• Claudine (9/5): Beautiful modern apartment with spectacular views! - A very modern property with superb views across the lake. Good standard of cleanliness. Its a short distance from the station, but the walk is up a very steep hill, so that should be taken into consideration. I did not have a car, but there was only very limited guest parking which could be improved upon.. I also do not think there was a convenience store that was really walkable so it would have been helpful to have very basic things like milk for the coffee or even the long life creamers that they have in coffee shops. Other than these fairly minor things, it really was a lovely apartment with plenty of space and as previously mentioned the view is spectacular! Short but steep uphill walk from the station. No convenience stores within a short walkable distance. No guest parking.

• Erkan (10/5): Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Zürichsee - Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Parkplatz separat über ein App zubuchbar. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, hell und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse war super schön. Lage top, direkt am Zürichsee.
• Mariama (7/5): Geräumig und tolle Aussicht, Gebäude und Umgebung nicht einladend, sehr schlechte Kommunikation - Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert mit dem Code, der vorab per Mail geschickt wurde. Tolle Aussicht. Ruhig. Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit viel Platz, modern ausgestattet. Ein paar Teebeutel und Nespresso Kapseln vorhanden sowie auch Zucker. Belmont Résidences liegt in einem ruhigen Industriegebiet in der Höhe, somit sieht es nicht sehr attraktiv aus. Das Gebäude ist nicht fertig, riecht stark nach Farbe (so wie wenn es gerade fertig gebaut wäre), sieht grau, leer, unbewohnt und steril aus, eine „Geist“ Reisdence. Überhaupt nicht einladend. Wir waren froh, dass wir noch bei Tageslicht angereist sind. Sonst wäre es noch mehr spooky gewesen. Es ist sowohl im Treppenhaus als auch in der Wohnung ziemlich warm, man kann aber die Raumtemperatur nicht einstellen. Das kalte Wasser war auch warm. Auch die Wohnung sieht etwas steril aus, vor allem keine Dekoration wie auf die Bilder: z.B. keine Bilderrahmen. Auf der Terrasse gab es nur ein Sessel. In der Küche hat es an Material gefehlt. Es gab keinerlei Information über die Wohnung und die Gegend, absolut nichts. Wir hatten nicht mal ein WLAN Code, mussten ein paar mal die in der Mail angegebenen Nummer anrufen bzw. SMS schreiben (mit verbundenen Kosten, da in der Schweiz mit deutschem Handy). Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz draußen reserviert. Auch hier gab es keinerlei Erklärung. Wir haben eine Fernbedienung bekommen und waren nicht sicher, ob wir drin parken dürfen oder draußen und überhaupt auf welchem Platz. Wir haben jemanden getroffen, der uns erklärt hat, dass die Parkplätze 20 und 21 für Besucher waren aber andere permanent für manche Bewohner vergeben sind. Ziemlich anstrengend.

• Eka (7/5): - Wunderbare Aussicht, das grosse Wohnzimmer, mit den grossen Fenstern , der grosse Balkon, mit der Sitzmöglichkeit. Der Weg zum Apartment war ziemlich steil. Für die, die mit dem ÖV unterwegs sind, ist es eine Herausforderung. Das Sieb vom Wasserhan in der Küche war verkalkt. Es gab nur eine Bettdecke für zwei Personen. Da jeder Mensch ein anderes Schlafverhalten hat, zwei Bettdecke muß sein. Es gab nur zwei Kissen, nicht jeder schläft mit einem Kissen. Es gab keine Abstellmöglichkeit für den Koffer außerhalb des Schrankes.

