• Manuela (7/5): - Es un lugar perfecto para ir a descansar, la vista es hermosa y la cabaña muy linda. Recibí el alojamiento y me entregaron las toallas sin lavar, usadas por otras personas, igualmente la cobija y las sabanas de la cama no las cambiaron antes de yo hacer mi check in, me entregaron todo sin hacerle aseo, y era evidente que habían estado otros huéspedes antes. El agua del jacuzzi totalmente sucia, no lo pude usar, era agua muy turbia.

• Álvarez (6/5): Ten en cuenta esto si quieres ir ! - El lugar tiene excelente ubicación. Su paisaje es hermoso. Rodeado de montañas y palmas de cera. Tiene parqueadero amplio para carros y motos. El lugar tiene varias oportunidades de mejora: 1. Te dicen que estará un vigilante encargado de tus necesidades y nunca llegó. No teníamos un número para llamar y estábamos completamente solos en el establecimiento. 2. El restaurante cierra 6:00 p.m. por lo que en la noche no hay opciones para comer. Si bien la cabaña tenía cocineta no tenía cubiertos ni muchos elementos para cocinar. 3. Tuvimos que salir caminando a buscar comida. La zona es muy oscura y a las 7:00 p.m. ya está completamente muerta. No hay planes para hacer diferentes. Al llegar al establecimiento estaba cerrado y no había vigilancia, nos tocó buscar para entrar. 4. Al querer utilizar la cabaña venía con jacuzzi y nunca llegaron a habilitarlo. No pudimos usarlo. 5. El lugar es muy frío en la noche (Mucho) y muy caliente de día. Si la idea de alguien es quedarse dursnte el día en la cabaña moriría del calor. 6. No hay agua caliente. 7. El resturante no tenía un buen café. Pedimos capuccino y nos llevaron café en leche. 8. Personal no muy atento. Falta de coordinación del administrador. 9. Pagamos por un lugar lindo, pero la experiencia no fue la mejor.

• Sybille (8/5): Schlafen unter majestätischen Wachspalmen - Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Die kleine Cabaña steht inmitten der majestätischen Wachspalmen. Wir hatten eine sternenklare Nacht und konnten so den Jacuzzi nutzen. Im Restaurant können wir Truchas con mantequilla de ajo empfehlen. Es fehlt an Möglichkeiten, Kleidung aufzuhängen.

• Juan David (10/5): It was amazing, I will definitely go back, than you - The location was perfect, the cabin has everything you need and the restaurant’s personal were very friendly The window of the bathroom was not fully covered so you have to be careful to avoid being seeing from outside and the windows of the room, does not have enough curtains so in the morning the sun goes directly to the bed.

• Andres (2/5): Lugar Hermoso - El lugar conectado con la naturaleza es hermoso -Estaba lloviendo en la noche y por la ventana en la habitación se entraron goteras de agua y la cama se nos mojó. Si vas con tus hijos pequeños puede no ser una buena opción. -Jacuzzi con problemas, el agua estaba sucia, intentaron resolverlo pero no funcionó. -El lugar es hermoso pero la relación calidad precio no es buena.

• Belinda (3/5): Beautiful area, awful host - It was on a beautiful property, you get to wake up in the valley next to the palm trees. There was a restaurant on site that does breakfast and lunch. The kitchen staff, security and the cleaner were lovely and helpful The communication was TERRIBLE from the host. - I realised the address wasn't clear in the booking so it was confusing where to go. - We turned up to the restaurant as it looked closest and the staff were very confused about the cabana - They told us we didn't have a booking. Then 10 minutes later they found it. - There was a spa advertised, so we asked if we could have it filled up and turned on. No one knew what was happening, then finally we get told it would get filled at 6pm. Which was too late for us as we wanted to watch the sunset. - The spa finally got filled by 7pm but it was too cold to even sit in there. - At 10pm the spa was finally warm enough, however we were ready for bed. - We also were not told that the restaurant closes at 6pm, so we could not get dinner. - I messaged the host during the afternoon as I was unhappy about the lack of communication and they never responded. - I had also messaged the host before we arrived advising that we needed the sofa bed made up and they responded it was ok. - However we arrived and the poor cleaner didn't know about the sofa bed. - The kitchen staff, security and the cleaner were lovely and helpful. IF YOU STAY HERE BE PREPARED WITH YOUR OWN FOOD AND HAVE LOW EXPECTATIONS OF SERVICE FROM THE HOST.
