Double Bay has everything you need within a short walk, supermarket, swimming, gardens, restaurants, bottle shop. Parking seems to be an issue everywhere in Sydney.

- Lynne (10/5): Exceptional location in a beautiful apartment- fabulous. - The amazing view from our private balcony. This apartment was located in easy walking distance to the Double Bay Village which contains many recommended restaurants, as well as easy walking to the Ferry Terminal.
We feel privileged to be able to stay here.
- Jane (8/5): Lovely neighbourhood, the apartment was perfect for us and we would stay again. - The location of this property is amazing, it is a short walk into Double Bay, which has everything one needs and a short walk into Rose Bay and a beach very close by. There is a bus stop at the top of the street and an approximately a 20 minute to the train. The views were amazing and the balcony was lovely. It is a very quiet and friendly apartment block. Roland, the host, was very communicative and helpful at all times. The only comment I have is that the apartment is old and quirky and did not have any fans. It is tired but for us that didn't matter we still really loved it. Note there is no A/C or fans, we had to purchase a couple. Sometimes there was a nice sea breeze but it was actually very humid and quite still when we stayed so we needed a fan.

- Glenda (7/5): Good - Views were great. Beds comfortable. Lovely area. Bus nearby. lovely area down steps to sit and watch moored boats and ferry coming in A steep walk to get there. Not good for older people. TV old had to keep adjusting portable antenna. Unit could do with a spruce up
- Juan (8/5): Appartment wonderfully located, first line to the water in Double Bay with an amazing view. - The location of the appartment is absolutely great and the views first line to the harbour fantasting. The litle balcony close to water is wonderful. The appartment was not clean enough and some of the furniture, sofas, toilet, blinds, towels.. are quite old and worn out.
- Jeff (9/5): Enjoyable stay, typically Eastern Suburbs luxury accommodation. - Homey, classic, all small touches like, books, toiletries, towels, toaster, coffee machine, cooking seasoning and of course the location & the stunning view. The Red Leaf Pool just awesome. The toilet seat cover kept falling off, the drainage for shower water & sink are slow. If can give the guest of option (payable) to have a fixed space for carpark it would be perfect.
- Paul (10/5): Relaxing to come back and sit on the balcony after exploring the sights of Sydney - The unit was in an excellent position right on the water the view was fantastic. The Double Bay ferry terminal was close for maintenance but it was easy to catch a bus just a 3 min walk from the apartment to the main road to catch the bus to Rose Bay ferry terminal. Ferries and buses are frequent so did not have to walk far or wait too long for the public transport. Shops was about a 10min walk to supermarket and grog shop. Highly recommend this accom