• Nils (7/5): Super Aussicht vom Apartment aber mit mässigen Inhalt - Eins kann man dem Apartment lassen. Die Aussicht auf den Zürichsee ist erstklassig. Sowas kann ich mir nicht besser vorstellen. Auch abends eine Augenweide, dass man fast nicht aufhören kann den See und die Lichter zu begutachten. Die Unterkunft ist zwar sehr abgelegen und erhöht (Achtung Steil), hat aber seine Vorteile mit der ruhigen Umgebung. Die Küche ist schön, das Bett sehr gross und bietet einen erholsamen Schlaf zu 100%. Die Couch war sehr bequem und der Fernseher gross. Das Bad ebenfalls eher grösser als gedacht und bezüglich der Lage musste man für das Essen sich stets um sich selber kümmern in der Küche, was aber kein Problem war. Es gibt zwei Kritikpunkte, die mich schon enttäuschte. Erstens war die Ausstattung nicht gut bezüglich den Küchenutensilien. Es gibt zum Beispiel keine Schopflöffel, speziell für die Pfannen und scharfe Messer aber auch wenig von etwas wie beispielsweise Gläser, etc. Es gab auch keine Gewürze. Zweitens hatte es nur eine Decke für zwei Personen. Das wollte ich ändern und habe mit dem Gastgeber Kontakt aufgenommen. Ein weiteres wurde zwar versprochen via Textnachricht aber es kam nie eins. Schade, was dementsprechend die Bewertung schadet. Noch eine Kleinigkeit zum Schluss; wenn in der Buchung steht, dass der Checkout bis 10:00 sein soll, dann erwarte ich auch keine Putzkraft vor 10:00. Die kam 15 Minuten zu früh, was beim Aufräumen sehr gestresst hat und ich finde sowas darf nicht passieren. Eine Zeit ist hier um sie einzuhalten. Von beiden Seiten, den Gästen aber auch von der Putzkraft.

• Melissa (1/5): - The view was great and I liked having cutlery and an oven. The staff could not help us with parking. The app sucks and did not work several times. I submitted for a parking spot but it never went through. They had no alternative for parking. We are not from the area and did not know where to go. The alternative they gave was to park at a train station very far away. We had to park at a different hotel and taxi to the apartment to ensure the car was in a spot that was safe and wouldn't be towed. The apartment was dirty overall, burnt out candles, sink did not drain. They ask you to clean up after yourself and set the dishwasher also and kick you out at 10 am. For that time they could clean it themselves with plenty of time. Theres no on site staff so no one can help you. You can text them for questions but they either never respond or take a very long time to respond. It ruined our night. Not being able to get help with parking and getting kicked out so early and having to pay extra to check out later than that was terrible. Never staying here again. It was a bad experience overall.
• Spenser (10/5): Beautiful views and good vibes - The room was huge with a beautiful view of the river! The bathroom was a pretty good size with a amazing shower. The kitchen and refrigerator held all the food and drinks we needed for our stay. The bed and was very comfortable and fits 2. If you dont understand the bus schedule or have a rental car, you will be walking a lot down and up a major hill.
• Ünzüle (10/5): Wir waren mit der Sauberkeit der Räume zufrieden, bis auf das nicht rauchen können auf der Terasse, da ich ganz gerne mo - Die Aussicht hat uns sehr gefallen. Das unkomplizierte einchecken, auch die Tiefgarage war groß, dass man mit einem großen SUV gut parken konnte Es steht bei der Buchung,,Nichtraucher Zimmer‘‘, aber man geht nicht davon aus, dass man sogar nicht auf der Terasse rauchen darf. Die sollten das noch genauer beschreiben, dass auch auf den Balkon oder Terasse, das Rauchen nicht gestattet ist. Das hat mich sehr gestört. Ich würde da aufjedenfall nicht mehr buchen. Die Terasse war ungepflegt, sehr hoch Unkraut, sogar zwischen den Fugen.

Petite déconvenue en arrivant puisqu'il n'y avait pas de clé dans le boîtier. Le service par téléphone m'a attribué un autre appartement. La place de parc payée 19.- était occupée et nous avons été réveillé à 7h00 du matin par la police, dans l'appartement, pour un contrôle d'identité. Ils cherchaient ple propriétaire !!!

• Line (8/5): Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble - L’appartement est agréable, bien décoré et offre une très belle vue sur le lac. Le lit est grand et confortable, et la chambre est à la fois pratique et fonctionnelle. Le personnel est très réactif et serviable, ce qui est très appréciable. Un parking est disponible sur réservation via une application. Celle-ci fonctionne bien, mais son utilisation est un peu contraignante : il faut passer par plusieurs étapes pour réserver le parking, ajouter un chien ou demander un check-in anticipé. Certaines validations tardent à arriver, ce qui oblige à contacter l’établissement avant de pouvoir finaliser le paiement. Il faut donc être un peu à l’aise avec les outils numériques. Les suppléments sont de 10 CHF par jour pour le chien, 19 CHF par jour pour le parking, et 30 CHF pour un check-in anticipé à 13h00. Concernant les équipements, il manque encore quelques ustensiles, verres et accessoires de cuisine, comme plusieurs commentaires précédents l’ont déjà mentionné. Enfin, la propreté pourrait être légèrement améliorée : il restait par exemple quelques pétales de rose à notre arrivée.

