• Rache (8/5): Stay here for the excellent night views of the Merdeka 118 Tower - Unobstructed view of Merdeka tower from the room. The gym and the small pools on level 16 were great. Convenient location to reach sightseeing spots in KL. Unlike many other residences and hotels, it was pretty quick to get a lift from one floor to another. Too long waiting for checkout. Myself and a few other guests waited 15 minutes at the reception for the staff to attend to our checkout and return our deposit.

Tv functioning and got netflix 👍🏻 Got plates and all in the kitchen and all toiletries supplies are given. However, aircond in master bedroom was a bit hot and slow and towels are so not good quality. Iron wire too short.. Hope can improvise this only. Other than that, i wish to stay longerr. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

• Alice (7/5): Good for the price - The facilities of the building were really good, especially the swimming pool and also the gym was nice. The location is really good (very close to MRT station). The view of the Merdeka building is really good and the apartment was very comfortable, the bedroom was clean. Really useful to have a washing machine in the apartment. All in all I would stay again and it is good value for the price, but some things could do with sorting out which wouldn't take much effort from the property managers. On check in the manager said they only take cash payment for the room, which is a) weird for a fancy hotel in a capital city and b) should definitely be declared beforehand as I'm not sure most people are carrying around hundreds in cash... He then produced a card machine so not sure why he said they only take cash when they have a card machine. The kitchen area of the room needed a proper clean, there were drips of old food in the fridge and dust/dirt around the edges of the kitchen surfaces. However, the bedroom was very clean. The bathroom was clean but the shower didn't drain properly. The TV can only use YouTube, not Netflix or actual TV. So isn't really usable.

• Ang (1/5): Dishonest and lies-filled rental experience - Location and staying feel is good Awful booking experience, suddenly cancel my order without early notice and give sucks excuses (no electricity), no contact number to update me, in face I have contacted the agent one day before through booking message platform and even Whatsapp on the next day for check-in enquiry. Ask me to provide booking number and pin then lost without update. After that booking getting cancelled without any notice. The agent also deleted all the message he sent for asking booking number and pin. Not sure if he plans to mark-up the price since the day I book was the day of concert, will report to KPDNKK for further investigation and report claim😏

• Lc (1/5): Do not engage this property especially this particular unit 1-13A-3, it was dirty, not maintaining. - The swimming pools and Gym. The agent attended another people, we were waited for a while I think because this property like to collect CASH. Now a days nobody would carry more than thousand dollars mostly are cashless, the agent plus the two persons from the concierge trying to convince me to pay CASH, if I make payment by CARD there will be a 2% charge to us. I insisted to pay by card as I do not carry so much cash on hand, suddenly the agent told me he won't imposed the 2% charge to me I don't know what he trying to ask for cash in the first place. The unit we stay was so dirty, there were stains all over the places, pillows, carpet, TV remote spoiled, the balcony door spoiled, the kettle was rusty and dirty, the fridge is dirty and a lot of stains, Aircon not really working well. OMG!! it was really our nightmare to stay in such HORRIBLE Airbnb.
• Stefan (8/5): Enjoyed my stay overall - - Extremely clean and spacious - Host was available at all times - Nice building - Building's amenities are decent - The location is close to a MRL station but if you're oooking to walk around and find food, other locations are better - My apartment had no dryer, only a drying rack for your clothes so that seemed to have gotten lost in translation - It has a kitchen but you're not gonna do real cooking in there as the kitchen is relatively poorly equipped

• Yuzari (4/5): My first and last - Lots of airconds and good water pressure I stayed at this apartment for 2 nights and was not satisfied with the cleanliness. There were fingerprints on almost every door. Only one aircond remote was provided for four airconds, which was very inconvenient. The iron was outdated and had burnt stains underneath, which ruined our clothes. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms, only in the bathroom, making it difficult to get ready. The bedsheets and pillowcases were dirty and stained. The toilet was also not properly cleaned.also,the environment of the apartment was far from the picture..the living room is not the same as the picture I have pictures to support all these issues. I hope the host will take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness and facilities for future guests.

• Yaya (8/5): Good and can be improves - Mattress and pillow Tv and wifi Pool, playground and public facilities If there are complete kitchen utensils such as plates, spoons and forks and enough cups, it would be better and very convenient for family use. The iron provided is not practical to use in the studio because all the switches are under the floor. The iron has a short cord, making it difficult to iron clothes.

• Jenny (8/5): Need to change the plugs and also the iron needs a longer cable. I think should change the beds. - The place was okay and nice. I like the pool and gym. I didn’t like the beds in the 2nd and 3rd room. They were very low and not that good. I thought the 2nd room bed supposed to be double bed but given 2 single beds. A few sockets were not functioning. We need someone who is well versed in English for any guidance. As for the parking, only one free parking even though you come in a big group or in two cars.

• Nadine (9/5): Wonderful apartment ensuring a pleasant stay in KL - Wonderful apartment in a good location to access the various different parts of Kuala Lumpur. A place to return to anytime again when visiting the city. Unfortunately, the initial room provided upon completion of the booking ended up being changed and we had to change rooms during our short stay.

