Dono do imóvel, Marcos, bem solícito e atencioso. Conforto: Casa bem ampla e arejada. Todos os quartos com ar-condicionados. Fogão com indução. Chaleira elétrica. Faqueiros novos. Banheiros impecáveis. Segurança: Muro e portão altos, proteção com grades. Lazer: A piscina foi um verdadeiro destaque: limpa e bem cuidada. Área de festas com churrasqueira e bancada grandes. Localização: Com acesso fácil a BR 101 e supermercados nas proximidades. Isso facilitou bastante a compra de itens essenciais durante a estadia. A poucos minutos da praia. Área Verde: O espaço ao redor do local era repleto de áreas verdes, proporcionando um ambiente tranquilo e agradável para caminhadas ou simplesmente para relaxar ao ar livre.
