelets, the room was spacious, always hot water with strong pressure, and daily cleaning was thorough. The shower and toilet are part of the bedroom (not separate). The shower is with a fully transparent door, which may suit couples more. While the location is central, nearby streets felt less pleasant, we think areas like Plaka or Psiri are better options.

- Stefani (8/5): Excellent location and friendly staff, but issues with noise and poor air conditioning affected the overall comfort of t - The location in Athens is excellent — very central and convenient. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay more pleasant. The room itself was very designed and comfortable overall. One major issue was noise from a dog in the room opposite ours, which was barking constantly. Instead of resolving the issue, we were asked to change rooms ourselves one day before the end of our stay, which was not appropriate. We are pet-friendly people ourselves (we have three dogs), but this situation was not handled properly, especially since we were there to rest. Additionally, although the room was very nice, the air conditioning was not working properly and the ventilation was poor. As a result, there was a strong sense of humidity in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.

- tansuyildirim (8/5): Lokasyon ve kahvaltı çok iyi, resepsiyon beklenenin çok altında. - Kahvaltı deneyimimiz beklentimizin oldukça üzerindeydi. Sunulan ürün çeşitliliği zengindi, her damak zevkine hitap ediyordu. (13 yaş oğlumdan 75+ annelere kadar) Özellikle talep üzerine hazırlanan omletler standart omlet servisinin ötesinde iyiydi. Servisteki tüm ürünler sürekli taze ve düzenli şekilde yenileniyor, kalite standardı çok iyi. Kahvaltı alanı da oldukça keyifli. Teras konsepti içinde yer alan kapalı alan, hem ferah hem de konforlu bir ortam sunuyor. Genel olarak hem servis kalitesi hem de ambiyans açısından son derece memnun kaldık. Resepsiyon tarafında açıkçası biraz zorlandık. İlk gün odada su vardı, ertesi gün temizlikten sonra bırakılmamış. Sorduğumda sadece “ilk gün ücretsiz” denildi. Açıkçası bunu duyunca şaşırdım; ücretliyse bile odada su olmaması bana mantıklı gelmedi. Özellikle bir ihtiyaç anında suya erişimin bu kadar zor olması rahatsız edici. Aynı şekilde, oda temizlendikten sonra yer havlusu yoktu. Duş sonrası banyo zemini ciddi şekilde ıslanıyor ve kaygan oluyor. Bunu söylediğimde önce “ekstra havlu mu istiyorsunuz?” diye soruldu. Ne demek istediğimi anlatmam biraz zaman aldı. Sonrasında yer havlusu ile özü niyetinde meyve gönderdiler ama bu sürecin hatasız ilerlemesini beklerdim. Genel olarak resepsiyonda daha ilgili, çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım görmeyi isterdim. Konuştuğum iki personel de mesafeli ve tepkisizdi; yardım etmekten çok sadece yanıt vermekle yetiniyor gibiydiler. Aynı otelde mutfak ekibiyle karşılaştırınca arada ciddi bir fark hissediliyor.

- Sagit (10/5): הצוות נתן תחושה שאנחנו מאוד רצויים וחשוב לו שנהיה מרוצים ונהנה במלון. - המלון נמצא במיקום מרכזי,החדרים יפים ונוחים. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה,הצוות נעים ומוכן לעזור בכל בעיה. שהינו בחדר שלא הייתה דלת נוספת חיצונית לשירותים ולמקלחת,שאלנו בקבלה אם ניתן להחליף חדר,החליפו לנו חדר ושדרגו ללא עלות לחדר אחר גדול יותר,בו יש יותר פרטיות במקלחת. בעזיבה ביקשנו לצאת מאוחר מהחדר ואושר לנו לצאת בשבע בערב במקום באחת עשרה בבוקר,כל זה בחיוך . בחדר המקלחת לא היה וו לתליית בגדים או מגבת
- Yunus (10/5): Rahat, huzurlu ve eğlenceli. - Konumu sanki size gitmek istediğiniz her noktanın merkezinde hissettiriyor. Bir yerden başka bir noktaya ulaşırken otelde kısa bir mola verip güne vakit kaybetmeden devam etmenizi sağlıyor. Kaldığımız odanın büyüklüğü ve rahatlığı bölgedeki birçok otelden iyi. Oda içindeki koltuk, yatak, banyo malzemeleri gibi ürünler gayet yeterliydi. Personeller gayet yardımseverdi ve yaptıkları işi iyi yapıyorlardı. Bir daha gitsem hiç düşünmeden aynı oteli ve aynı odayı tercih ederdim. Kahvaltı, günlük temizlik, yatak kalitesi. Hepsi daha iyi olabilirdi. Sevmediğimiz bir durum yoktu. Sadece bu da olsa daha iyi olurdu diyebilirsiniz. Ben her konuda yeterli olduğunu hissettim ve beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Fiyat/performans açısından mutlu ayrıldım.

- Martin (9/5): Perfekt udgangspunkt for en god ferie i det centrale Athen - Ekstremt god beliggenhed. Masser af plads på værelset (juniorsuite). Rigtig fin morgenmad. Meget venligt personale og stor fleksibilitet fx. omkring udtjeckning. Et større TV havde været godt, fordi værelset var stort og afstanden til vægen dermed var længere end normalt.

- Sarah (7/5): centrally located but loud - its a beautifully designed hotel with very nice front desk staff. i checked in very late and the night staff was so kind and lovely. they really need to improve their soundproofing. the traffic at the street a block away starts at 6:30am and its quite loud. the nightclub downstairs has closed but its still a loud hotel if you are sensitive to noise. Also the noise in the hallway from other guests can be quite loud. Its a beautiful hotel but soundproofing in Athens is a necessity.