• Norman (8/5): A Comfortable Stay. - The service provided by Zikrey was very good. He did everything to make our stay comfortable and met all requests. I have pointed out a few things in the unit that can be improved eg. finer points on the cleanliness, shower drainage being cleared of blockage, a proper and clean iron, mat for the shower, more presentable towels. If water is provided per day, provide for them (for the duration) when checking in. Extra towels provided for long stays. Air freshners in the apartment would go a long way. After taxes n Foreigners tax, the apartment was a bit pricey for an off peak seaaon, but so be it! A few improvements will jistify the price.

• Paul (6/5): Could have had a better rating - Good location for getting to sites. Couple of good restaurants nearby. Great view of downtown KL. Big and comfortable apartment. Pool, gym, putting green and climbing wall available! This is not a hotel room, but appeared to be a private apartment being rented out. When trying to check in we were told we had to wait for an agent. When they appeared we were told we had to pay for the room and security deposit by cash. Wasn't expecting this as it was buried in the small print. "Escorted" by the agent to the nearest ATM, who disappeared when he saw we'd withdrawn cash. Overall the check in process was not pleasant, with staff being surly and unhelpful. Room had a pair of flip-flops from a previous user and rubbish in the bathroom. One of the towels had obviously been "borrowed" from a hotel and had a hole in it.

• Nisah (9/5): A little gem, a wonderful experience - Easy checking in. The staff was very helpful. The location is perfect. Near monorel Maharajalela. Only 3 mins walk. The kitchen is wonderful. I can cook simple meals for my family. Some of the electrical appliances need to be maintained, especially the iron and the hair dryer. The ironing board could be better.

• Chee (2/5): One night stay at Kuala Lumpur - The location is good. We stayed at level 23A.3 and the view was spectacular. The place was dirty and badly maintained. Heavily stained bath towels. Dirty drawers with hair, dust and pieces of rubbish. Bed sheets that felt unchanged and clumpy mattresses. General feeling of an uncleaned place with dust on top of the refrigerator and sticky table tops and oil stained sofa. The master room shower has no place to hold toiletries, only the stump of once such a holding mechanism is evident, the exhaust fan area has stains that look like fungi growth. The room facing PETRONAS towers has no working power outlets. The ceiling fan and the ceiling light share the same switch! Meaning you cannot turn on the lights without the turning on fan and vice versa. This may have been mitigated if there are remote controllers for the fans but none exist though all rooms have housing for remote controls for both airconditioning and fans. The room along the corridor has very bad sound proofing and the sound of 'ding dong' from the lifts and people talking along the corridor and lift area can be heard in this room. The TV remote is not working, so we cannot watch TV, not so much of an issue with this age of hand phones, but this should be remedied as they advertised as having TV which I will assume is a working one.The hair dryer has a 2-pin plug that doesn't fit into any of the 3-point power sockets, no adaptors available in the unit, so this renders the hair dryer useless. Didn't try the washing machine and iron man so no feedback here. However, the kettle and refrigerator work. None of the housing holds any airconditioning remote controllers as the size doesn't fit. I'm sure not all rooms have one as we had to share the controllers and yes already mentioned, there are no ceiling fan controllers. As there are 4 adults in my travel group and this is Kuala Lumpur, it makes common sense to have more than one set of entry passes and room keys available.

• Sok (1/5): Bad - In the morning when i arrived in KL, I contacted the WhatsApp number 011-6162 6050 provided by the property. They requested my booking number and pin to confirmation purposes. However, they directly cancelled my booking in my name.
• Tan (10/5): Best place to stay for a getaway in KL - Good TRX view. Reasonable price for 6. Near to Maharajalela Monorail station. Complete facilities to enjoy in Opus. Location is okay for me, walking distance to KK Mart & 7-Eleven. Need to improve some defects in the unit i stayed. Otherwise it's good.

The WiFi doesn’t work so if you need to work or watch a movie it isn’t possible. No Netflix on the TV. The road noise is SUPER loud from the apartment so you will get woken in the night. The a/c isn’t super strong so if you like it cold then it isn’t possible

• Md (5/5): Not for regulars - View from room and specious one bedroom apartment This was my 3rd time staying there. I have come back to this property because of previous experiences was amazing. But this time my room was given with no internet and no tv with no lounge bed available in the room. After asking for change the room they did not change the room i had to spent 6 nights without proper internet and not to mention for the whole 6 nights they did not even provided a single day with housekeeping. Disappointed

• Renuka (8/5): Very good - Location, facilities, comfort. The thing that put me off, was the list of house rules. It sounded more like army camp regulations! Penalty payment for everything. The basic house rules sounded harsh. The extra bed I requested was a lumpy mattress on the floor. The blanket smelled strongly of Eucalyptus oil. It made me wonder if the blanket was washed after previous guest's use or not. The main room with twin sharing however was comfortable.
