• molly (5/5): Great location but needs a real deep clean. - The location is great for both the train/ coach station and exploring the city. It was reasonably quiet at night. The property wasn't very clean, there was grim on the walls and the skirting boards were black, there were cigarette burns and marks all over the floor and the place smelt like cigarettes when we arrived. When we lifted up the bed (because we dropped something down the side) we found mice poo and there was a strong I'm musty odour in the property.

• Stanislav (7/5): Ok for a short stay - Great location, near the bus station and city center. It has all basic kitchen utensils, microwave, stove. Sofa (not bed) had stains, but u can put a blanked on top. The apartment looks like it was rented a lot. Overpriced

• Sillani (10/5): Top! - stayed at this aparthotel for a few days and the experience was truly excellent. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed, from the well-stocked kitchen to the spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to give great tips about the area and assist with any request. The location is perfect: quiet yet close to all major services and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. I also really appreciated the sense of privacy and independence typical of apartments, combined with the comforts of a traditional home.Thank you

• Банчева (10/5): - It's really cozy and for the small size of the room everything has been thought to be very convenient In the pictures the room looked quite bright but there isn't really much sunlight coming in, you have to have the lights on since morning

• Dimitrov (2/5): Jim - Location, clean in the room A lot smaller than on the photos, inside smells honestly bad, maybe from sewerage, the entrance of the building looks disgusting, smells the same. Very overpriced.
• Dmitry (5/5): Passable - Location close to center and to bus/train station I constantly felt a musty smell. You can smell it when you come in from the street. After some time you get used to it, but anyway it was necessary to constantly ventilate room, which could be difficult in cold weather. The shower and toilet are combined in a very small room. The Apartment itself is also small, smaller than it looks on photos.
