• Carmen (8/5): Perfecta localización. Buen descanso. Practico - Situación perfecta para disfrutar de Bilbao como alguien de la ciudad. Muy cerca de zona con innumerables restaurantes y lugares de tapeo y también para salir de copas y lugares cuquis para hacer brunch. Parquing justo al lado por 50 euros 3 días reservando con antelación a menos de 3 minutos del apto. Supermercado en el parquing de Indautxo. Dos habitaciones con dos baños muy práctico. Camas cómodas. Detalle de pequeño desayuno. Fácil comunicación con ellos y resolvieron dudas de forma ágil. Puerta de acceso a la casa un poco difícil de abrir. Baños muy pequeños sin una balda donde dejar neceser aunque en la habitación hay armarios enormes y estanterías. Necesita una mano de pintura urgente (manchas como de humedad enormes dormitorio principal) y limpieza en algunas cosas (ventanas, debajo de la cama). El apartamento se siente frío, poco acogedor. Tal vez otro color de pintura y decoración ayudarían a cambiar esa sensación

• Arianna (10/5): - Appartamento situato in un'ottima posizione della città. Nelle vicinanze fermata autobus e metro. Appartamento molto pulito e molto ben attrezzato con tanti elettrodomestici. La proprietaria è una persona molto disponibile e gentile venendo incontro anche alle nostre necessità e richieste. Al nostro arrivo ci ha già fatto trovare la Barikcard utilissima per i trasporti urbani. Assolutamente consigliatissimo. Suggerirei al proprietario che sarebbe utile installare nei bagni una mensola dove poter appoggiare i prodotti da bagno che si utilizzano (sul lavandino non c'è molto spazio per appoggiare una crema o la spazzola e spesso cadono a terra). Un altro suggerimento è quello di predisporre 1 o 2 due piccoli attaccapanni a muro dove poter appendere i vestiti o gli accappatoi per quando si fa la doccia.
• Joan (10/5): Excelente calidad y servicio - Las camas eran muy cómodas y el servicio fue genial, había geles y champús en el baño, había aceite, sal… lo básico para cocinar y a más tambien teníamos dos llaves por si nos separábamos durante el viaje

• Adriana (10/5): Excelente y maravilloso - La amabilidad y la calidad de los servicios brindados. La atención de dejarnos de todo para el desayuno. El departamento estaba impecable, muy cómodo y espacioso. El puntaje de 10 es más que merecido!!! Hasta nos dejaron un paraguas y tarjetas para el transporte! Nada, estaba todo perfecto!

• BRUNO (9/5): Très bon séjour à Bilbao. - Bien situé proche du cœur de ville, l’appartement est bien équipé et très propre.
• Magdabonet (10/5): Todo perfecto - Todo estaba perfecto el piso muy cómodo y agradable, céntrico y con muchas cosas al lado. Las chicas muy pendientes de nosotras todos los días y eso se agradece. No habia horno y compramos comida para hacer en el horno que terminamos haciendo en el microondas. Por lo demas ni una queja.
• Pilar (4/5): Para no volver - La ubicación Había un desperfecto en el apartamento que no se solucionó durante la estancia. La pared entre los dormitorios estaba rota, se oía todo, ninguna intimidad. La cocina es oscura y da a una zona común sucia e insalubre y, además, en obras. Hay obras de reforma en el edificio contiguo, ruido continuo desde las 8,30h. imposible estar en el apartamento hasta la noche. Mala insonorización, al ser un entresuelo se oye todo el ruido de la calle. Muy mala iluminación en el salón y habitaciones y pocos o ningún enchufe. Muy poco confortable. No apto para personas con problemas de movilidad.
• Steen (9/5): Trevlig lägenhet i ett trevligt ontåde mitt i stan - Bra boende i ett trevligt kvarter, supermarket endast 75 meter från lägenheten. Det fanns alt man behövde i lägenheten. Värden hörde av sig snabbt de gånger vi behövde fråga något Det borde finnas en liten soptunna i varje badrum. Sedan gick mörkläggningsgardinen sönder redan första dagen, blev aldrig fixat under våra 11 dagar där, så rummet var utan ljus utifrån under hela vistelsen. Skull piffa upp med lite tavlor på väggarna.

• Anja (6/5): Zentrale zweckmäßige Wohnung - Sehr zentrale Lage und gut separierte Schlaf und Badezimmer mit genug Stauraum. Die Einrichtung wirkte ungemütlich und lieblos. Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet. Keine Kapselmaschine nur für Filterkaffee. Sehr hellhörig, besser Oropax einpacken.

• Amadeu (10/5): - We had a wonderful time around the frutiger stylish Bilbao, and the property was very conveniently located to most public transports. Being a building full of history, we really felt at home though, with top quality amenities. I will definetely recommend this flat, and I am sure I'll get back!

• Paulo (1/5): Simplesmente horrível, no meio da noite não conseguir entrar em casa. - Da localização. Simplesmente quando cheguei a porta não abriu, contatei a Sra com quem tinha falado antes e ninguém me atendeu. Era o numero que estava no Booking quando fiz a reserva. Era cerca das 00 H00 e fiquei na rua sem que alguém me atendesse o telefone. No dia a seguir disseram que o numero tinha sido trocado e que o problema era meu. Reclamei e a resposta que me deram é que não eram responsáveis.
• N.R.J. (7/5): Voldoet als uitvalsbasis voor Bilbao - Centraal in Bilbao, op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden en horeca. Wat gedoe om binnen te komen; opgegeven toegangscode van hal deur werkte niet en uitdaging om hierna deur van het appartement met de sleutel te openen. Na meerdere malen proberen lukt het uiteindelijk wel, maar echt soepel gaat het niet. Appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt; haren in 1 van de douches en in 1 van de bedden. Ook nog aardig wat stof te vinden. Appartement ligt aan drukke doorgaande weg. Hier kunnen ze zelf niks aan doen; maar tijdens het verblijf waren lawaaiige bouwwerkzaamheden in het gebouw er naast aan de gang en in de binnentuin aangrenzend aan appartement. Slechts 1 handdoek p.p. aanwezig, maar goed deze waren na gebruik eenvoudig te wassen in de aanwezige wasmachine.

