• Elina (8/5): Hyvä sijainti ja passeli paketti! - Asunnon sijainti keskustassa on kätevä ja rakennus on uusi ja siisti. Talonyhtiö on hiljainen, eikä liikennekään meitä häirinnyt. Kaiken kaikkiaan oikein hyvä vaihtoehto keskustassa majoittumiseen, ja toimi myös lapsen kanssa hienosti. Pienellä loppusilauksella majoituksesta olisi saanut erinomaisen, esim. liinavaatteiden ja pyyhkeiden, kattiloiden yms. sekä pintojen puhtaus sekä asioiden sijoittelu kaapeissa - onko asioita helppo löytää ja tuleeko pienistä asioista huomioitu olo?

• Maija (9/5): - Siisti pieni asunto. Autolle hallipaikka oli mukava lisä Asunto hieman turhan lämmin meille viileässä nukkumiseen tottuneille, mutta makuasia tosin.

• Jarmo (8/5): Erinomainen huoneisto, kodikas vaihtoehto hotellille tai pidempiaikaiselle käynnille - Asunnon sijainti on erinomainen, aivan Lappeenrannan keskustassa. Asunnossa on autotalli jonka hinta kuuluu hintaan. Huoneisto on lähes uuden veroinen, siisti ja moderni, tietoliikenneyhteydet on hyvät ja palvelut (esim. kauppa, tori, kuntosali ja ravintolat) on aivan lähellä. Viestintä omistajan kanssa sekö Bookingin kanssa toimi hyvin ja hinta on kilpailukykyinen, erityisesti hotelliin verrattuna. Hinta-laatu - suhde pn erinomainen. Tulemme käymään täällä varmasti uudelleen. Suihkuseinä kannattaa vaihtaa.

• khanhphanhoangquoc (10/5): Nice apartment! - Self check-in was seamless, the room was very spacious, clean, had all the amenities needed, location was superb, everything is walkable, very close to city center The host had auto-reply message, and they were on vacation somehow, so whenever I texted anything the first thing I received was the auto-reply about them being on vacation

• Marine (3/5): I wouldn’t recommend this place - Disappointing experience: - We asked whether we could drop our luggage in the apartment before 4 or whether the host would know a locker: no answer - We arrived in the apartment at 4 and we saw that the bed was not made (apparently it’s due to the fact that it’s a “condo”, well I’ve already stayed in lots of similar places and the bed was always made). We also saw a dryer with sheets and towels drying (apparently it’s also normal cause it’s placed in a space the guest don’t use, the space being near the bed so definitely you use this place) - Last but not least, the toilet was not clean (see attached picture with a hair and drops of - I assume - water Rules are what they are so I accept that we were allowed to enter the apartment at 4 but I also expect it to be clean as the hosts have the time to take care of the cleaning. We contacted the hosts asking whether they could remove the dryer but he did nothing. We had to fold the sheets and to remove the dryer and clean the toilet by ourselves. Fridge was also dirty.

• Noemi (9/5): Great location. - Host was very friendly and provided detailed information about how to get to the property, how to collect the key and get to the apartment. The apartment is nice and clean. The location is very convenient. There are recycling bins opposite the apartment building, but they are sometimes locked and you need a key. It was not clear if there are recycling bins in the building. To be fair, I did not ask the host about it, we just drove the recycling to a collection point. The road next to the apartment is a bit noisy.

• Cocotung (10/5): Exceptional - This might be the best place I have stayed! I went to Lappeenranta with my husband and my son for three days. We stayed there for two nights and there's nothing to complain. The location is good and there's a free parking. The apartment is quiet and very clean. We made some food there and all the equipment, pots and pans, utensils are new and clean. If we visit Lappeenranta, we will definitely choose to stay there again! It would be better if there's a hairdryer, a grater and a baby travel bed. But without these, it is still a very good place!
• Evgeny (10/5): Amazing apartments in the center of Lappeenranta. We are really enjoyed staying here! - Amazing apartments in the center of Lappeenranta. Really good for two persons, with well equipped kitchen, washing machine, wi-fi. Five minutes to the lake and the main city attractions, cafes and restaurants. We stayed at the apartments for two days and we really enjoy it!
