The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly, the kids loved the water slides. Mr . Abdellfattah managed to get us reservations at the restaurant last minute. The Italian restaurant was particularly delicious.

• Liliana (10/5): Perfect stay - It was my first stay at this hotel and a great experience. Front desk manager Ismaeil upgraded my room to the one with the pool/sea,which made my stay even better. The food was very tasty and it was also good quality. The beach looks very nice and if you want to swim in the deep clean water you can use the jetty. Everyone was very kind and attentive. I felt welcomed and any request I had was completed. Also a big thank you to the manager Abdel,who made sure that everything works well! All the stuff at the beach and kitchen were very friendly and nice! Also there were always plenty of sunbeds,which is a very good point.

• Mostafa (10/5): An absolutely breathtaking experience! - Warm hospitality & special care from Mr. Abd ElFatah Shawky (Reservation manager) , Special thanks to Super Abd EL Fatah , he contacted me one night earlier our arrival to check our arrival time & if we need any special requests. Once we arrived to the hotel Ashrakat in the reception was very nice & helpful , then we met Mr. Abd Elfatah who accelerated everything, once we entered the rooms (one single & one double) , the rooms are nice but we didn't like the view , I Called Mr. Abd elfatah , he changed the rooms within 5 minutes (zero waiting time), during our stay he contacted us every day to check our stay & satisfaction , really we feel that we are at home not hotel. The beach is super clean, the beach boys are very helpful & proactive, always around us, animation team are nice guys & girls, night shows during night are interesting , short ,but not boring or noisy, the restaurant is clean , amazing ,tasty food , super quality , too much choices & varieties, special thanks for Mr. Ali the restaurant manager who always available in the restaurant & monitoring the restaurant operation during the whole time of the three meals. Housekeeping staff are very polite & helpful , always available , gardens everywhere are perfect , bill man (Sayed) is very nice guy , even the hotel parking area is perfect because of the available parking sheds. Das Hotel war gut, das Essen war abwechslungsreich und frisch, die Anlage war gepflegt und die Zimmer großzügig und die Betten sehr bequem. Bitte den Sänger für das Abendprogramm austauschen, selbst wenn er zur Familie gehören sollte. Als Sänger unter der Dusche ist er besser aufgehoben.

• Danny (9/5): Tolles Hotel, in dem so gut wie alles passt. Man fühlt sich wohl und verbringt einen schönen Urlaub - Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Jeder Mitarbeiter hat versucht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Anlage. Das Essen war spitze. Immer sehr frisch, abwechslungsreich und lecker. Für jeden was dabei. Man hat dich in dieser Anlage auf entspannte Arz wohl gefühlt. Das einzige, was ich hier nennen kann ist, das die Geräte im Fitnessstudio nicht die Neusten waren. Die könnten etwas Pflege gebrauchen bzw. müssten ausgetauscht werden.

Merci à Yasser pour la tenue et la chaleur qu’il a su donner à son resort. Mention spéciale à mon ami Abd Allah qui nous a fait aimé l’Egypte dès le 1er jour, qui a été de bons conseils, qui nous a partagé la culture Égyptienne, et qui m’a régalé avec ses créations culinaires. Je n’ai pas aimé devoir partir de cet établissement.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive especially Mr Wael he was attentive to all our requests The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. The beach was amazing — very clean, with soft sand and crystal-clear water, and no rocks at all, which made swimming very enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it! The only small point I would mention is that some areas could benefit from a bit of renovation. However, this did not affect the overall experience.

