• Pina Anne (1/5): Very disappointed with the lack of appreciation of helping her with tradespeople and the real estate sale and the consta - The location The property itself was great, but the management was very intrusive during our stay. We were frequently contacted with requests that disrupted our plans, including last-minute scheduling around trades and filming. We were also asked to vacate the property for most of a day and accommodate ongoing access requirements. A request for compensation for the disruption was declined unless additional payment was made. Overall, the stay felt more like managing access to a property under preparation for sale than a guest experience. Also only some of the linen and towels weren’t changed for the whole two weeks.
• Maria (7/5): Modern townhouse in quiet area - Nice, modern townhouse. Comfortable beds. Location was great for what we wanted. Secure lock up garage. Owner came into the property to organise some things after we had already checked in. This should have been done way before we checked in. Could have been cleaner.

I’m quite particular about cleanliness, but this home was truly gleaming and well-maintained. It’s stylish, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The Host What really set this stay apart, however, was the owner. They were the perfect host—incredibly communicative, welcoming, and they truly went above and beyond to help with every request. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring their guests have a great experience. The Verdict Cleanliness: 10/10 Hospitality: 10/10 Location/Comfort: 10/10 I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a stress-free, pristine place to stay with a host who actually cares, look no further!
• Soe Moe (10/5): This home is very exceptional for a family stay and experienced more than expected! - I like security, keyless/digital code access to the building, cleanliness, luxury inclusions from kitchen to bathrooms, large garage for secure parkings with remote control for easy access, great location in a nice suburb with easy reach to Melbourne CBD and road to Sydney, a variety of restaurants nearby . As soon as we entered the house , we feel relaxed and welcomed with the generosity of the host who is quite thoughtful to include things to cover all ages of a family. I would say this is the house you don't want to miss if you are travelling with a family or friends from Sydney to Melbourne.

Mei was incredibly kind and communicative throughout our stay, which made everything so easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond by allowing us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here and would happily return.

It was incredibly clean, beautifully presented, and exactly as shown in the photos. The decor has clearly been put together with a lot of thought and style, giving the whole space a warm, modern and inviting feel. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you’d need for a relaxing and stress-free stay, which we really appreciated. The host went above and beyond — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Their communication made everything so easy and we felt really cared for as guests. We absolutely loved our time here and would not hesitate to stay again. I can’t fault the property at all — it was spotless, beautifully styled and had everything we needed. No complaints from us.

• Lan (10/5): Everything a family needs within arm's reach - Pros: Location and free parking (double garage) were exceptional; Several eateries and great coffee were within walking distance (shout out to Cirelli & Co 2min walk away - coffee and service were wonderful); The house is incredibly family friendly with a baby gate by the stairs and offer of high chair and portable cot (we are a family with a 5yo and 2yo); Clean and tidy ++; Communication with Mei was very easy and explanation on how to access the home was clear and simple; Overall a lovely stay and everyone had a fantastic time. Con: Slightly on the pricier side but understandable due to its location and excellent pros mentioned above.
• Asha (10/5): Chic city apartment with lots of comfort - I loved the decor. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was pleasant and stress- free, instructions for access easy and the whole experience great. The apartment was quiet and comfortable and the bonus was car parking included. It was in close proximity to Brunswick with its wonderful cafes, shops and bars. Would definitely stay again! It was spacious enough for a family and there were cafes and restaurants close by. The tram stop was down the street and took no time to get to the city centre. There was also a double garage which was great to keep vehicles off the road.

The double garage was amazing, especially with a baby and crappy Melbourne weather to unpack and pack. Dog friendly was a bonus! The host was excellent, great communication and helpful with extra details.

The unit itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable- a home away from home! There is a great Italian restaurant a few houses up- definitely worth a visit. Mei is lovely and very responsive to all requests. I highly recommend this property-you will love it! Thank you Mei- we all loved our stay.

This remarkable Town House was an absolute oasis - immaculately clean from top to bottom with not a single detail overlooked. The accommodations itself were outstanding in every sense. The bedrooms were luxuriously appointed with the most comfortable bedding that enveloped us in pure comfort after enriching days exploring the area. We looked forward to unwinding each evening in the warm and inviting living room, which beckoned us with overstuffed sofas and ambient lighting that created a true home away from home. The kitchen was a true chef's dream, fully equipped with every possible amenity one could possibly need, though we did not have the occasion to take advantage of it during our stay. What truly set this Town House apart, however, was the wonderful sense of privacy and quietude despite being just a pleasant stroll away from charming cafes and shops. The private garage offered exceptional convenience. If we had to suggest one area for potential enhancement, perhaps speedier Wi-Fi connectivity would be beneficial for those needing to stay connected during their travels. However, that single minor improvement could not detract from the otherworldly experience we enjoyed at this magnificent property. We give this Town House our highest praise and a perfect 10/10 rating. It is evident that the owner Mei has poured her heart and soul into creating a space that redefines luxury accommodation. We cannot wait for our next opportunity to recreate the magic we discovered during our recent stay.
