• VIVIANE (8/5): Très beau séjour, lieu très bien situé pour faire des visites à pieds, très gros avantage - Nous avons récupéré très facilement les clés dans une boîte externe en bas de l'immeuble. Nous avons dû réclamé le petit déjeuner qui était compris dans la prestation, cela a été vite réparé, avec une grande gentillesse du propriétaire. Nous avons apprécié surtout la communication pour nous permettre d'apprécier notre séjour : indications complémentaires sur le logement, informations sur les sorties avec des propositions de visites, un chauffeur, un guide ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable et confortable. Les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas, pour allumer la gazinière il n'y avait qu'un briquet, ce qui n'était pas pratique, nous nous sommes brulées. le système d'eau chaude dans les 2 salles de bain est un peu compliqué et nous avons fini le séjour à l'eau froide. Par ailleurs la 3ème chambre est à l'étage avec un escalier un peu raide qui n'est pas adapté à des personnes séniors. Mais sans doute très bien pour des familles avec enfants.
• Keelandy (9/5): Naples Historic Center Apartment close to everything! - Our host was very responsive, always ready to answer any questions and offer suggestions for restaurants nearby. The flat is located in Naples City Center, so it is conveniently located to two Metro stops, Piazza Cavour and Museo metro and very close to a busy nighlife with lots of restaurants and locals. The flat was well equiped with snacks, coffee, ironing board and free WiFi. We had no issues during our stay and the room was perfect for 9 guests with enough beds for everyone and two bathrooms. At first, the neighborhood can seem a little intimidating with the busy traffic, scooter riders, and young people, but as long as you stay out of the way of traffic, you will enjoy your stay here. There are several flights of stairs to the flat which can be an issue for older guests. Naples has a lot to offer when it comes to food, shopping and hospitality in general, so if you focus on the positives, you will have a great time.
• Ruta (5/5): It is what it is - Big apartment, good connection to metro lines, a few air conditioners, washing machine and dryer. No air conditioning in one room, feels like an oven. Issues with the Internet. WC rooms dont close properly, no locks, semi-see trough doors, one of them is super small. Hot water is not working properly - alternating between hot and cold. Park next to the house is very dangerous, especially in the evenings and weekends. Apartment is in the 3/4 floor, no elevator, very difficult to reach with luggage.
• Boutsady (10/5): Exceptional - It is easy to get some foods, get taxi and it is close to subway station, the staff is friendly and helpful.
• Anthony (9/5): Great stay in historic naples - Great location, next to metro which provided access everywhere we needed to go. In the historic section so lots of markets, stalls, restaurants around Apartment has plenty of beds, bedding, cutlery and needs 3rd floor, alot of steps. At the 4th day it just was to much in the heat.
• Magdalena (6/5): Stay ok, but in my opinion too much interference from the hosts in our few days' holiday - Good location, breakfast a nice touch, cozy flat The hosts contacted us practically every day, disrupting our rest, when I didn't reply for a while I got an insistent reminder, at the end we were told to take the rubbish out ourselves because the cleaner finds it difficult to walk up the stairs, our breakfast was forgotten but the owner brought it to us and apologised by giving us biscuits (nice gesture), the cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired
• Esin (10/5): Cool apartment at a superb location with great hosts - We loved everything about this apartment and our hosts. Location is perfect. Super close to the old city and many shopping possibilities around the house. The apartment is nicely decorated. Communication with the hosts was super smooth and friendly. We would definitely come back.
• Oren (8/5): Very good - Apartment was spacious with a nice living room and kitchen. Washing machine and dryer were geat. Aparyment was clean. Apartment has great internet connection , even though listing states no internet connection. Apartment is very close to metro station. Owner arrived 2 hours before our checkout time with a large group of guests without any message in advance, forcing us to packup quickly and leave the apartment. One of the bathroom was dirty. Balcony is small and only accessible through the upper bedroom. Upper bedroom had no air conditioning. Streets around apartment are filled with homeless people, and it is not plesent to walk around.

• Jakub (5/5): Good location, nothing else - Good location, close to the historical center We found the apartment dirty, we had to make the beds ourselves. One of the beds had a broken frame on the canopy, which was a risk of injury! There was washing machine still working and full of laundry when we arrived (don't know what we supposed to do with that). Don't expect much from breakfast, it's just biscuits.
• Gailė (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is cozy and clean, well equipped. Location is great - everything is quickly reachable on foot or there's a train/metro/ bus stop right across the street. Shops and cafe's just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants. Was perfect for our stay (4 adults)
• Danai (8/5): pleasant stay at a very well located place with character - the location near the archaeological museum and the best bar area of the city! the beautiful furniture in the apartment! finally not an IKEA filled interior! owners with a taste for good vintage pieces! the authenticity of the neighborhood and building! minor things but just to be objective: there is no elevator which was not great for the older people in the group on arrival and departure with their luggage, but not an issue otherwise.. the kitchen is a bit tight if more than one person wants to cook with few plugs but it is well equipped so you figure it out.. the nearby parking was the most expensive in our road trip through Italy 35/day cash only
• Neville (10/5): Great location, close to Metro and old town sights. Paolo was a fabulous host full of advice! - Location was great. We walked everywhere! There was a supermarket very close by and fabulous coffee shops. Fast food and the metro at the end of the street in Piazza Carvur. Paolo has a very retro apartment which has been nicely renovated. Great washing maching. No need to use dryer because weather dried clothes quickly! Large rooms. Great TV with Netflix for kids to keep them quiet. Fully functional kitchenette for us to cook meals with kettle and stove. He left plenty of breads and cakes for our breakfasts and coffee as well which was appreciated. He met us on site and gave us some tourist advice. He was really helpful!!! Thanks Paolo! It was our fault for not researching better but 4 flights of stairs were very difficult to climb with luggage! It's certainly no fault of Paolo's...but consider this when booking. No lift in block. Also, you have to carry your own rubbish out everyday into the plaza down the street which makes recycling impossible because the garbage bins were overflowing the entire week that we were there sadly- again...no fault if Paolo's and did not ruin our stay.