• Ariana (9/5): Nice, would come again! - Stayed around a week in Sunrise Alma beach. Mister Abdelfatah was hands on! Before arrival even, checking with us on whtassap on arrival time to prepare the rooms and gave us welcome drink. Ashrakat and Ismael in the reception were very helpful and very kind during our stay. We faced some issues with the cards and the locking mechanism for the rooms. But that was quickly solved. Mr Mohammed, the head chef for dinners had an amazing dishes! Everyone, and all the staff were really great. Really nothing to complain about. Would recommend the stay at this place. And would definitely come again. Thanks alot. One challenge -not related to the hotel- but the transportation from and to the city was a bit challenging (especially with alot of scammers and uber not working properly in Hurghada). Would recommend that the hotel to look into providing a driving service (maybe with private drivers - but trustworthy-, by doing so, you will definitely stand out, and attract more customers)

Наявність аквапарку (єдине, що він працював дві години на день, трохи не зручно). Наш номер просто чудовий (сімейний на дві кімнати-рекомендую). Вихід з номеру на басейн. На приватному пляжі достатня кількість лежаків, пісок чистенький, Харчування тверда четвірка (всього достатньо було). Персонал зразковий (приємні, розумні та вмотивовані люди). Щоденна анімація та вечірні перформенси були на висоті. Є місця, які просяться освіжити та підремонтувати, але загалом враження дуже і дуже класні. Шкода, що в Єгипті не є можливим вечірнє купання))) В готелі сподобалось все...

Le.manager est au petit soin et il est également très gentil et a l'écoute des clients et très ouvert aux propositions. Bravo a mohamed pour le soin de nos chambres et sa gentillesse (chambre 2022 et 2023) Nous avons moins apprécié l'aqua parc qui est assez vieux. Nous avons pas non plus apprécié l'activité top diving au sein de l'hôtel (notamment le comportement de Ali )

Mohamed qui s'est occupé du nettoyage de notre chambre était super, notre chambre était toujours décorée c'était toujours une belle surprise chaque jour. A l'accueil nous avons été aidé la plupart du temps par Ismaeli qui nous a été d'une grande aide pour tout ce dont nous avions besoin un grand merci à lui. Et notre bagagiste qui nous a amener nos bagages dans notre chambre ainsi que pour notre départ qui était tard le soir, était toujours super souriant et très serviable merci à lui. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu plus de jours de vacances pour profiter pleinement de toutes les activités de l'hôtel c'était génial en tout cas sur tous les points. Tout était parfait honnêtement.

La chambre était confortable, propre et très agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le repas, qui était de grande qualité. Un grand merci au personnel, qui a été tout simplement exceptionnel : accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Nous n’avons relevé aucun point négatif durant notre séjour, tout était parfaitement à la hauteur de nos attentes.

• Theresa (9/5): - Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und war abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die direkte Strandlage war super, mit einer roten Flagge konnte man signalisieren, dass man von Verkäufern nicht angesprochen werden möchte. Dies wurde auch akzeptiert. Das Hotelzimmer sehr geräumig. Die Klimaanlagebim Zimmer war laut.

Personnel adorable et aux petits soins, des jardiniers aux managers en passant par les serveurs, tous sont très sympathiques et font tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Gros coup de coeur pour eux !!! A notre arrivée, nous avons été surclassé dans une suite avec vue mer, juste magnifique !!! Les repas et le bar en all Inclusive sont de bonne qualité, les menus sont variés et le resort dispose de 2 restaurants en plus du buffet, 1 italien et 1 asiatique. Animations en journée et soirée. Piscine chauffée + une piscine avec toboggans pour les enfants. Plage privée très propre (pas de problème de transats au mois de mars). Salle de sport en accès libre. Spa en option (nous avons bénéficié de plusieurs massages pour un prix plus que compétitif !). S'il fallait trouver un point négatif, peut-être la distance du centre ville (20/30 minutes en voiture) mais en taxi, cela se fait très bien et pour un prix dérisoire (passer par indrive)

Dass man die Zimmer nicht verdunkeln konnte. Es war sehr hell sehr bald in der Früh, richtige Vorhänge wären vom Vorteil gewesen. Die Firmen die Ausflüge angeboten haben, waren unabhängig vom Hotel. Es wäre gut gewesen wenn das Hotel zumindest besser informiert wäre darüber wer und wann da ist zum Buchen.

