• Nicola (9/5): - Libilo se nam jak byla vila prostorna. Splnovala nase požadavky. Deti byli spokojení a my rodiče taky. Vse potrebne bylo po ruce. Poloha je skvělá pro rodiny co nehledaji mestský sum. Blízkost úžasné pláže v dohledu z terasy.. Vse bylo skvělé. Ale pokud bych mela říct něco co nam vadilo, byl bazén a lednicka. V bazénu byla nějaká zvláštní chemie co obarvila vsechny plavky na žluto. I okolo bazénu byl zluty povlak. Lednicka chladila tak sporadicky podle toho jak se ji chtělo. Ale odchazeli jsme se spokojenym celkovym dojmem. Tyhle dvě věci neberu jako stížnost. Spíš jako pozornost majiteli aby dostal vilu k uplny spokojenosti zákazníkům.

• Dr (5/5): Very basic small house in seedy suburb. - air conditioning - when we had power very basic. hard beds. expensive for a very basic small house. tiny pool. are a bit seedy. baby clothes left in washing machine. very basic tea, coffee, no milk, no welcome gift eg fruit or wine. very dissapointing.

• Liza (8/5): comfortable property, suitable for both adults and kids - Keys were easy to get. The villa is very comfortable and has a lovely display (nice terrace, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a small swimming pool). The property manager was kind and available. The beach is close by, and the sea water is amazingly clear. The villa is very comfortable, despite some insects around. Safety features need to be improved, for instance dangerous fans (1 of which fell on my daughter's head) or the not well placed TV set which we were required to pay (excessively) for due to a damage that could have easily been avoid by hanging the TV instead of placing it on a coffee table. The surrounding area is under construction so without much to do around; however, the beach is close and very recommended. The sea is amazing. Night time noise (people screaming, partying etc) can be annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property with the above improvements.
• Maria (9/5): Cozy villa in a great location for a perfect family holiday. - Perfect location in a quiet residential area, 5 min walk from the nearest beach with a stylish beach cafe, great food and music. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, as well as the common spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed. Some elements were a bit worn out, such as room doors. But it’s minor and did not affect the quality of our stay.
• Andrzej (10/5): Highly recommended to everyone - Fantastic place, spacious and spotlessly clean. The upper terrace was the most favourite spot by all of us. We could seat down, play Uno, drink some wine and look at the horizon. We were there as a family of four adults (2 pair) and two children. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped with all the necessary things made this home perfecf for us. Additional plus - good wifi and Netflix Achilleas is a very nice person. He was always helpful and answered on whatsapp immediately. He was waiting for us with a bottle of wine and fruits as a welcome gift, which was really nice after our long flight. The closest beach is 3 min. walk from Villa, it’s small but nice, with sun loungers an umbrellas (2,5€ each). Everything was great, we had no problems at all.

• Rudolf (10/5): Very satisfied, recommend - Clean, spacious, air conditioned villa near Ayia Napa. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms.. Kids were happy for smart TV with Netflix 😉. Quiet neighbourhood so you can enjoy pleasant warm Autumn evenings with a glass of wine. Washing machine and dishwasher is very convenient.. Close to the sea and bus stop nearby. The owner is very helpful and one of the neighbours is a taxi driver so it is easy to get to the airport
