• Patricia (8/5): - This property was in a great location next to the river. It was fitted out very well with top of the range appliances and decor. The standard of fit out was let down by little things. No kettle but we were fine to just use a pan to boil water, however mugs would have been better. At least you can then make a proper cup of tea. There were only 2 forks but lots of other cutlery. There was no wiping up cloths so had to use tea towel. Spare/extra pillows and a blanket to use instead of quilt for those people who overheat.
• Ivonne (8/5): Modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. - Modern appartement op een gunstige locatie. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker balkonnetje. We hebben genoten! Het bed was erg laag en hard. Wat kleine dingen verdienen wat aandacht, zoals de kraan in de keuken die los zat, sommige lichtschakelaars die los zaten.
• Hannes (8/5): - Unkomplizierter Check-in und Kommunikation. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, das Bett gemütlich und die Dusche ausgezeichnet gut! Zu dem sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Gondel. Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen komisch geschnitten mit den Türen und im Wohnzimmer hat es nicht so viel Platz. Die Lampen hingen sehr tief über dem Essenstisch und die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein.

• Caroline la Chapelle (9/5): Fijn appartement voor 2 personen vlak bij de lift in Zermatt - Heel mooi appartement, handig ingedeeld met veel opbergruimte. Prima bedden en fijne badkamer. Locatie is handig, dicht bij de Matterhorn express. iets meer bestek was handig geweest.
• Anna (9/5): Great but no kettle. - Responsiveness of the host by call to locate the lock box. The view with the river and the Matterhorn. We really enjoy drinking tea, especially in generous amounts and even more so in the cold December weather. Unfortunately, there was neither a kettle nor any kind of pot available to boil water, which was rather uncomfortable after long, intense days of hiking. I also noticed that we are not the first guests to mention this, so hopefully it can be easily addressed. It would immediately add a sense of cosiness. Apart from this point, everything else was perfect.
• Garrett (10/5): - Great location for skiing! Short walk to the main lift. Also a short walk into town. Bar next door is cool vibes but quiet. Great views of Matterhorn and the sound of the river/creek makes you forget you’re in a town. Having 2 bathrooms was an added bonus! Could use a few more bath towels.

• Laurence (8/5): Appartement bien situé et cosy et bien de la place pour ranger ses affaires - Emplacement bien pour aller skier, appartement joliment aménagé Pas très bien isolé (on entend parfois les voisins) et dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de bouilloire, ni caquelon à fondue ou petit four à raclette...sinon tout bien !

• Tim (9/5): Would happily stay here again - Spacious, very clean, comfortable - and good value for Zermatt. Well equipped kitchen and good location for the Klein Matterhorn lifts. Slightly hard to find the flat initially within the block - nothing else.

• Francois (8/5): - Bien situé dans Zermatt, proche de la gare et de toutes les commodités de la ville Appartement très bien rénové, avec presque tous les équipements nécessaires (il manquait juste des éponges ;-) ) Excellent pour un séjour de quelques jours. Nous n'avons vu personne, dommage, même si les instructions étaient claires et cordiales par la messagerie. Pas possible de dormir avec la chambre ouverte (il faisait chaud), la rivière Vispa coule juste en dessous côté chambre et fait beaucoup de bruit. Mais ça va avec la fenêtre fermée !

The host was helpful, gave us advice, and immediately responded and assisted when something didn’t work The local tourist tax had to be paid in cash. The apartment was by the river – there was some noise in the bedroom, but that’s nature! I would have appreciated having a kettle for tea.
• Joanne (9/5): Great Stay in Zermatt - The apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean and the location is awesome! An issue with utensils was fixed promptly which we appreciated. It could do with new chopping boards and a new water kettle which goes only intermittently.

Everything we need were there- toiletries, kitchen utensils, etc. The location was just 10-15min scenic walk to the town centre. The matterhorn can be partially seen from the balcony. The apartment is clean and spacious. I can’t think of any.
• Michael (8/5): Expectations exceeded - Accommodation was perfect for a couple. It was lovely to unwind with a drink at the end of the day. The balcony views were beautiful. The internet failed to work, which made communication with the host impossible, and the email through B. also failed. May I suggest a whattsapp phone number for messaging. Plus, 2 more bed pillows would be nice.