• Nicolas (8/5): Petit havre de paix pour se ressourcer dans le calme ! - Dès notre arrivée, le personnel était chaleureux, serviable et aux petits soins, mention spéciale pour le manager Abdel Fattah qui a communiqué tout au long du séjour avec nous et qui nous a aidé à nous sentir bien. Nous avons été upgrader gratuitement et le check in a été rapide, nous avons eu une grande chambre avec une belle vue sur la plage. Les exterieures sont impeccables piscine très spacieuse et chauffée, belle plage avec une baie vraiment belle, belle équipe d'animation tout au long du séjour. Il y a un grand buffet varié qui est toujours réapprovisionné pendant le service, et deux restaurants inclus dans le all inclusive, plus des snacks disponibles tout au long de la journée au niveau de la piscine. C'est un resort parfait pour les familles. Petit bémol pour les cocktails qui ne sont pas toujours réussis il serait préférable d'en avoir moins mais de meilleures qualité. Et la qualité de la nourriture pourrait être un petit peu amélioré, mais tout était toujours très frais et bien cuisiné de plus le chef cuisinier est là pour satisfaire nos particularités alimentaires, nous sommes végétariens et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses attentions.
• JIEUN (10/5): - 믿을 수 없을 정도로 친절한 스텝들. 수압이 어마어마하게 세서 뚫리는 줄 알았어요. 모래 씻기 너무 좋았고 깨끗하고 넓고 시원하고 문만 열면 바로 수영장 접근할 수 있고 가장 높은 층이 2층이니까 부담이 없네요. 음식이 좀 더 다양했으면 좋겠어요.
• Henriques Tatiana (10/5): - Un hôtel chaleureux et agréable, parfait pour se détendre. La nourriture est bonne et fraîche, avec un grill chaque jour. L’animation est présente en journée et le soir. La plage est propre et pratique. Les piscines chauffées sont un vrai plus, surtout en hiver et au printemps. Le personnel est sympathique et fait de son mieux. Petit bonus : le jour du départ, on peut garder le bracelet après 12h et continuer à profiter de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour un départ tardif.
• Rachele (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo - La struttura è grande e accogliente, con un’ampia spiaggia e diverse piscine. Ottima l’animazione, presente ma non invadente. Buffet grande e vario, tutto abbastanza buono. Il personale sempre disponibile, attento e sorridente. Il centro massaggi è favoloso. La struttura è un pò datata, la stessa cura ai dettagli per l’esterno dovrebbe esserci anche all’interno e nelle camere. Anche la zona bar avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata perché è un pò triste così com’è.
• Markus (8/5): - Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, die Gastfreundschaft und der damit zusammenhängende Service. Alle Bereiche (mit wenigen Ausnahmen) wollen wirklich für eine vollständige Zufriedenheit des Gastes sorgen, womit man sich sehr gesehen und wertgeschätzt fühlt. Der Zugang zum Strand inkl. der Strandliegen und Windschutz sind ebenfalls außergewöhnlich gut. Auch die Idee der "red flag", damit man nicht den ganzen Tag am Strand mit Ausflugs- und weiteren Angeboten angesprochen wird, ist exzellent. Einige Personen möchte ich explizit nennen, da sie für uns weit über die "normale Norm" hinaus für ein besonderes Erlebnis gesorgt haben: Abdelfattah (Reception Manager) > er war stets für uns verfügbar und hat sich nach unserem Wohlsein und Zufriedenheit erkundigt. Dabei war er immer höchst freundlich und gleichzeitig absolut professionell. Abdelhamid (Reception) > sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig, als wir ein Anliegen bzgl. Zimmer hatten, Salah (Service am Strand) > Top Service und immer mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht, auch in stressigen Zeiten, Mohammed Al Haraz Shokiri (sunbed service am Strand) > er ist eine Arbeitsmaschine und ist wirklich immer hin- und her geflitzt. Sobald er uns gesehen hat, war er auch schon mit Handtüchern an unserer Seite und hat jeden Tag unsere Sonnenliegen und Windschutz für uns aufgebaut. Gleichzeitig hat er sich um tausend andere Dinge gekümmert, immer in Action, kein BlaBla, sondern immer am Arbeiten. Last but certainly not least: Nehal (Service im Restaurant) > sie hat uns mit einer so freundlichen und offenen Art wirklich JEDEN Besuch im Restaurant versüßt und war auch in stressigen Zeiten immer einsatzbereit und absolut hilfsbereit. VIELEN VIELEN DANK, ohne diese Personen wäre unser Aufenthalt nicht so toll gewesen, wie er war. Natürlich auch großen Dank an die Koffer-Träger und Putz-Kolonne, sowie dem lieben Animations-Team. Hier und da könnten die Zimmer ausgebessert werden: ein paar Beschädigungen zB im Badezimmer stechen einem unnötig ins Auge. Die Türen zur Terrasse heraus sind auch nicht mehr die Neusten und bereiten einem manchmal Mühe. Zudem ist es häufig doch sehr laut gewesen am Beach (Musik), das hält etwas vom Entspannen und Buchlesen ab. Zum Glück war unser Zimmer nicht im Pool-Bereich, denn dort bleibt es auch noch bis in den Abend hinein sehr laut durch diverse Programme. Davon haben wir an der Beachfront aber nicht viel mitbekommen. Aber gehört wahrscheinlich einfach zu dieser Art von Hotel, muss man eben mögen. Es gibt außerdem eine Person, die uns leider negativ aufgefallen ist (Restaurant), er heißt laut Namensschild Ali und hatte eine Brille, blaues Hemd, Brille. Er hat uns nicht zurückgegrüßt, wenn wir gegrüßt haben und hat ständig andere Service Kräfte angemotzt. Vor den Gästen. Fanden wir sehr unprofessionell und nicht freundlich.

