• mariano (5/5): buena ubicación. Poco comfortable para una pareja. poca privacidad el departamento da a la calle. - La ubicación es muy buena. muchos restaurantes y bares. muy seguro La cama tenía sabanas de muy mala calidad. La puerta da a la calle, tiene una ventana sin cortina por lo cual las gente en la calle puede ver el interior de la vivienda. El sillon tenía manchas dudosas, sucio. los cajones para la ropa estan rotos. La iluminación del baño no esa terminada. Toallas con olor a humedad.
• Julia (4/5): Leider nicht wie erwartet - - Die Lage war gut, vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in <5 Minuten erreichbar - Leider wurde nicht erwähnt, dass die Unterkunft direkt im Erdgeschoss und am Bürgersteig liegt und es daher sehr laut werden kann - keine Vorhänge an der Tür (nur die Rollläden geben etwas Privatsphäre und Sicherheit) - insgesamt nicht wie auf den Fotos, der Zustand war eher ungemütlich, etwas ungepflegt und lieblos
• Benjamin (7/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr nett. - Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hat voll die Erwartungen getroffen, die wir hatten, als wir gebucht hatten. Schön, aber einfach. Die Tür nach draußen ist nicht wirklich dicht und daher hört man alles. Da das Bett direkt im Raum ist, klingt es nachts so, als standen die Nachbarn, die sich auf der Straße treffen und Abend noch ein wenig quatschen, direkt neben dem Bett. Mit Kind war das etwas schwierig. Es gab keine Möglichkeiten den Müll zu entsorgen, oder Müll Tüten vorhanden. Es war einiges defekt, fleckig und etwas abgenutzt.
• Rhiannon (2/5): - Seriously the quality of the mattresse of the bed. Very good sleep there! I dont know where to start NOWHERE on Booking.com did it state that this was a ground floor flat on the pavement on the street. Only once booking for 5 days did the TRUE photos arrive that I didn't take the time before arriving check. I was in shock! I would have never booked a ground floor flat on the street, I did not feel safe literally anyone could break in through the window, completely exposed, no privacy had to put the blinds down at all times or everyone from the street could see inside. Then the drama with the door and the code. Even charging the batteries I would stay stuck outside 10-15min trying to get in. This was signaled to the holiday apartments and they did not solve it. I wanted a refund from the moment I entered the property but couldnt win against booking. This was really way below expectations, disappointing and feeling very alone trying to be heard by both booking.com and the property. I was on a very important work trip, paid a big amount of money and honestly very disappointed.

• Thomas (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen. - Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Wohnung nicht wie beschrieben Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem inakzeptablen Zustand: verschmutzte Küchenutensilien, Spinnweben in der Küche, ein stark verflecktes Sofa, eine defekte Deckenlampe im Bad, ein ekelhaft schmutziger Badezimmerschrank und nur eine angebrochene Rolle Toilettenpapier. Im Mini-Badezimmer gibt es nicht einen einzigen Haken. Ein Handtuch war bereits nass, und obwohl wir über Booking.com für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gebucht haben, waren nur Handtücher für 2 Personen vorhanden. Im Nachhinein behauptete der Vermieter, die Wohnung sei nur für 2 Gäste gedacht – ein angeblicher Fehler von Booking. Auf einen Anruf direkt nach der Ankunft wurde nicht reagiert. Die Kommunikation war unzureichend, und eine Entschädigung blieb aus. Leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

