• Cesar (9/5): Apartamento ideal para familia de 4 personas - Una ubicación muy buena, limpio y muy bien equipado. Justo lo que se indicaba en la contratación. Las personas que lo gestionan hicieron muy fácil el checkin y checkout.
• Emma (10/5): Great place, would definately book again. - Very clean. Felt very safe. Great views of the sea. Unfortunately there was construction going on at the time but I was made aware of this before the booking was confirmed. Staff were really polite and helpful with checking in and out.

• Annette (7/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit Einschränkungen - Geräumiges Appartement, direkt am Strand gelegen, gut zu erreichen, Parkplätze genügend zur Verfügung, sehr bequeme Betten. Keine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer (bereits bekannt, dass die Jalousie entfernt wurde, mit dem Verweis, dass Ersatzteile nicht zu bekommen sind. Straßenlaterne vor dem Fenster), Baustellen direkt vor der Appartementanlage, überschaubar ausgestattet (z. B. nur 2 Wassergläser vorhanden), das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, der Abfluss unter der Spüle leckt (das Problem schien bekannt zu sein, da bereits eine Schüssel unter der Spüle stand)

• Bettina (7/5): - Die private Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Pool ist klasse, auf dieser befinden sich mehrere Sitz-und Liegemöbel, draußen essen ista ebenfalls kein Problem. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich bieten genügend Platz zum Kochen m, essen und relaxen. Das Bad mit Dusche ist modern und komfortabel. Auch das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem und ein großer Schrank mit genug Stauraum ist vorhanden. Es sind sogar Strand/Poolbadetücher vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber und frisch. Alle Elektrogeräte sind in top Zustand und funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Boden um den Poolbereich ist wirklich schmutzig, das Personal war zwar da und hat mit einer Maschine den Boden gewischt, jedoch ohne Wasser und danach sah es schlimmer aus. Es ist nichtmal Sand sondern wie Bau/ Betonstaub der über die meisten Bodenfliesen verschmiert ist. Das gleiche betrifft die Glasumrandung. Ob das mit den umliegenden Baustellen zusammenhängt kann ich nicht beurteilen. Aufgrund der besagten Baustellen kam natürlich auch etwas Baulärm hinzu, was für uns nicht so schlimm war, da wir überwiegend unterwegs waren. Im Küchenbereich wären neue ( etwas hochwertigere) Pfannen schön. Die Griffe sind sehr lose und damit wackelig.

• Adexe Yeray (3/5): - La ubicación. Título: Estancia con varios inconvenientes que no deberían ocurrir Reservamos dos apartamentos para dos familias con niños. La reserva se hizo correctamente para 2 adultos y 1 niño, pero al llegar solo encontramos dos juegos de toallas y el sofá cama no tenía sábanas preparadas. Para una estancia de una semana únicamente nos dejaron una bolsa de basura y un rollo de papel higiénico, lo cual resulta insuficiente. El balcón del apartamento con vista al mar estaba lleno de tierra y el tendedero era inutilizable. Entendemos que había una obra enfrente y pueda haber suciedad, pero no debería estar así nada más llegar, lo que demuestra que la terraza no fue limpiada antes de nuestra llegada. El fregadero tenía una fuga de agua, lo informamos, pero durante toda la semana tuvimos que usar el cubo de basura para recoger el agua porque nunca lo repararon. Además, cuando llegamos la persiana (stor) de la habitación estaba rota en el suelo del salón, lo sabían desde días antes y no lo habían arreglado. Finalmente nos hicieron un “apaño”, pero quedó fijo, por lo que no se podía abrir la puerta para ventilar ni dar luz natural a la habitación. En el apartamento de la planta baja había hormigas en la cocina, lo que fue bastante desagradable. Solo dejan un juego de llaves, lo que es bastante incómodo cuando salen miembros del grupo en diferentes momentos, ya que se necesita llave incluso para entrar y salir de las zonas comunes. Tampoco hay cambio de sábanas ni toallas durante toda la semana. En general, la experiencia no fue la esperada. La ubicación es buena, pero los problemas de mantenimiento, limpieza inicial y falta de reposición de elementos básicos hicieron que la estancia fuera incómoda.

• RICARDO (8/5): Excelente para relax - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy bien equipado. Solo tenía una leve pérdida de agua en el desagüe del fregadero. Las zonas comunes no presentaban un aspecto muy limpio, mejorable.

• Jonay (6/5): Normal - La ubicaciom Entramos con una hora de retraso a las 16 cuando habiamos acordado entrar a las 15. Hormigas en la cocina y terraza. Las zonas comunes muy sucias y mal cuidadas. Zonas de la piscina en especial detras de las eacaleras de color verde.

Maybe place the toilet paper in the bathroom would be good for first day to avoid guests searching for it in the supermarket.
• Christian (10/5): Soggiorno comodo e perfetto! - La posizione dell’appartamento è veramente perfetta sempre se si vuole alloggiare nella zona con più “movimento “. La casa è fornita di ogni utensile possibile Leggermente la pulizia, soprattutto il letto aveva le coperte che non erano il massimo.
