• Anita (8/5): Passau ist eine sehr schöne Stadt - immer einen Besuch wert. - Sehr schönes modernes, gut eingerichtetes Apartment. Sehr sauber. Neues Bad - schön eingerichtet. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Lage ist sehr gut, kurzer Weg in die Altstadt. Cafés und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Parkplätze gibt es auch genügend in der Nähe. Am Wochenende ist es leider sehr laut vom Club gegenüber.
• Alexandra (10/5): A super cozy, beautifully made apartment in a central location - I truly loved the apartment with all its beautifully designed details -- the lights of the lamps were a big plus for me, they instantly made me feel calm and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, there were enough pillows (not just one like in so many other places), the heating worked perfectly, the tea selection was abundant and a super nice touch, it was super clean, the host was incredibly well-communicating and always available but not intrusive. The kitchenette was well equipped, the kettle was clean (again, I often can't use the kettle in places because they're gross), the shower was great. Loved the location as well, near the train station, the Danube, and the Old Town. The only downside was that there is a bar right under the apartment building and it's open until 3am and it gets super loud and people really don't care that others would like to sleep. Even with double-glazed windows on the 3rd floor, you can hear them, it's super annoying if you like quiet/are a light sleeper.

• Michaela (10/5): Zentral gelegenes, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit Willkommenssüßigkeit und - Wunderschönes Apartment in perfekter Lage! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist dadurch ideal für Unternehmungen. Das Apartment ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert auf Details gelegt wurde. Eine kleine Willkommenssüßigkeit hat uns direkt ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Das Bett war außergewöhnlich bequem, sodass wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
• Marcus Weyden (9/5): - Sehr zentral in belebter Umgebung Kein TV, war uns nicht wichtig, aber man sollte schon drauf hinweisen. Am Wochenende kann es auf der Straße etwas lauter sein, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

• Frank-Michael (6/5): Vorsicht: Partymeile ! - Renoviert, sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, hinreichend geräumig, Aufzug. Kein Fernseher..nicht schlimm. Keine Mikrowelle...schon schwieriger, weil die Küchenzeile eigentlich zur Selbstversorgung einlädt...aber ohne Backofen und ohne Mikrowelle? Ein Ventilator und ein Standklimagerät lassen für den Sommer reichlich Hitze unter dem Dach erwarten. Man wird mit Ohrenstöpseln auf den Nachtischen empfangen...wofür sind die wohl? Erste Vermutung: Für den Bewegungsmelder, der im Hausflur alle 30 Sekunden so laut piept, dass man ihn in der Wohnung deutlich hört. Aber nein: Die Ohrenstöpsel sind für den Radau, den die besoffenen Gäste des Nachtclubs von gegenüber zwischen etwa 20 Uhr und 2 Uhr morgens machen. Durch die schmale Altstadtgasse schallt das wunderbar bis nach oben und so laut, dass selbst die Ohrenstöpsel nur etwas dämpfen, mehr nicht. Wer also abends und nachts Ruhe sucht, ist hier definitv falsch. Out-of-scope: Die Wohnung ist eigentlich für Studenten ideal. Es bleibt rätselhaft, warum Stadtverwaltung, Universität und Hotelerie nichts gegen diese faktische Zweckentfremdung von kleinen Wohnungen unternehmen.