• Anke (8/5): Viel erlebt - Die Lage mit tollem Blick auf den See ist super. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und hochwertig. Parkgarage und Aufzug! Von hier aus kann man viele Ausflüge machen. Es hätte gründlicher geputzt sein können. Die Fensterscheiben waren sehr schmutzig. Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien. Check in und out etwas holprig, aber sehr bemühte und freundliche Mitarbeitende.

• little boat (8/5): - The unbeatable lakeview is the only attractiveness to the whole service apartment. The apartment is spacious enough for two, not far from the train station, all you need is to find the shortcut to go up the hill. Friendly and helpful staff through the phone but not to reply to the messages. The other colleague who replied to my messages was not helpful at all. Cleanliness is still a big thing. It was my second time to stay there but the cleanliness was disappointing and was getting worse. Dust was everywhere and it covered the table and kitchen, stains were found on the carpet. Cooking utensils were dirty and only one kitchen cloth was provided, no sponge, no chopping board and no kitchen towels. The water boiler was full of limescale. The kitchen was partly equipped but was totally not friendly for cooking. It's a shame that the terrace glass door was not cleaned and it blocked some of the beautiful lakeview. Given such wonderful hardware and infrastructure, all the property management needs to do is to keep it clean and reach the hygiene standard, it is not difficult at all. All In all, thanks to the lakeview and the lady who was on the phone to help me to solve some problems, it made the whole stay more comfortable and satisfactory.
• Fridolin10 (8/5): Super Lage, tolle Wohnung - Die Wohnung hat eine super Lager. Mit bestem Blick über den Zürich See. Es wäre super, wenn ein Fön zur Verfügung gestellt werden würde und die Parkplatzreservierung besser geregelt wäre.

• Little (8/5): Wonderful view but not as clean as expected - The view is unbeatable, the apartment is comfortable, neat and tidy and well-equipped, but it would be better to have a water boiler and dish detergent provided. The area was quiet and safe there. The staff Max was professional , friendly and very helpful. Thanks to his help and quick response, that made our stay a lot better. However, the apartment was not clean as pictured. I'm with a child with a dust allergy that I had mentioned to the staff that the apartment should be cleaned thoroughly and I had their words to ensure it's cleaned. At the end, we found red spots on carpet, stains on bedsheets and kitchen utensils are unacceptable but fortunately the staff reacted quickly and satisfactorily.

• Colin (9/5): Perfect love nest. - Apart from the obvious: it’s nice perch over the lake with lake and mountain views, nice modern apartment, some unexpected things I liked: the digital radio which happened to be tuned to a classical music station, and that it is near a forest. Peaceful and quiet feeling to the area. Bed very comfortable. One lamp didn’t have a light bulb. The bedroom needs thicker curtains which make it private in the night and block out the sunlight in the day. It would be nice if there was a first aid kit. The fake bamboo tree isn’t the most tasteful decoration in my opinion.
• Haifaa (10/5): Very nice place - Unfortunately we stay only for 3 hours , but the place is very clean, modern and outstanding view, the sofa and bed are very comfortable. The staff responded quickly and were very respectful. I wish i could stay more time there. As we reach there at night the road was difficult.

• Kais (8/5): Enjoyed our stay. Building location and neighborhood are great. - Great view of the lake. Good location of building. Good facilities in the apartment Extra garbage bags and dish washer liquid were not available.
• Emilia (10/5): Exceptional - Lake view, modern style, brand new appliances, cleanliness, spacious living area and terrace The kitchen was lacking a few items, such as dish soap, dish sponge, tea cups, etc.
• Ester (9/5): Superb - The view was perfect, as well the cleanliness in the room. It would be great to have cups for the tea.

• Christine (10/5): Home away from home - Very nicely furnished and clean. We could imagine ourselves living there and it felt like home right away. Great communication from the host. Nothing. Everything was perfect!