• VALERIA (10/5): Ci tornerò di sicuro - Appartamento comodissimo, con due bagni e due camere da letto molto spaziose. Ottima la posizione, si arriva a piedi ovunque, ma comunque c’è la fermata del bus proprio sotto casa e quella della metro ad 1 minuto. Parcheggio a pagamento interrato ad 1 minuti. Se proprio deve mettere in difetto, non ha la macchinetta del caffè “nespreso” ma ha solo quella per il caffè americano

• Tiziana (9/5): Bell appartamento per famiglia o due coppie avendo 2 bagni e due camere. - Organizzazione degli spazi/ pulizia / posizione/ info precise per l’accoglienza / caffè e tutto tutto il necessario per poter usufruire di un buon soggiorno. Il rumore. Gli infissi anche chiusi non proteggono dai rumori della strada . Nulla di trascendentale che nn si possa risolvere con tappi per orecchie. Wi-Fi debole
• viola (9/5): Soggiorno a Bilbao - Struttura confortevole, spaziosa ed infatti adatta per due coppie. Ottima posizione!! Staff eccellente: sempre disponibili e pronti a rispondere ad ogni necessità. Unico appunto per migliorare maggiormente è attenzionare le pulizie. Consiglio questa struttura!

• Wendy (8/5): Very happy with our stay, thank you - It was clean, in a great location. The supplies were generous. The recommendation for dinner was appreciated. Sleeping was hot. Some AC would have been appreciated. Despite the router being switched on, no WiFi was available.

• Pamela (9/5): We had a lovely stay at this simple, clean, fully equipped & well managed apartment. The team, especially Miren was - I’m a stickler when it comes to hygiene & cleanliness, and this apartment was clean & well managed. They had 2 bathrooms & toilets for a 2 bedroom apartment which is great. The location was good. Near to amenities - supermarket, eateries, and about 20-25mins walk to Guggenheim museum. The bathrooms were a little tight but that can’t be help. A waste bin in the bathroom or bedrooms would be thoughtful as there was only 1 bin in the whole apartment which was located in the kitchen. A bedside table in the twin bedroom & an added lamp would be good too, coz there was only 1 on one side.

• Ferran (9/5): Nice apartment in top central location - Nicely renovated apartment with two well-sized bedrooms, a living-/dining room and two complete bathrooms with shower. Perfect location at the very centre, at walking distance from all relevant hotspots of the city.

• Elene (10/5): great appartment - a lot of space. 2 separate bedrooms, 2 restrooms, a vast kitchen with a table and very good lightning so it was a an office to work with laptop, and a living room with sofa and tv and another large table. It would have been better to have more sockets for electricity
• Graham (9/5): Lovely stay in well appointed and located apartment. - Very comfortable and well equipped recently renovated apartment in a great central location in Bilbao.Plenty of room with everything you need for a stay plus several little touches such as coffee, tea and milk. Great location with easy walking access to supermarket and wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants. Noise from street outside but expected as very centrally located.
• Brent (9/5): This apartment made our 5 nights in Bilbao a comfortable experience for two couples. - Well equipped kitchen. Good location. Clean. The dishwasher was a welcome convenience. The clothes washer/dryer was very nice to use since we had been on the road a while. Entering and leaving the apartment was easy. The owners had coffee and tea ready for our use and it is greatly appreciated! We really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t use the bus pass but it was a nice thing to have if we needed it. There wasn’t much about this place we didn’t like. However, a couple of nights were hot and humid so one or two floor fans would have helped. A small waste basket in the bathrooms and/or bedrooms would be nice.
• Daniela (7/5): Good - The location is excellent! Private parking close (5 min walk) and we paid 21 euros for 20 hours. The place is big, a lot of space and pretty good TV. Cleanning could be better. The showers were dirty and one of them was clogged. We showered and a pool of water remained, it was very unpleasent as the pipes released a bad smell. The dinning table was greasy and the cable to use the blackout were sticky and dirty. I also suggest to add another blanket (only 1 for both beds)
• Kawaii (10/5): Good stay - Well located, comfy beds, clean and plenty of restaurants nearby The listing states that it has air conditioning. It does not. We were ok because it wasn't hot, but this might be an issue for someone traveling in the Summer.

• Susan (9/5): Superb - - Great communication from host, checking in with us and responding really promptly. - Convenient contactless check-in with keys available when we needed (having to liaise and meet people on site has been really inconvenient and stressful travelling in Europe as we've had some delays). - Supplies so useful (some cooking items, toiletries, bus pass etc). - Clean and spacious apartment, really loved it. Not much we didn't like, at all. It is located a fair way from the old town tourist precint which some may not like, however we have been seeking out this more local experience for our family. Getting to kick the soccer ball at the park with local kids in the afternoon has become part of our travel routine. I think this is so much better than tripping over a million tourists.
