• Annette (10/5): Geniales Appartment in bester Lage für Rombesucher. - Der Weg vom Flughafen und zurück mit der Bahn und Straßenbahn sehr einfach. Vom Appartment aus ist es zu Fuß möglich, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen (Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, Trevibrunnen, Colosseum, Forum Romanum und Circus Massimo kann man locker an einem Tag bewältigen). Zudem ist der Stadtteil Trastevere super, um Abends Essen zu gehen, oder etwas zu trinken. Mit der Straßenbahn vorm Haus, oder einem Bus kommt man überall problemlos hin. Das Appartment liegt im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Balkon mit Blick auf einen Innenhof, wo Vögel zwitschern und kein Lärm zu hören ist. Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen zur belebten Straßenseite. Jedoch mit gut isolierten Fenstern ausgestattet. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Großer Kühlschrank mit TK-Fächern, Gasherd und neuwertiger Backofen. Ausreichend Geschirr. Im Bad befindet sich die Waschmaschine. Kommunikation lief super über WhatsApp. Bekamen vorab viele Tipps von Serena. Konnten nach Absprache eher in das Appartment. Appartment ist wie auf den Bildern. Man hat auch genug Platz. War alles perfekt. Nichts.

• Jan (7/5): - Beliggenheten sentralt var bra Leiligheten trenger en handymann, løse skapdører, skapdør som mangler, defekte lyspærer, utelampe som henger bare i ledning, dusjdør knust når vi kom og ikke mulighet for å henge opp dusjhåndtak. Enkle ting å fikse, men vitner om at eier ikke bryr seg

• Frank (10/5): - Reasonable priced apartment in the middle of Trastevere. It is not very big, but it is a great place to discover the surroundings in Rome. Checking in went smooth, with a complimentary bottle of wine from the host.

Estaba en un cuarto piso sin ascensor y llevábamos una persona mayor, no encontré esta información hasta que me lo dijo la dueña. Buscándolo más tarde es verdad que estaba en un comentario dicha información.
• LeAnn (10/5): Beautiful condo in the heart of Trestevere - Perfect location with plenty of trams close by. Water to fill water bottles right downstairs with a free sparkling water station right down the street. Airport/train transfer options right next door and so many restaurant and gelato options just a short walk away. Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again Stairs lol! A minor inconvenience.
• Draijer (6/5): Geslaagde stedentrip, ligging/wijk appartement is top. - De ligging tov het centrum, restaurants en OV faciliteiten is top. De omgeving rond het appartement was rustig in de nacht. Het appartement is ruim genoeg, slaapkamers/bedden zijn prima. De woonkamer heeft een goed werkende airco. De ventilatie in de slaapkamers werken ook fijn. De host was vriendelijk en heeft ons snel geholpen via WhatsApp toen we tegen wat problemen aanliepen in Rome zelf (zakkenrollers). Het appartement, met name de badkamer, heeft dringend onderhoud nodig. In het appartement lagen/stonden in kasten en lades veel achtergebleven/prive spullen. Geeft een wat rommelige indruk. Door de volle keukenkastjes is het ook wat lastiger je eigen boodschappen op te bergen, maar voor een korte stedentrip geen grote belemmering. Meubilair in de woonkamer zaten wat vlekken op en een enkele stoel was kapot, maar er stonden er genoeg. Het appartement zat op de 4e etage zonder lift. Daar waren we uiteraard wél van op de hoogte, maar de 8 trappen op een hete dag waren best een uitdaging.

• Masha (8/5): Very good - Great location, lots of space, well equipped. The apartment needs some maintenance, a kitchen cabinet was falling apart and the toilet flush had problems. The shower also needs a more thorough clean.
• Hannah (8/5): Very good - The house was very cute and very comfortable. Host was sweet enough to welcome us with a bottle of yummy wine! We only stayed for a couple nights so didn’t use all of the amenities like the big fridge and kitchen, but it seemed to have everything you’d need for a longer stay. AC was nice. Location was perfect for great food within walking distance and taking scooters to the coliseum and trevi fountain. Overall great! We had quite a bit to bring to our room so the 100 stairs, 4th floor with no elevator/lift was not convenient. Also, the information says two rooms with two double beds which was not the case. The beds were however, the most comfortable we’ve had in the two months and many stays in Italy.
• Cristina (8/5): Perfect location - Perfect location in Trastevere. All major sights in walking distance (2km). Spacious rooms. Friendly hosts. The communication and check-in were smooth. Trastevere is a loud area (nightlife & traffic), however, that was clear to us in advance.
• Eric (10/5): Great apartment, would book again. - Nice apartment with great character in a great location in Trastevere. The kitchen was well appointed and the apartment was very spacious. The host greeted us and was very helpful with getting the bags up the steps and figuring out parking.
• Lindberg (9/5): Great location and fits for a family of four people - We had a really nice stay. Serena is a super host. It was easy to get into the apartment. Serena made sure we were in and everything was in order. She is available on WhatsApp and responds very quickly. We had no hot water the first morning. It was resolved within a few hours - even though it was Sunday. So we can only praise that. The apartment is easy to return to after a whole day out in the City. The area holds many wonderful restaurants and you should visit Trastevere when going to Rome. It is a beautiful area. There was nothing we didn't like. We were happy with the apartment. But if you have difficulty with stairs or are very sensitive to sounds from traffic, then you should consider it. It didn't bother us.

• Jenwallace (8/5): Great location and comfy beds. - Location not pretty but very handy to everything. On 4th floor with no lift. We didn’t mind this at all but a big consideration for some. Kettle very slow to boil. Water pressure in kitchen poor.

The kitchen was well set up for us to cook, with lots of dishes, cutlery etc. There was a large TV, which is a bonus when travelling with young people, and it allows you to calm your brain after an exciting day in Rome. The single beds could use an upgrade as they were a little hard on the back, but not terrible... Other than that, it was an excellent choice!

• Sandra (10/5): You just found the perfect place. - Great location in good price, if you are looking for an apartament around Trastevere you should pick this one. We made some mistakes with registration but the staff was very helpful and patient with us. Also we managed to break water jug but this was very easy to resolve with the Staff. Overall great experience and close to every necessary facility.
• Josip (9/5): Great apartment in a perfect location and with a very friendly host - The apartment is very nice and comfortable, has a small terrace where you can eat breakfast. Can easily fit 6 people. Location is perfect as you can reach all the main attractions on foot. There are 2 public garages near by if you arrive by car. Definitely recommend this place. It is a bit noisy but the host provides earplugs so not a big deal.

Was falsy advertised as a - The apartment was in a good location, close to everything, however the noise from the road was very high, including the 2am garbage collection. Having said that, it’s was very clean and well appointed The property was advertised as a 3 bedroom however there were only 2 plus a couch.. We needed the 3 bedroom and were dissatisfied to only find 2. No blinds if you need darkness go sleep

Lots of bars and restaurants ver - Lots of space, balcony is useful, very nice apartment in a central location in Trastevere. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again. Some light switches were missing covers, the air conditioning unit leaked too. This is very central and on main road so not quiet. 4 flights of stairs with no lift makes it impractical for people with mobility issues - you need to carry your suitcases up.
