• Andrew (8/5): Lovely weekend break - Good sized one bed apartment. Nice and clean. Terrace was great. Very sunny. Communication with agent was great. Didnt seem yo be many nice restaurants near by. Terrace needs a parasol to provide a bit of shade as it is very sunny. Would have loved a small hot tub, would happily have paid extra for it.
• Donsalinas (10/5): Un séjour parfait - Absolument tous les critères d'évaluation valent un 10. L'appartement est spacieux, bien pensé, lumineux, extrêmement bien équipé. La terrasse est fantastique et comme le reste parfaitement pensée et équipée. La communication avec l'hôte via WhatsApp fut très réactive. Enfin, la localisation est optimale, à 5mn à pied de la Plaza de Toros, donc aux portes du centre-ville dans un quartier calme mais avec des commerces : le métro est aussi à proximité.

Nessuno è venuto a risolvere il guasto del termosifone perchè lui era in vacanza! - Termosifone rotto per 3 notti, il proprietario non è venuto perchè era in vacanza lontanto da Valencia! A Valencia faceva molto freddo, soprattutto la seconda e terza sera, ho acceso il termosifone nella camera da letto. Ha funzionato per un paio di minuti, dopo di che le luci verdi con i gradi si sono spente ed è rimasta una luce rossa. Ho provato più volte, anche in altri punti di casa. A questo punto, contattavo tramite whatsapp il proprietario, (tutte le chat le ho inviate a booking), che mi chiedeva un video, con il quale ha cercato il problema su internet, e mi inviava un video youtube con il quale confermava che fosse rotto, ma bisognava aprire il termosifone per ripararlo. A questo punto io dicevo che andava bene il giorno dopo alle 12 per sistemare il problema. La risposta era che essendo sabato non c'era nessuno per riparare il termosifone, che gli dispiaceva. SIgnificava che noi dovevamo avere la camera fredda per tutta la prenotazione di tre notti.(Nel frattempo, facevo presente che anche la macchina del caffè non si accendeva, mi chiedeva un video, lo inviavo, e non ha più risposto in merito. Anche di questo ho video e chat). Dopo la risposta che era sabato e nessuno poteva riparare il termosifone, io gli ho detto che avendo pagato oltre 300 euro, a me non interessava di ripararlo, interessava la camera calda, perciò gli chiedevo di andarne a comprare uno nuovo e sostituirlo. Poi, il vecchio, lo avrebbero riparato e tenuto di riserva. La riposta era che lui non era a Valencia ed era molto lontano e non poteva fare nulla: I am currently not in the city and I am quite far away! Ribadivo che non era un mio problema, che avevo pagato molto e che la vacanza era rovinata perchè noi tornavamo in una stanza fredda per tre notti, e, inoltre, che NON E' ACCETTABILE CHE SE IO HO UNA NECESSITA' PER TRE GIORNI NON CI SIA NESSUNO CHE POSSA VENIRE A RISOLVERE PERCHE' IL PROPRIETARIO E' IN VACANZA! Dopo questo messaggio non aveva più risposto.

• pauline (7/5): Superbe terrasse, appartement à rafraîchir - La superbe terrasse et la pièce de vie très agréable Le côté atypique et la décoration de l’appartement Les échanges avec l’hôte très fluides et réactif La literie et les équipements de la cuisine L’appartement mériterait un sérieux coup de neuf et de rachat d’équipements de cuisine (poêles qui accrochent, portes de placard de cuisine cassés, nous avons dû acheter 2 verres à vin car il n’y en avait qu’un seul…) Au vu du prix par nuit, on s’attend à plus de qualité d’équipements, la terrasse ne peut pas tout faire :)
• Barbara Brown (10/5): Perfect - I wish all my stays were here! - So all the pictures are exactly the way it was. We had a fabulous time here and am sorry to leave. I will definitely tell anyone who comes to Valencia to try and get this place. We were close to the train station and the metro and the buses. We got a 3 day tourist card and just jumped on and off trams and trains and buses. We were close to everything and if we weren’t we could just walk around the corner to the metro. It was nice to be outside the touristy area and feel like part of the community. The apartment was huge with a great terrace that overlooked the busy train station but all around was the city. Everything was great. Kitchen was a fully functional kitchen with all crockery and pots and pans etc. washing machine. Terrace where we enjoyed sitting watching the lights of the city at night. Funky furniture and great lounges to chill. So the only issue we had (at first) was downloading the app to get into the apartment. That was fine but because we were coming early the app didn’t work however I spoke with a lovely girl on the phone who let us in and then sorted the app out. I still would have liked a key or swipe card just in case our phones were stolen or ran out of battery. Once the app was sorted it was fine. There was no coffee for any coffee drinkers out there or sugar but other than that we were ok. Great place.

• fiona (9/5): Lives up to its description! - As advertised it has a beautiful sunny terrace. In August perfect in the morning and evening but a real bonus to the apartment. Apartment itself is well decorated, comfortable, has a decent bathroom and a good modern kitchen. I don't like always depending on an app working to enter a property so would have liked keys as well (but that's a personal preference) and we had to use the fan in the bedroom as no air-conditioning there. There is in the main room and it is possible to sleep there on the sofa bed if it is too hot

• Elisabetta (9/5): rilassante ed accogliente - molto apprezzati gli spazi ampi, la terrazza molto comoda, aria condizionata ben funzionante, ben fornita di necessità e pulita serve una applicazione per poter accedere alla casa e per poter fare il check in

• Biagio (9/5): Ottima posizione, casa molto bella e completa di tutto - Ottima scelta abitativa, completa di tutto (ferro da stiro, bollitore, stoviglie, ventilatore e aria condizionata). Terrazzo top con lettini e ombrellone (avesse avuto anche una piscinetta gonfiabile sarebbe stato il non plus ultra!). Ad ogni modo esperienza Super, se dovessi tornare a Valencia spero di soggiornare di nuovo qui Host poco presente nel rispondere alle domande, molto essenziale. App per aprire la porta simpatica, ma meglio l'utilizzo delle chiavi meccaniche (se si spegne il cellulare dormi fuori casa, in quanto la porta si apre esclusivamente con l'app!)

• Michael (9/5): We had a great time and may well return - Very comfortable with an excellent outside space and well equipped. There were some glitches with the check in process and the door lock system is unusual but ok once you get used to it. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom.

• Dan (4/5): Adequate - The location was convenient. There has been previous water damage on the ceiling. There is what appears to be black mold where the water damage is. The property requires a phone call to enter. We are traveling without cell phone coverage.
