Allegra (7/5): Beautiful home with lovely rooftop space and pool, lots of little detail which was super helpful and felt luxurious and - The lift the pool the spaciousness the location the fridge water filter the appliances and Mary and Ele The lack of air conditioning in the main bedroom. Which wasn’t fixed properly despite two days of chasing. The doorknob on that main door being very wobbly and loose, falling off and being glass it shattered and my partner cut himself. They delivered a portable air conditioning unit to replace the wall one - but the tube needed to be out of the window or the door of the bedroom, which meant mosquitoes and heat from outside or heat into and from the rest of the house. Not handled well enough for their stated standards of service.
