It suited the circumstances of my Gold Coast visit perfectly.It suited my - The property was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the clean white linens. It’s very close to the beach and a selection of good coffee shops and eateries. The parking was easy to access. There are 32 stairs from the carpark. I managed well with my luggage but the apartment is not suitable for older people with mobility issues. The shower is over the bath and it’s slippery when getting out. An unpleasant smell developed from the drains in the bathroom on my last day/night.

• Dianne (9/5): wonderful comfortable, clean and close to great restaurants, cafes beaches and transport. - We found the apartment wonderful and clean although the ceiling fan in the bedroom definitely needs cleaning as noticed when relaxing in bed when fan was off. Some apartments have smokers on balconies at regular intervals, which may be allowed but was not pleasant and needed to sit inside more. Maybe some oven instructions could be left in cupboard if needed, as couldn't work out settings for use. Sincerely Dianne

• Jan (9/5): Great location and lovely ambience - The apartment was spacious, impeccably maintained and had a lovely ambience. The location, a couple of blocks from the beach was terrific and there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Loved the balcony with its outlook to trees. Also, secure car parking under the building was a plus. Although there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom, it was quite hot at night. There's air conditioning in the living room but the cool air doesn't quite reach the bedroom. Fortunately, the weather was quite mild for the Gold Coast in summer, so we managed to sleep okay, but if it had been very hot this could have been an issue.
