Al día siguiente llegó la limpiadora y mi esposa pidió 5 minutos para salir porque estaba acabando de arreglarse. El anfitrión me contacta amenazante que lo pondrá en conocimiento de booking. • MONTSERRAT (9/5): Apartamento perfecto para pasar un fin de semana - El apartamento está puesto con mucho gusto y no le falta de nada.Esta situado en el centro de Granada y puedes recorrerla andando. La entrada es con clave pero fácil de usar. Todo estaba bien, por decir algo , el pomo de la entrada estaba estropeado aunque funcionaba.
• Isabel (10/5): Precioso apartamento y ubicación inmejorable - La ubicación inmejorable, el apartamento para dos personas es magnífico, nosotros íbamos con un bebé y nos pusieron un parque cuna, en general bastante confortable y bonito. Hay muchos parkings cerca para poder meter en el coche sin problema. Por poner algún pero la limpieza no era excepcional, ojo, el apartamento estaba limpio y reluciente pero el suelo y sobre todo los muebles por dentro tenían muchos pelos de persona. Las puertas del armario costaba mucho abrirlas ya que se atascaban. Como aporte también diría que la cuna necesita un colchón para que el bebé pueda dormir en ella.

(7/5): Fantastic value in Granada, slightly marred by access process - A stay in the heart of Granada — fantastic central location, comfortable rooms, elevator access, and very good value for money. The Wi-Fi worked well, and overall the experience was excellent for the price. On the downside, the electronic check-in process is unnecessarily complex and time-consuming, involving multiple codes, photos and mobile confirmations before accessing the apartment. There was also a slight smell of damp in the room.

• Jim (10/5): Exceptional - The place is more central than I actually thought! When I entered I wasn't expecting to find such a huge apartment, modern and with all the amenities. Nice and comfy bed and sofa. It's so central I could reach anything on foot, restaurants, cafes, shops, all downstairs. Really recoomend. The check-in was easy enough and the instruction were properly sent from the host, however if you have no phone or internet connection can be a problem because the main door only opens via a link they send you. WI-FI was not the best I experienced in all the apts I stayed, it was quite slow and used my 5G most of the time. Small details really, the place is amazing.
• Turkishdelight (9/5): Your home in Granada! - Apartment was in a brilliant location on 33 bus route from the bus station and walking distance to all sites incl. the Alhambra. Superbly equipped, private and really quiet. Hosts don't speak English but respond quickly thru the app. 100% recommended. Having to use a 10 digit code on a tiny keypad to open and lock the door is frustrating as too long to remember. Recommend writing it down somewhere secure as my phone battery died after a long day at the Alhambra and I could not access the code until I found a charger!

• Amna (10/5): Our stay was excellent, I highly recommend this accommodation. - We really liked the apartment. It was absolutely perfect for a small family and it had all the facilities that one would need on a trip. The location is a big plus.

Overpowering smell of air freshner. The lock to the apartment was quite fiddly and seemed a bit loose. We struggled with it at the beginning.

• Olga (1/5): Very uncomfortable stay - The registration was much more complicated than at other apartments. The check-in was even worse. The host offered an early check-in (1 pm instead 3 pm) but the code provided was intended for 3 pm. Then he provided the second code and in reality we got into the apartment at 3 pm. We wasted our time and nerves trying to get in though. The host should have sent better instructions and the right code in time. When we entered, the temperature in the apartment was 17.2 and it took a long time to get 22. In the corridor and bathroom it was cold all the time. The host didn't speak English, though it is stated on the site that the language spoken by the host is English. We reserved for 2 people but the second set of linen was not provided primarily. We had to ask for it as beggars. As a whole, the stay was unpleasant. Through the general air conditioning the smoke of cigarettes got in and in the flight there was smelly air. Thanks God, we stayed only one night. And additionally, when I was trying to get into the apartment, the president of the building community approached me and in an aggressive way said that I shouldn't leave garbage at the door. I answered that we had just arrived but I felt insulted. If they had the problem with the garbage before, I was not responsible for that. While leaving it was not comfortable either because according to the instruction you leave the keys inside and if there are multiple luggage you couldn't open the entrance door due to the absence of the entrance door keys twice. So we paid money to get insulted (we have nothing to do with the left garbage), be cold in the apartment, having problems with getting in etc. The problems with getting in and coldness were mentioned by the guest from Canada too.
• Abner (10/5): Absolutely fantastic! - One of the best places we've ever stayed in. Sensible price, spacious, stylish, in the middle of the city to visit any of the attractions you want to see. It has everything you need to spend any amount of days in Granada. We'd gladly stay here again if we came back. There's nothing we didn't like. The place is great.
