• lindsay (9/5): Great stay - Great apartment - we were only two but even better value for four - good location by the river and good bus routes into the centre or Triana. Good communication throughout. Plenty of facilities and rear bedrooms ensure good nights sleep. Breakfast was detailed as included but owner confirmed not the case as was a booking.com error - to be fair he offered us cancellation if it was going to be an issue - booking.com have since offered us to send breakfast receipts for refund which is great customer service.

• Desislava (10/5): - Много ни хареса апартамента. Имаше всичко необходимо и е на пешеходно разстояние от забележителностите. Conso беше много любезна да ни запази паркомясто в паркинг наблизо. Даде ни много подробни инструкции чрез WhatsApp и успяхме лесно и бързо да се справим с паркирането и настаняването. Много благодарим за отзивчивостта и съдействието.
• Pedro (9/5): - Very nice and spacious apartment. Everything was just fine. The only suggestion I have is that it shoul have wi-fi. It is very handy for non european travelers. But I would com back for sure.

• Ana (6/5): Lástima - A priori la ubicación y el precio Lo del precio luego no fue así... El apartamento es cómodo La Plaza de parking es un plus si vas en coche La falta de comunicación y seriedad. Reservé el apartamento con 6 o 7 meses de antelación, para 2 personas. Los planes cambiaron y 1 mes o mes y medio antes, intenté cambiar la reserva a través de la aplicación para aumentar a 4 los huéspedes. Al ser imposible hacer el cambio a través de la gestión de reserva, envié un mensaje a través de Booking comentando el cambio y si había algún inconveniente o problema. La respuesta fue que ningún problema! Sin embargo, justo antes de irnos, recibo WhatsApp de la anfitriona reclamando una cantidad por ser 2 personas más, cantidad nada irrisoria, por cierto. Le comenté que ya sabía que íbamos a ser 4 y que no le supuso problema ni inconveniente, y que si yo llego a saber antes ese incremento de precio, hubiese cancelado y buscado algo más económico. Le hice bizum porque por dinero no pienso ni quedar mal ni pasar vergüenza. Me dio mucha pereza valorar el apartamento por esta circunstancia tan desagradable, pero pienso que tenía que dejar constancia en algún sitio. Una pena porque podría haber sido una estancia perfecta
• Tomas (8/5): - Lage ganz gut - ca 20-25 min Fußweg zu den Attraktionen. Appartement hatte alles was notwendig war. Kann man weiterempfehlen. Vermittlung eines Tiefgaragenplatzes war hilfreich. Appartement erst um 19:30 Uhr gereinigt/fertig. Aber wir hatten auch erst morgens gebucht. Vermieterin spricht nur spanisch - Kommuniktion war etwas schwierig für uns.

• Oleksii (7/5): I would stay again if the host improves cleaning - -Flat's conditions are good as on the images -Location is perfect -Thermostat works well and heats up/cools down the whole apartment very well -There is everything you need in the apartment -No wi-fi -The cleaning forgot to take out trash from the previous tenants -All mirrors and glass in the shower were dirty with stains -Plates and cups had stains from soap, despite the dishwasher working perfectly -The host offered parking for 25 EUR/day, which IMO is a robbery. Parking on the street is free but finding a spot is a challenge.

• Ram (9/5): Wonderful stay in beautiful Seville!!! - Location by the river, quite, very convenient part of old town. Spacious and clean apartment with all amenities. Very responsive and helpful host. Lack of wifi.
