• Gaelle (7/5): - Douche bouchée avec remontées sales (immanquable si la personne ayant fait le ménage précédemment l'a réellement fait..) et très peu de réactivité par rapport à ce problème (personne au téléphone nous a dit qu'un technicien passerait , ce qui n'a pas été le cas). Donc filet d'eau avec écoulement très lent pendant tout le séjour , sinon débordement dans la salle de bain....pas normal à ce prix de nuitée.... Quelques éléments de vaisselle sales (on a relavé sans même rien dire car pb douche était prioritaire !) Pour le reste, logement super bien placé avec une terrasse et une très belle vue , literie confortable, accès facile.

• Betty (10/5): Voor een echt vakantiegevoel! - Heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. Terras met fantastisch zeezicht en het rustgevende geluid van de golven. Zon van 's middags tot zonsondergang. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed ingerichte keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Leuk dat er een basis voorzien is van afwasmiddel, zout en kruiden, WC-papier,... Heerlijk bed. Zalig zwembad, waar we in januari een verfrissend baantje konden trekken. Appartement is ideaal gelegen, dicht bij winkels en restaurantjes, maar wel in een rustige buurt, ook rustige medebewoners. Parkeergelegenheid ruim voldoende (vlak voor de deur of op max. 100 meter). Echte aanrader! Prima prijs-kwaliteit! -

• Kseniya (9/5): I recommend this apartment for a stay in Tenerife - Great apartment, would recommend for a stay in Tenerife. Good price, the apartment had everything we needed including an electric grill (we cooked fish and prawns at home). 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were 2 umbrellas in the apartment.
• Ruxy (10/5): Exceptional - we enjoy our stay there, we found easily parking space . the beach it's near and it's very clean . you can buy groceries at the market not far away or at the Lidl. the view was amazing, hope to come again soon. if you have some problems you can easily contact the property and it will help you
• Rachel (10/5): Highly recommend this beautiful apartment. - A really lovely apartment. Beautifully decorated, well equipped, very comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. Information on accessing the property is sent on the day of arrival. I would have found it helpful to have this a few days in advance (with instructions to hold your phone near to the actual lock - there is no visible gizmo), with the link to open the front gate and the code to open the apartment door sent on the day of arrival with short labels. I found I had to scroll through long detailed messages to get these two key pieces of info. Really not a big deal - just offering my opinion on how to do this in a way that reduces the stress of travelling.
• Silva (10/5): Comfortable and cozy apartament with relaxing views from terrace. - Very good location, cozy and clean apartaments. We found everything we needed: hairdryer, towels, kitchen equipment(except cutting board :)), What we missed is where to hang outdoor clothes, there are no hangers in the hall area. And also guests should have own shampoos and bath gels. Except these details, everything was perfect :) we RECOMEND :) As improvement I recommend to put in the bathroom some shower gels/shampoos for guests. Also that would be nice to ha e where to hang a coat or a hat in the hall near the doors. And ofcourse the cutting board it is a necesaary item in the kitchen.
• Christophe (10/5): Exceptional - The view is stunning!!! The appartement is well renovated, and is perfectly situated. We will come back for sure. have a look on the elevator, the door is always malfunctioning and making noise just next to the bedroom window.
• Pabloan (8/5): Amazing views next to Playa de La Arena - The location, next to the beach but not next to the bars. The views are simply amazing. It was nicely decorated and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The walls are thin enough to hear the neighbors morning routine
• Nicole (10/5): absolutely amazing - the location was perfect, quick walk an you were at playa Arena, there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The view from the apartment was amazing and erverything looked like the pictures. Also Elena was great because we were a bit to stupid to open the electronic lock. Would definitely stay again! If you are a light sleeper it’s a bit noisy because you hear the elevator and basically everyone living around you but they are all mostly quiet and for us it was absolute no problem!
• Aleksandr (7/5): Good - Traveled with family in January. I liked the location and the view from the terrace. The apartment has everything you need for living. And now what I didn't like: The bedroom is located near the elevator shaft, it made it difficult to sleep in the morning. There was a renovation in the neighboring apartment (from 9:00 to 12:00) Also, the repair was on the road (the pipes were changed) when booking, this was not mentioned ...