• Ethan (10/5): The most perfect stay! - We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Zermatt! It had everything we needed and felt like a perfect little home for the week. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we made breakfast every morning at the breakfast bar and used all the facilities. In the evenings, we chilled on the sofa, which pulled out into a sofa bed to make it extra comfy. The smart TV was a great bonus—we loved being able to watch Netflix and YouTube after a day on the slopes. The size of the apartment was just right—not too big, not too small—just perfect for us. The only thing we would change is the pillows, as they weren’t the most comfortable to sleep on. The location worked out great since we rented a ski locker by the Matterhorn Express gondola, so it was just a short walk to grab our gear and hit the slopes. And the view of the Matterhorn from the apartment (and just walking around nearby) was absolutely unreal! We’d 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zermatt—it made our trip even better! The only thing we would change is the pillows, as they weren’t the most comfortable to sleep on.
• Leo (4/5): Our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues - Our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. We had originally booked this apartment (Haus Didi), described as "cosy and modern," and chose it specifically for its advertised view of the Matterhorn. Unfortunately, due to a supposed unexpected water leak in the property, we were relocated to an apartment in Haus Bolero across the road. While we totally appreciate that unforeseen events like water leaks are inconvenient for everyone, the new accommodation was not what we had paid for in our opinion. Firstly upon arrival at Haus Bolero at around 3pm, there was no way of entering the property, despite being told that we would be able to check in from 12pm and that there would be a letter box with our name on and a key inside. There was nobody on reception and it was only by chance a lady walked by who was able to give us access. Once inside, the whole aesthetic felt old and dated, which was in contrast to what we had hoped for, especially given the description of the original property. While the kitchen seemed to be quite new and modern, the overall atmosphere of the apartment was not what we were expecting. Additionally, there was no view of the Matterhorn – one of the main reasons we had chosen Haus Didi. We also felt that the beds were not comfortable. I must say though that the property was very clean, tidy, and warm and the location was fine with quick and easy access to the funicular taking you up to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, which we greatly appreciated, but it still didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth given the compromises. Furthermore, although the property was self-catering (which to me means food-related) we were disappointed to find that basic amenities like toilet roll were not provided, meaning we had to purchase these ourselves. Overall, while we understand the circumstances were out of the team’s control, the experience fell far below what we had hoped for, and we left feeling quite let down.

• Naina (10/5): Cozy Apartment with Stunning Views and Perfect Location - This apartment was absolutely wonderful! It’s cozy and conveniently located just a short walk from the ski lift, with the market and train station only 10 minutes away. The balcony offers breathtaking views of the Alps and the river—an absolute highlight. The apartment is well-equipped with a modular kitchen, a comfortable living room, one bedroom, and the bonus of two toilets. There’s even a great bar just two blocks away. Everything about the stay was amazing, and Liv was an exceptional host who made it even better. Highly recommend!

• Alison (10/5): Lovely apartment close to the Matterhorn - Loved the location, it was very close to everything and a really nice bonus to have a balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee with views of the matterhorn. Camille was great at staying in touch throughout our stay. The apartment is very modern, very comfortable and very warm. We had everything that we needed for a short stay. Would definitely stay again, without a doubt. Nothing, loved it all!

• Alyssa (7/5): Good - All the facilities are well equipped. It’s very warm and cosy apartment. It’s quite far from the train station. The bed and pillows are too soft to sleep but fortunately there is a sofa bed in the living room that is much comfortable than the bed

• Marius (8/5): lovely views - the views the bed was very comfortable warm and cozy - there is no hairdryer- this was a big issue for my wife who has long hair and woke up in the morning with her hair still wet and to top it all up with a cold as well - there were only 2 coffee capsules, we expected to have at least one per day for a 3 night stay - a toaster would be nice
• Alex (8/5): Very nice stay with excellent views - The apartment was very nice with lots of thoughtful features and nice touches to a high standard. It is definitely cosy, but that did not negatively impact our stay. It was easy to access and the balcony had an excellent view over the river, the rest of Zermatt and event the Matterhorn. The owner was a good communicator. The location is a bit out of the centre up a slight hill - but you can easily get a taxi to it with your luggage.

• Jinn-ouk (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed 3 nights with my daughter. What a pleasant place to stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious, equipped almost everything. The only noise is the river behind the apartment, which does not bother at all once the window is closed. 1. The location is somewhat away from the town center, slightly uphill. But those who visit Zermatt should be ready for hiking, so I find little problem with the location. Further, Zermatt is not a huge place -- everywhere is reachable within 10-min walk. 2. No hair dryer. Probably some people find it very inconvenient, but it was not a critical matter for us.

• Lindsay (9/5): Great stay, great location! - Loved the space, all provisions considered. Great location and host was very responsive. Really good to have a tv we could link up our Netflix too. We had a small issue with the shower not draining, we managed to resolve it ourselves, slightly unpleasant to do but it was the easiest solution in order to be able to use the shower. We did inform the host afterwards who did quickly apologise, and offer to take a look, but it wasn’t necessary as we had managed to sort. I feel this would have been dealt with timely otherwise. Wouldn’t put us off returning.

• Xiaoyu (9/5): Superb - Awesome apartment! The property definately worth the word "cozy" in its name. It is pity that we did not plan to stay longer to enjoy the entire facilities and views. It probably will not take less than 10min to walk to the apartment from train station. And in general the prices of hotels in Zermatt are not cheap.

• Ignacio (10/5): Exceptional - This charming apartment is the perfect place for a getaway in Zermatt, we spent a few days skiing. Its warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We really appreciate the help with some issues we had and how accommodating the host was. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
