• Nelson (10/5): - The appartment has everything needed for a long stay There is no microwave oven, the TV channels are mainly in German languaje, only two or three four new channels in English. There is a coffee pad machine but it would be nice if the owner leaves some coffee pads available for the customer. The location is uphill so a car is needed

• Dominik (8/5): Tolle, saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz - Großzügige, sinnvoll und gut ausgestattete Wohnung im Souterrain eines Mehrfamilienhauses; Parkplatz (relativ wenig Raum zum Rangieren) direkt vor dem Haus, was das Ausladen deutlich erleichtert; Küche und Bad waren gut und mit allem Notwendigen bestückt; Bett war bequem; Wohnung war relativ ruhig, sodass man erholsam schlafen konnte; die Anweisungen des Vermieters waren alle sehr gut verständlich und der Check-in lief dadurch absolut reibungslos. - Das Laminat im Schlafzimmer wölbt sich an manchen Stellen nach oben (je nach Belastung mehr oder weniger stark), wodurch teils spitze Kanten zum Vorschein kommen. Gerade nachts, wenn man schlaftrunken und ohne Hausschuhe über das Laminat läuft, kann das zu sehr unschönen und schmerzhaften Zwischenfällen führen. Das Problem scheint bekannt zu sein, da einige Stellen schon mit transparentem Klebeband provisorisch abgedeckt wurden - Fliegengitter gab es leider nur im Bad (wo es sich bereits leicht gelöst hat), nicht im Schlafzimmer - Check-out bis spätestens 10:00 Uhr ist vergleichsweise früh (was aber selbstverständlich davor bekannt war) - Die Kommunikation über die Booking.com-Chatfunktion lief sehr holprig, da meine beiden ersten Anfragen nicht beantwortet wurden. Erst als ich den Weg via E-Mail gegangen bin (dritte Anfrage), habe ich zeitnah eine Rückmeldung bekommen
