- Heather (6/5): Pleasant - The location. It was outside of the city and relatively secluded. Access to parks and hiking was very good. There was a fan provided, which we were grateful for. As well as the excellent wifi connection. The bed was not comfortable at all. The shower drain had hair in it which gave the impression it was not well cleaned. The toilet paper dispenser was broken off of the wall and the bathroom doorknob kept falling off.

- David (10/5): Exceptional - It was simple and clean for two nights in Vancouver. I was travelling solo and this was perfect. Nothing.
- Sujata (7/5): Fair for one night sleep - NA- no breakfast was provided. Location was great Tiny bathroom, hard to move around. Room was also really small.

- Derik (5/5): Nice location for a quiet stay on a drive through - Everything worked as it should, door was open a d ready. They sent out instructions quickly No parking in VERY steep drive. Was wet and slippery to go up and down to the parking on the road
- Ella (1/5): Bad - We were told that the suite was unavailable and “something had come up”, after we had sent a message earlier to confirm it was ready, we were told he had a guest room inside his home that we could use. We felt very uncomfortable with this and did not end up staying the night.

- Banks (6/5): Provided exactly what we wanted. - Great value for money compared to Vancouver hotel prices which are extortionate. Great position for kocal attractions but you must must have a car for excursions and getting downtown. Beautiful location on the the British Properties estate. A bit more comfort but price matters.
- Denis (6/5): Pleasant Stay in the British Properties, West Vancouver - The host was a very gracious man who offered me some Persian tea and talk when I first arrived. He apologized for the mix up of rooms but he gave me a very comfortable bed in his solarium. He was a most pleasant host. There was a mix up when I arrived but in fairness the host did his best to accommodate me. There was a bit of a wait at first before the host arrived. His son was there however to greet me but was unsure about the room arrangement..