• Salomé (10/5): Un hôtel chaleureux et bien équipé, avec un personnel au petits soins - Nous avons séjourné 12 jours au Sunrise Alma Bay Resort en famille, et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’un des points très appréciables de cet hôtel est que le complexe est à la fois assez grand pour proposer de nombreux services, tout en restant à taille humaine. On ne se sent pas “perdu” comme dans certains très grands resorts, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement agréable. Le buffet est globalement très complet, avec beaucoup de choix et une vraie variété dans les plats proposés. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la diversification des repas tout au long du séjour. Petit bémol toutefois concernant le petit-déjeuner : il pourrait être amélioré, notamment au niveau des fruits frais et des jus de fruits, qui nous ont semblé un peu limités. Le fait que l’hôtel propose également deux restaurants sur réservation, un asiatique et un italien, est un vrai plus. Cela permet de varier du buffet, et nous y avons très bien mangé. Nous souhaitons aussi remercier chaleureusement le chef de cuisine, qui a été adorable avec nous pendant tout le séjour, ainsi que le jeune cuisinier qui s’occupait des grillades au barbecue, toujours souriant, accueillant et vraiment génial. Ce sont des attentions et des personnes comme celles-ci qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Les chambres sont très belles, spacieuses et très propres. La vue mer mérite vraiment son nom : c’est une vraie belle vue mer, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus appréciable. Un grand merci également à Mohamed, notre homme de ménage, qui a été très professionnel, agréable et irréprochable tout au long du séjour. Nous souhaitons aussi remercier chaleureusement Ahmed et Alaa les serveurs au restaurant, qui ont été souriant et très serviable avec nous du début à la fin. Enfin, un immense merci aux managers Abdelfattah et Mohamed, ainsi qu’à Nehal au restaurant, qui ont été exceptionnels.
