• Ramasubramanian (4/5): Disappointing - Neighborhood is very good The host gave an electronic code and the entry was trouble free. Free parking is available near by. I booked this property based on the positive reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. We got electronic code to enter, but there was no information from the host about which floor the apartment is located We stayed for five nights, and the kitchen was a major letdown. In the photos, it looked great, but in reality, there was no exhaust or lighting above the cooking area. The worst issue was the electrical system—it was impossible to use two cooktops simultaneously without tripping the fuse. Even using one cooktop alongside the kettle caused the mains to trip. The kitchen utensils were old and insufficient—just two vessels, one pan, and plates and cups of the worst quality. The dishwasher was rusted and did not clean dishes properly. Additionally, the kitchen sink was clogged and did not drain water. For a group of eight guests, the bathroom was inadequate. The hot water ran out after just three people showered, leaving the rest of us with cold water. The bedrooms were acceptable, but one bed had a broken spring, making it uncomfortable. For a five-night stay, we expected to maintain the accommodation, but there was no vacuum cleaner provided. When we asked the host, we were told to use a broom, which was inconvenient and not ideal. When we arrived, the apartment was cold, at 16°C, and there were no instructions for switching on the heating. After we informed the host about the cold temperature, they told us to manually turn on the heating system at the mains. Basic information, such as where to throw garbage or parking instructions, was not provided, leaving us to figure things out on our own. Overall, the property did not live up to expectations.