• Nino (7/5): Excellent location but... - The location first: the flat is ideally located, less than 10 minutes away from a metro / bus / tram in one of the most animated area, rich in shops and nice restaurants. The accommodation : the flat has very comfortable size, it's clean and basically equipped. Renovation is still in progress in the corridor, in the bathroom and in the kitchen). Third hand furniture must be replaced and a minimum decoration is needed.
• Katya (5/5): - La posizione è abbastanza comoda. Ma di sicuro si può trovare di meglio. La struttura era poco pulita, mal attrezzata e con molti lavori da fare: lampadine bruciate, cassetti rotti, aspirapolvere con sacco pieno, panno per lavare a terra sporchissimo e inusabile,... Eravamo in 3 persone, abbiamo chiesto un asciugamano in più e della biancheria per poter usare il divano letto che aveva parecchie macchie, ma non hanno mai risposto alla nostra richiesta. La cucina era essenziale con un tavolino piccolo e 2 sgabelli scomodissimi. Sconsigliamo questa struttura che prima di essere affittata dovrebbe essere messa a posto e soprattutto non proposta come "ideale per 2 adulti e una ragazza di 16anni"
• Brunhilde (4/5): Viel zu teuer, nur benutzbar, wenn man vorher selbst saubermacht und nachspült, wenig Gemütlichkeit. - Friedrichshain ist eine gute Gegend, wenn man abends in eine Kneipe gehen will oder einfach ein bisschen den Sonnenuntergang über dem Fluss betrachten will. Die Heizung ging superschnell und war schön warm, auch das Wasser in der Dusche war vom Druck her gut und warm. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Überall gab es Fartbreste.Auch das Geschirr war z. T. nicht richtig sauber, schmuddelig oder kaputt. In den Zimmern haben die Möbel nicht funktioniert, z. B. die Schubladen der Kleiderkommoden. Die Handtücher im Bad haben komisch gerochen. Es gab nur ein Geschirrhandtuch, das ebenfalls gemuffelt hat, keinen Spüllappen, dafür eklige Schwämme. Im Flur stand aus unerfindlichen Gründen eine Tür. Im Bad hing der einzige Spiegel, dafür keine Lampe, nur eine nackte Glühbirne.

• Tognalini Roberto (7/5): - quando si esce di casa non essendoci una tenda sulla porta ed essendo la tastiera a metà porta si poteva tranquillamente vedere dentro. quando si era in casa bisognava tirare giè l'avvolgibile perchè sarebbe mancata la privacy Un po' più di attenzione alle cose: lampadine guaste in bagno e nella applich della stanza

• Nadine (8/5): Gute Lage & gute Ausstattung - Unterkunft ist gut und modern ausgestattet und liegt zentral. Vorhang an der Eingangstür wäre hilfreich, da die Wohnung ebenerdig ist und daher einsehbar.

• אבי כרמלי (9/5): דירה נוחה במיקום מעולה.. - דירה נוחה ומאובזרת במיקום מעולה. מדרגה גבוהה מאד, חורגת מהסטנדרט, בכניסה מהמדרכה לדירה. מחייב זהירות בכניסה וביציאה.
• Alison (9/5): Ruim comfortabel appartement op toplocatie - Ruim appartement met erg comfortabel bed. Heerlijke hoekbank om te relaxen en tv te kijken. Goede locatie in leuke buurt en genoeg OV in de buurt. Douche is prima en fijn dat er een Nespresso apparaat is. Ook met voldoende koffiecupjes. De afwerking is op sommige punten niet netjes. De laatjes in de kastjes zijn een beetje gammel. Het zou fijn zijn als er wat meer keukenbenodigheden zijn zoals meer broodmessen. Onhandig dat we in de keuken alleen een open prullenbak staat en geen gesloten afvalbak.

• Miroslav.Micic (9/5): - Great location. Quiet street. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. Spacious apartment. Perhaps more curtains would be nice since you enter the apartment directly from the street. The apartment is probably a renovated local in the building.
• Sylvia Beraud (8/5): Zentral und ruhige Lage - Die Lage mitten in Friedrichshain ist perfekt. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Späties, Cafés und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind alle fussläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Da man von der Eingangstüre im Erdgeschoss direkt in das Wohnzimmer/Schlafzimmer kommt, wäre es schön an der Tür einen Vorhang zu haben um tagsüber neugierige Blicke von aussen zu verhindern. Ein paar Haken im Badezimmer zum Aufhängen der Handtücher wären gut.
