• Magdalena (7/5): Good in general - The rooms are good size, the bed linen was clean and the heating worked perfectly. For the money I paid I expected to be more clean. It is looks like the bathroom was just quick wiped ( no deep cleaning), in the kitchen - all eating and cooking stuff was not clean, the oven was dirty and I am not sure when was vacuuming for the last. And I know that bc my second job is a cleaner. Also in description is written that there are towels but only one small (face) towel per person which is not enough. Some stuff was broken.
• Karen (6/5): Basic Appartment in a good location. - Easy to find and managed to park in side road nearby. Apartment was spacious and quiet. Comfortable sofas. Nicely tiled bathroom. The place was warm. The bed was very lumpy and sheets were rough. Damp in the bathroom ceiling. Shower did not work well. Smelt of Chinese food.

• Gavin (3/5): Did not match the photos - It was right in front of the bus stop and the host kept in touch so great communication. It was probably the most dirty place we have been to. Dishes were not washed properly and there were crumbs all under the couch cushions. Kitchen cupboards had leaking stains on them and we had to rewash all the cutlery and pans to be able to use them. Kitchen was a disaster! Also photos did not match the staircase or the kitchen. We had these tiny little stairs you could barely get through. Definitely need a new cleaner.

• Beverley (10/5): Fantastic and comfortable stay - The apartment was spacious and warm. The bathroom was lovely too with a powerful shower. There was loads of free on street parking for this property. There was a slight hissing noise coming from the radiator once the kitchen tap had been on.

• Jane (8/5): Very good - Clean and comfortable flat, fairly quiet, near shop. Fairly basic. eg. Lampshades on the main lights would have been nice, as well as two bedside lamps for each bed.
• Sukkuriya (9/5): Superb - Big rooms and complete kitchen..The best to stay, where bus stop just in front of the house.. Since there no parking in front of the house, it was a hasle to drop our luggages to the door.

• James (6/5): Not the best - It was in London Too many windows were jammed shut so there was no fresh air which considering the weather being so hot. There were unsavoury people hanging around the property. Did not feel safe as door lock was flimsy and would not keep flat secure.

I booked the accommodation because it said location was Wandsworth, it wasn't Wandsworth or anywhere near it. For me it was too fair out from London City centre, . • Paula (8/5): Although our stay was very brief, only 1 night, the property was comfortable & didn’t disappoint. - The property was clean & spacious enough for the 3 of us in our group . It wasn’t made clear if there was free parking at the property but we were fortunate enough to be able to find a parking space on a road close by. Lampshades on the ceiling lamps would be good. Couldn’t close the one bedroom doors or open some of the windows.
• Paula (7/5): Good - Very spacious apt in a great location. Very close to large array of lovely restaurants and bars and less hectic than staying in the centre of Rome. Easy cheap 35 min train ride to Rome from station 3mins from apt. We really enjoyed our stay but a little attention to detail could turn this from a good place to stay to an outstanding place to stay. For example Shower confusing as cold is hot and hot is cold so it should be labelled. There are TVs but no local TV reception/satellite or netflix so couldn't utilise them. No wine glasses. Poorly fitting sofa cover. Only one very squidgy soft pillow each and washing machine but no washing powder. All are easy fixes that would really improve guest experiences

The landlord called to make sure I checked in ok which was nice. It was worth every penny and I would definitely stay again. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet properly but that can easily be rectified
