• Floriane (5/5): Un emplacement ideal, l'appartement n'est pas confortable. L'emplaceme.t - L'emplacement est idéal, vous pouvez visiter Séville à pieds et le quartier de Triana est un coup de coeur. L'arrivée qui nous a fait perdre l'après midi La propreté qui était minimale L'obscurité et le manque d'aération, le purificateur d'air trop bruyant. Le confort du canapé lit dans le salon La non présence de gel douche et savon pour les mains alors que cela était noté dans l'annonce L'étendage cassé et rouillé qui nous a sali les vêtements Pas de bol pour le petit déjeuner et casserole très abîmée. Et enfin la mauvaise foi de la propriétaire. Elle n'accepte pas les conseils d'amélioration et ne voit pas de problème à tout ce qui a été dit avant.

• Ana (6/5): - La ubicacion En general la limpieza no muy exhaustiva. En concreto las sábanas sucias, las colchas y almohadas también y los cubiertos y menaje de cocina hubo que volver a fregarlo. Los colchones de las literas de arriba muy duros. Por lo demás, la ubicación muy buena y el apartamento estaba muy muy bien.
• Melis (6/5): Qualcosa da migliorare - Casa carina e accogliente. Posizione ottima e anche rapporto qualità - prezzo. Il divano letto era molto impolverato. Poco rifornita in quanto a scorta di carta igienica e cambio di asciugamani (non c'era nemmeno l'asciugamano grande per la doccia per ciascuna persona). Inoltre si sente molto l'odore della fogna dentro casa.
• Flávio (10/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Tudo tranquilo e organizado. Retorno das respostas do proprietário rápidas e objetivas. O local é bem localizado , próximo ao mercado do Triana e a Ttorre de Triana. Ótimo custo benefício.

• Jenifer (10/5): Estancia muy agradable - La ubicación era muy buena, cerca del puente de Triana, tanto las camas como el sofá cama eran cómodas y tenia todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Sevilla. Si vuelvo a Sevilla lo volvería a alquilar. Calidad-precio genial.
• Nogueira (10/5): - Muito organizado, limpo e confortável e um silêncio maravilhoso, muito bom localizado bem no centro mesmo. A dificuldade de se encontrar um lugar pra estacionar, isso realmente foi algo que nos incomodou bastante .

• Moslem (1/5): The air conditioner stopped working and the owner was unavailable to fix it. - With an external temperature less than 9° C the air conditioner has stopped and the owner was not available to resolve the problem.

• Karol (7/5): Good for overnight stay - As a place to just overnight after a long day of sightseeing it was just enough. The air conditioning was exactly what we needed after spending hours in the hot and sunny Seville. And a free coffee capsules were a nice addition. There were no view windows and we needed to hunt two huge superpowered cockroaches and numerous ants.
• Laura (6/5): This stay was sufficient and well-located, but had some small facility issues. - The staff and communication were really great. Noella gave very detailed instructions about everything. Location was great, only a short walk from main locations. The courtyard of the stay was really beautiful and peaceful. There were a lot of small ants and fruitflies mainly in the kitchen area, likely from the previous guests. The hot water in the shower would turn cold after a bit. The property was very secure but kind of confusing to navigate (have to unlock doors every time you leave the property).
• Iva (5/5): Passable - The flushing in the toilet did not work all days of our stay (5 days), we couldn't use it since the water wouldn't flush, we contacted the owners several times and they did not solve the problem, they were very rude and unfriendly, they even attacked us to contact them in the middle of the night because of this problem, and the toilet greeted us like that when we arrived at the apartment. PASSIONATELY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
